She slammed her equipment on the counter and began yelling at me in front of a store full of people because she wanted me to use an app instead of just showing my ID. To make matters worse, she then refused to give me my mail--a criminal act (theft) and federal offense since it's U.S. mail. If you are a business owner, do not trust this place with your documents. The lack of self-control from management is startling and the "customer service" is non-existent. Avoid if you actually want your mail. Or even if you just expect a modicum of a normal experience.
