The rep told me my monthly bill will be lower than what I am currently paying. But it turns out it is now higher and I had to pay ~$800 more for all the tax, fee and activation stuffs. On top of that, he forced me to accept an Iwatch, which I have no interest in. I thought that was a requirement for the promotional deal, but turns out it wasn't. Then I had to return it and got charged for a restocking fee with no reason. I told him up front what I was paying for at at&t and now I have to be stuck with venison for another 3 years with higher monthly bill and very disappointing experience. It's ok- I'm charging back. #2 - they claimed they were installing an OEM battery but it turned out they installed a cheap and USED aftermarket battery. It blew up in my phone, and damaged my screen. #3 - the screen protector they used peeled off after 4 days. #4 - they did not reinstall weather sealing back despite the original issue being water damage. #5 - they refused to help correct it without a receipt. This isn't 1999. They use a computer to process my card and have what I purchased but they kept saying "why you no have receipt". This was 10 days ago.. They have a POS (Clover) which tracks what I ordered, but they would not look it up. They said "maybe come back tomorrow and maybe my boss will let you buy a new battery and will install for free". Avoid this place. It's a scam and they do a lousy job.

Zagg has been great at protecting my devices as well as honoring their warranty. Today, after Apple refused to replace the cracked screen on my 10 y/o's iPhone 6+, I stopped by the Zagg kiosk to have the cracked glass shields on my 11 y/o's iPhone 6s+ and my 7+ replaced. I noticed a sign that said they also replaced cracked screens so I asked about the service. The technician explained that if he replaced the screen Apple would not look at the phone. I indicated that was fine since they refused to replace the screen anyways. He said it would take about 20 minutes. We returned after 30 minutes to a fixed screen and a very excited and happy 10 y/o.

Selection is good for a local place, though more niche items may require a trip to a larger place. Importantly, they do not carry much of anything in terms of wood and lumber, though they have a decent power tool section, including Craftsman, Milwaukee, and Stihl. Painting, plumbing, hand tools, grilling, house care, yard care, and screws are examples of the areas they cover pretty well. Value is good as well, matching or beating that of places like Lowes or HD, and Ace is a local mainstay.
