Extremely disappointed with the service. Overconfident salesperson quoted an incorrect charge per line very convincingly. When asked why the computer showed a different total, she insisted that the system is always incorrect and she is correct, even called her manager and told us that he agreed. She convinced us that this has happened many times before and she is right and to come back if our bill is different. Our bill is $40 more per month, and when we went back and asked, her manager said bill is correct. Of course the salesperson was wrong, and obviously we pay the price for her cunning sales practice. read more

I went to the Acton Verizon Store because my new iPhone 13 suddenly showed "no carrier." The sales tech didn't even look at the phone and said I needed my e-sim rebooted at an apple store. I then asked him why it had a regular SIM card in it. He just blew me off. I didn't believe him and took it to the Westward,MA Verizon store. They said it was definitely the SIM card and e-sim cards are only in the iPhone 14. They fixed it in less than 5 minutes. 5 stars to the Westward, MA store read more

Very helpful and informative. I came in to get an upgrade for my phone, and the associates were very honest about all the phones, not trying to sell me one that was more expensive than the other. I happily upgraded to the Galaxy Note 4. Then, they told me about the free tablet deal-- I got a Verizon Tablet AND accessories for my phone for free due to the promo, plus they gave me as many discounts as possible for my phone. read more

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Terrible sales experience from the start and only got worse. Conflicting info from the manager and other sales staff, each pitching "the phone they use". Was told could buy and return in 14 days in NY. OK, willing to give the new LG phone Galaxy competitor a try. Mid sale, decided to ask WHERE it could be returned, no GoMobl in NYC, deal off. Will buy in NYC to be able to return if necessary. Fine, until my daughter found out late night in NH when she was lost and needed her GPS that her phone had been shut off. MANY phone calls from a land line and long wait later, finally got through to Verizon and was told, yes, store had indeed turned her iPhone off but no record of transferring service to a new phone. REALLY!!!!!! Completely unacceptable that neither of the employees understood that they had turned a phone off without activating another. read more

I previously had a great experience at this location. I went in, upgraded my phone, no problems. I was informed my wife's phone was also available for upgrade. Now one month later I go in to upgrade my wife's phone. I'm greeted by an employee who can't seem to put his own phone down, tells me there is nothing he can do for me, and proceeds to tell me it's my fault I'm having phone issues. The customer service was terrible and honestly I wanted to smack the punk behind the counter. I left pissed off and headed up to wireless zone in Littleton where they were more than helpful and had me in a new phone in less than 20 minutes. It's your job to provide good customer services. Ive been to several Verizon stores and these folks are by far the very best. Went in to get my son's phone upgraded. They are knowledgable, helpful, polite, and patient. I had Suzanne as my customer service rep and I left feeling that I understood all the ins and outs of the contract and that I got the best deal. I asked the name of the owner and/or manager of the store. They did not respond. Sounds rather fraudulent to me. read more

Charged $20 to transfer contacts to a new phone I purchased from them. Had to go back two times for them to get it right hours wasted. Would advise all to drive a little and go to a real store. read more
