I have been to this UPS Store quite a few times, and I found they are excellent. They go to lengths to get your package delivered. All my packages have been free, as they are product being returned. They have even gone so far as to make me labels, since I do not have a computer. They may have long lines, but they move quickly. I always plan to have my gifts to their recipients arrive a few days before the celebrated event, .....wouldn't that be nice ? I shop all year for items I think would be just right for all my special folks so I have the gifts but .......what really happens is the date slips up on me . How have I let this happen again ? What to do ? There is help available!! The UPS store!! The UPS store is my place to go when I suddenly realize that I haven't wrapped, packaged or mailed the gifts and now it's 2days before the event . I can and have on several occasions, taken my gift into the store still in the bag it came in a panic , crying "Help". After I have explained my situation the remarkable folks in the store have pointed me to a wall of really great greeting cards while they gift wrapped the item , determined if it was breakable, placed it in appropriate packaging , added the card I had selected and signed .They calmed me and helped me determine the fastest way to get my gift delivered. This is a good place to use for UPS dropoffs. But, be warned that their website is wrong. Their last pickups of the day are not at 6:00 p.m., as indicated on their UPS store website. We got there before 6:00 p.m., and they said the last pickup was at 5:30 -- a wasted trip and therefore a waste of time. read more

Used the online UPS Store to select and make a reservation for notary services at this location. I specifically noted that I would need two witnesses. They system gave me a choice for appointment times and I chose one. I then received an e-mail confirmation. So I should be all set, right? WRONG. When I arrived at the appointed time, the overly-officious notary clerk asked if I needed witnesses. I said, "Yes, two. That's what I requested." She said that only one witness was available, a second one would probably come in at about 2:00 p.m.. I asked why they would schedule an appointment without available personnel, she just shrugged her shoulders. Not even the slightest apology for wasting my time. Seems that, at this UPS Store, that's what they call "customer service." Try a different UPS Store or (as I found out) go to your local bank where you have an account. They'll do it for free! Follow-up: Two days after posting a complaint to UPS I received a call from the new franchise owner. He offered his apologies and pledged to e-mail discount coupons for future use. Nice gesture, but nonetheless I won't return. (incidentally, the coupons never arrived.) read more

Every time I go to this store I'm stunned by the fake polite super unhelpfulness of the people who work at this store. I go here because they have a parking lot and then remember why I hate coming here! Do yourself a favor and go to another branch! So frustrating when I'm used to the actual friendliness and helpfulness found at other branches! read more

I would like to say nothing but great customer service at this store. Andrews Scott went above and beyond to help me in getting my package returned. She assist me with the technology part of getting my labels on my phone. Called Amazon and assist me with a return the was passed the return date. I've been here a few times. Never had an issue until today. The associate obviously didn't want to be there, yawned in my face then tried to sell me a 3 day delivery for $33. When I asked about ground delivery she said it would get there at the same time. Cost me $14 and my delivery estimate is actually a day earlier. I can handle rude but not dishonest. read more

My "friendly" associate was anything but--she kept insisting it was necessary for me to have a photo ID to ship a package since I was not "in the system" and did not have a pre-printed label. She would not check another phone number. I went bactout in the rain, found my Photo ID in the car and shipped the package. Wish I could give this store 0 stars. Manager completely unprofessional. Walked into the store and waited inline to be assisted. After waiting in line for several minutes, the manager (who was obviously frazzled) asked what we needed with an attitude. Surprised by her attitude she then picked up the phone while in the middle of talking to me. I waited for her to get off the phone and she walked away. Frustrated that this was the service a manager would provide to a business customer who waited in line patiently and politely I just left. I wish I could give this UPS Location 0 stars. My husband and I had a large wardrobe size box that we were shipping to California (approx. 75 lbs), which we had already packed 90% full. We needed to purchase additional peanuts and packing wrap before we added our final fragile pieces to the box, which we were planning to do at the store. A clerk came out and said that since UPS was a shipping store, we couldn't pack our remaining items inside the store. She made the reference that by us doing this would be similar to bringing in outside food or drink to a restaurant, which is SO incredibly rude (and doesn't even make sense). She then said we were more than welcome to complete our packing task outside the store and then we could step inside to complete the shipping paperwork. This was on August 18 and it was 100 degrees outside. Needless to say my husband and I took our business elsewhere, where we ended up spending $198 on supplies and shipping. read more
