There's no way we could have done that on our own, as we are not tech savvy people at all. I honestly kinda wanted to cry a little bit out of frustration about halfway through day two of dealing with Straight Talk's customer service reps, then trying to port over the number. He again called on our behalf and finally got it done for us! This man has the patience of a Saint, I tell you. Give him a raise pretty please!!!

I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. I can't say enough about this guy!!! I just hope he gets the recognition from his managers cuz this guy Is a KEEPER!!! As I said, we don't have a store were I live. It's thirty minutes depending on traffic to get to this store...but this guy is MY CHAMPION!!! And I can't finish this review without mentioning SHAQ....he took every other customer that he could help!!! I included a picture of one of their printers and you can easily look online and it's cheaper at multiple other stores. They used to have coupons online which you need to hunt for Beck and either get you bonus rewards back. This could be quite a deal if something is on sale such as a high-end office chair that you can't find elsewhere. The one thing that was frustrating though is they did not email me that my rewards were expiring so I ended up losing $50 in reward credit. also one pro tip you can assemble the chair yourself instead of paying them the $30-$50 because it's quite easy. They also have a lot of other computer services such as removing the trial aware on their laptops which I think you could do yourself. If you buy anything online, you can have it picked up at curbside especially those large items such as office chair. Overall, I'm still happy that this place has not gone out of business like OfficeMax or staples. It's nice to have a variety to shop at or at least a window browse.

They come out from the aisles to literally scold and harangue you for using the "wrong word" while you're trying to check out. Yes, you too can enjoy this kind of superior customer service at Office Depot you if you use a word they don't like. I was told by a manager, "We expect a certain level of professionalism" while trying to leave. Maybe take your own advice. You sell printer paper. Get over yourselves. I'll admit, these folks are ahead of the curve. This happened some time ago. They were "woke" when it was only "politically correct." Next time you stop by, be sure to use the descriptor, "gay" and you too can watch the employees turn feral.

He told me the least expensive method was to use FedEx. When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something, but I doubt I'll return.

They get there $250 a month which adds up to quite a bit of money if you do the math. There's been some rumblings about Tmobile changing the old plans and forcing people to upgrade. Luckily that has not happened yet. Unfortunately, uncarrier has become like your typical cell phone service. One benefit is every Tuesday. There's random gifts from Tmobile from discounts to local stores to free goodies in shop. This location is nice because even though it is busy and you may have to wait a few minutes they often will have the item in stock. Store friendliness is average.

When you ask a question the answer is cynical and as you are answered they look away and are on their phone. The night we were in there the employees were having personal conversations between themselves while working with us. We felt pressured into buying a phone we really didn't want, I even told the person to wait but he kept ringing g it all up. Then we were charged a $75 restocking fee on a phone never used. We had to use this store again for the exchange. We were there at 7:30 and were told they wouldn't help us beyond 8pm because they closed and would have to come back. Too bad because they lost a sale of three more phones as we went to the coldwater rd store. Never again will we use this store. And seriously T-Mobile should have their employees dress more professionally.
