It's starts with a completely unhelpful staff and really bad service. Today, (finding that it's time to change phones etc), I decided to stop in and check if there was a change. NOPE. Incredibly the service was worse! They have taken away the check-in, absolutely NO ONE greets you, everybody just looks down. There's no chairs for waiting but at least they have a sign out front to scan for the store hours, (yeah there is a sticker on the door with the hours but what the heck. While I was talking to the very knowledgeable, service oriented guy at the other Verizon I brought up the store and he said it's a known issue all around, so Verizon won't address. But no, I will not go there again.

Today, I was delighted with the customer service representative Kiffanie! She was down to earth,…read moreknew her stuff and reassured me that my phone still had life left in it. The problem was a old, damaged SIM card. She diagnosed it quickly and fixed it quickly with a new card. My phone has a new life, I felt like she was helping not just a customer, but a fellow retail friend. I was in and out in less than an hour at lunchtime. Yes, I want to give her Kudos for great service!!!

Trey looked up our account and helped us problem solve the issue. He called the T Mobile support line and waited with us for about an hour until someone came on the line who could help. He understood the issue and advocated for our situation to the customer service rep on the line which resulted in both short term and long term fixes. Typically, when I go into wireless stores I absolutely dread it.....my expectation is poor customer service and long waits.....but not here. I was so impressed by the customer service that Trey provided, I just had to write about it. Trey is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind.....I could not have asked for a better experience.....

They were also unable to access my bill, but assured me the final bill would be mailed. I still have not received a final bill, but Verizon attempted an automatic withdrawal for monthly payment in February (I disputed it). This morning I woke to $777 being automatically withdrawn. They lied at the store about final bills. Verizon lied. They can't be trusted, no matter how friendly they are as people. Filed a BBB and FCC complaint this morning.

Ryan and Jason are truly professional and earned my business as I was looking into switching from another cell provider. Not all AT&T stores are alike and my experience with one other was awful. If I had not already dealt with Ryan at the Stafford Marketplace location, I may not have even switched to AT&T. They did not receive the S20 Ultra on the day of release which is why I went to the other store which did have it in stock. In the end, I would rather wait a week or even a year if I had to in order to work with friendly, competent and professional people like Ryan and Jason. They handled everything and I got the phone a few days later so it all worked out. Corporate needs to praise this store and make it the model for other regional stores. The next step for corporate would be to go ten miles south and clean house in that location.
