At this location, they were extremely busy, but a worker still approached us and greeted us then asked us what they could do for us that day. Once we told them we were just there for a SIM card, they explained they had a waiting list, but our request was quick and simple. So while his customer was busy picking out a new phone, he programmed a new SIM, placed it into my wife's phone, and off we went. No issues since. But the real golden nugget was the customer service we received! I will continue to drive out of my way and get my service from this location from now on.

Been a customer for almost three years now, large unit in the climate controlled building. For the…read morelast year that Ive been going over there, the front door has not shut properly to the climate control building, allowing anyone access without the need for the keypad. And in the total three years, both elevators have worked for maybe 3 months. One or both are routinely out of service, and even when they are working they feel like they could get stuck and trap you or your belongings. For the amount they get you'd think they could at least keep up with rudimentary repairs to the elevators and front door.
