Only one person working and the person lied to me. Told me I can get an iPhone 14 for half off but in fact my promotion was $800 off (which is way more than half off). When I was initially standing next to him he very rudely told me to take a seat across from him, probably cuz he doesn't want me to see my true offers from Verizon. Also, when I left the store without getting a new phone he lied again saying that my offer (the half off he made up) might expire that day. I called Verizon later and they told me there was no expiration date showing for the $800 off offer. Will never give them my business. read more

Worst customer service ever! Upgraded my phone last week and decided to add the screen protection and per what I was told by the sales associate (Jake) that it'll be exactly like what I had on my previous phone which turned out to be a lie. Today I was able to lift it off and when I walked over to them the person who I dealt with was extremely rude and didn't care to take care of their own lie and mistake. I asked when is Jake working next he stated he didn't know and didn't bother to even to check and let me know and kept on saying it'll be $20 to replace. My previous experiences with Verizon in Salem NH has been at the mall location and it is a veritable hell. Long lines, chaotic conditions, and all around blood boiling aggravation. This location is consistently less crowded and the staff twice as helpful. Big shoutout to Luis, who spent at least 2 hours with me 2 days in a row helping to resolve my issues with my Verizon service. He was extremely patient, knowedgeable, and polite. Also his coworker Melissa was a pleasure to work with while Luis was busy assisting other customers. Both should be promoted, given raises, and made to train others. They could give out a few pointers on how to make a normally aggravating experience a calm and pleasant one to there cohorts at the mall location. I know where I will go for all my wireless needs in the future... Hopefully not too soon though! read more

I came in after work one day with a couple of questions about my wireless bill and left with a "free" tablet. Little did I know I was essentially signing up for another phone line. My "free" tablet will cost me about $400 before the contract ends. On the one hand, shame on me for falling for their sales pitch and signing a document I didn't thoroughly review. On the other hand, shame on them for their shady business practices. There is a real Verizon store in Salem NH, about twenty minutes North of this location. This particular store is AMAZING. Because of my friends recommendation and needing to upgrade, I decided that I would give this store a chance. All of the workers were helpful and when I asked a man who appeared to be an owner or manager about the store looking new he said that they changed ownership recently and remodeled. I really appreciated it when the worker wrote out a quote for the bill when I got there initially comparing it to what I was already paying before. He actually saved me money! Also, it was helpful seeing his iPad which he showed me before signing. At another store I was told to just sign, but here he actually showed me everything from what I pay, the activation thing, and tax. Thank you for lowering my bill AND increasing my data! My whole family thanks you all...especially the kids for getting new phones. Getting a new phone, fixing a billing issue, and even looking at the Verizon logo causes me to get a headache usually. Not at this store! I'll be back to upgrade another phone on my plan here soon! I am happy to now have a local establishment where I can feel comfortable dealing with my wireless account, dealing with email issues on my iPad and to buy accessories whenever I need a new car charger. read more

I have experienced poor service and very inconsistent service from them. I was overcharged for an iPhone which was purchased for my son. When I called they were not helpful and asked me to stop by with my receipt. When i did personally go to the store, I was once again told they would have to look into it. This used to be a great store when it was under different management..unfortunately now, the service is poor. I would not recommend this location at all. read more

IM Wireless in Andover is by far the best Verizon store in at least the entire North shore MA. Ravi the store manager is consistently on point and up to date with all new information, procedures, and problem solving. I have yet to see him stumped by any issue. I was reluctant to try the Andover center store again. The reviews on yelp were only average - and customer service was not rated highly. For convenience sake I did end up going to the store. Jacob assisted me. He was helpful, courteous, and saved me money on my current plan. I left the store feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend this storefor customer service. read more

Please save yourself -- DO NOT go to this store. They do not put anything in writing and when they offer you something "free" they do not actually take it off the bill. I drive 45 min to go see Tatyana, Sandro, Sam, Scott or anybody else they have at the desk! This is THE place to go if you have questions about your plan or phone. These people know what they are doing! I don't ask a basketball player for Soccer shoes and won't ask these guys about how to choose a pear. I experienced some of the worst customer service here earlier today. The two employees made me feel stupid, hardly let me finish a single sentence and treated me like I was bothering them. I have a company phone so there's no chance of leaving Verizon Wireless soon.. but I will never, ever set foot in this store again. Did they resolve my issue? Yes. But I would've rather struggled with it myself than be treated with such little respect. And I was extremely nice and patient with them (as I always am) and even gave them the benefit of the doubt at first.. maybe they had a busy/rough morning, who knows? The part that bothered me the most was the first man I dealt with took my old phone and new phone behind the 'counter' and was mumbling questions about my phone (now approximately 6 feet away from me) and when I walked towards him snapped, "You can't be behind here!" I walked into this store not shopping for anything in particular and started looking at the tablets. After one employee kindly explained pricing and plans to me, i was confronted by a man who looked like a supervisor. He aggressively interrogated me about my reason for being in the store. After explaining that I was not there for a specific item he accused me of being a solicitor. When i informed him that i had nothing to sell, he insisted that i was loitering and demanded that i exit the store. I've been a Verizon customer for a few years now and always received good service. My first visit choosing phones and discussing plans was ok, albeit lengthy. Plans and pricing were explained well and thoroughly. Actually picking up our second phone was another issue. After being told my phone had arrived, the salesperson, having already asked for my last name, allowed me to sit for 40 minutes while he finished with his other customer only to tell me my phone wasn't there. Then I was told the best time to come back to avoid any potential waiting was when they first open in the morning. I showed up before 9 the next day hoping to drop my phone off so all could be transferred. No one was at the store between 8:55 and 9:10 when I had to leave. I finally was able to drop my old phone at 10:15 and said I would be back in about an hour. I left all necessary passwords so that the entire transfer could take place while I was gone. When I returned an hour later, only part of the transfer occurred. I then spent another solid hour at the store while the sales person told me my password didn't work (then it did when I put it in) etc.... overall it was a series of fumbling and bumbling. Everything was super slow and inefficient. This should be a much more buttoned up process. I will definitely try another store next time I need help hoping for more efficient service. read more

I am sorry to say that I will no longer shop or do business at this store anymore and would not recommend it to anyone! We have been using this Verizon Store for years after getting so frustrated with the wait times at the mall stores. I used to be able to go in to upgrade which ever of my kids phones was due for an upgrade, They would review my plan and make sure I was getting the best deal and be on my way. Today I went in with my son and it took 4 different people staring at the computer whispering and not telling us what was going on but forcing us to go on a payment plan that we didn't want to do and telling me they were saving me money but my plan would still cost the same?? We prefer to buy the phone upfront but according to them with the plan that is available Verizon is paying me to get a new phone. When I asked about changing my data plan because we have been going over ours (with 4 phones) they didn't really know what to suggest but if I wanted I could pay $20 more a month instead of paying the $15 overage charge. They did not want to transfer my son's info from his old phone to his new one (which they always did for us before) and suggested he do it himself. I had hoped they would do it so my son could use his new phone right away and then have them transfer my other son's info from his old phone on to the hand me down from his brother. They never thanked us for our business or for choosing them etc. So we just took our bag and left! Zero customers service skills and business skills.
