My daughter and I ran to the store to reactivate my daughter's gizmo watch that the company phone technical help for hours could not figure out. Jermaine was so helpful and knowledgeable that he spent time to figure out the problem. We really needed it fixed for a camp trip the next day and he assured my daughter he would do his best. A phone that was fraudulently added to my account by someone tapping into the WiFi of the Verizon store while I was in it and removed after no small effort on my part just popped up on my current bill! This problem was fixed months ago! The virtual assistant told me I had to put in a fraud claim! I told it I wanted to go to the store to speak to a human being. When I used the " look up Verizon Store by Zip Code, it lost its mind and the site crashed! I am beyond disgusted! read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I waited in line for about 15 minutes while another customer was being helped. When the representative finished, they didn't acknowledge me at all. Instead, they walked to the back to assist someone else without saying a word. A simple "I'll be right back," "Thank you for waiting," or even making eye contact would have made a big difference. Instead, I felt completely invisible. I don't recommend this location to nobody. We spent 40 min just waiting when the staff open the account to get the home Internet and as the result they have no idea how to do it. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I ordered an iphone, they told me it was back ordered and it would arrive in January. Then i get a notification the order was canceled. turns out it arrived to the store, no one called me, no one emailed, no voicemails. turns out they sold the phone that they had gotten in. i called this morning to figure it out, spoke to an employee, was told to come into the store by 5 pm as they had a different phone that i'd be ok with. waited for 45 minutes, no one said "hi welcome in". come to find out, this isn't a real verizon store, this is a cellular sales store. i finally got someone's attention for them to tell me it would take 2 hours to back up my phone. why wouldn't you tell me this the last time i was here so i could prepare? i then try to cancel the entire order, as id like to deal with someone who is actually competent. the sales man says he can't cancel it? that I have to call verizon customer service to cancel it. i've now been on the phone with them for 45 minutes. 1 hour, 30 minutes spent in the verizon store trying to cancel an order. you should be ashamed of the staff and service here. read more

Quincy helped me in finding a good deal on a new IPhone and took the time in transferring all of my data to my new phone, which I'm sure i world not have been able to do, since I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of technology. If I could give 0 stars I would. On 5/11, I dealt with Jared to upgrade 3 lines. I was successfully able to upgrade 2 lines, but the 3rd was having a system error and not giving the option to upgrade with the finance plan. Told me to come back tomorrow and Quincy will work it out no problem. Today, 5/12 was a nightmare. Was NOT able to upgrade my 3rd line and there's still no explanation as to why. Montele was especially unhelpful repeatedly talking about how he wanted to go home and didn't know what else he could do. After concluding there were no solutions but to go to a corporate store I was stated that I was here for 3 hours for nothing? And he was like yup thanks for nothing. Absolutely unnecessary. No manager on site. Dealt with 2 people in store and 4 people on the phone w customer service and no one was able to successfully upgrade our line. ZERO 0 STARS. read more

Staff is not helpful at all. I got a promotion on an IPhone 14 that claims to come with an Apple Watch. They said they didn't have the watch in stock when I purchased phone so they proceeded to order it. I noticed I was charged 400 dollars for a watch that was suppose to be free with my purchase of the iphone14. When I went to see what was going on they looked at me like I was nuts and are now saying they have to put in a claim?? Who runs this place?? Why isn't there a record or this somewhere? They charged me and they have the watch in stock but refuse to give it to me. Save yourself several headaches and go elsewhere! Also call costumer service for anything you may need. wish I could give a negative 100 stars. Consider yourself warned - do not go to this store. The incompetence of the staff is like nothing I've ever seen. We went into the store to set up our service with them. They sold us on their $1,000 off a new iPhone promotion with a trade in. 2 days later we returned the phones because of their incompetence in setting up our account. After we returned the phones, they had the audacity to bill us for the phones ($2,500+) We are 2 weeks and several store visits, still trying to have the charge reversed. No one cam tell us where the phone are, not to mention we didn't get back our trade ins. they are USELESS. read more

They all are so incompetent and lazy they either mess your phone up completely or send you to another store because they're too lazy to try and do the work themselves. The staff was courteous and attentive. Didn't try to oversell. Paid attention to the smallest details. I brought my own equipment in (apple watch) and they added to my account. Reggie even put my screen protector and case on. In a world where service matters, these guys are tops. I would use them again over any other Verizon store in the area. read more

If I could give this store no stars that is what I would have done. They took advantage of my 84 year-old father and my 83 year-old mom, convincing them to buy an outdated Samsung, and then when they wanted to return it within a week of purchase, they would not. My parents had thrown out their phone boxes by mistake, and the store refused to take them back, even though it was well within the window of time. When I called Verizon, they assured me that the store could and should take them back, as there is no reason that they require the boxes. Serial codes are on the phones themselves, and if you pay a restocking fee (which they were prepared to do) there is absolutely no reason to require the boxes. After going there numerous times and talking with managers, they still refused. They claim because they are a licensed retailer they do not have to comply with what Verizon says, despite the fact that the store looks like a Verizon store -- with the name Verizon emblazoned across the front and inside the back wall of the store. Also, they did not explain that my father had to keep the boxes to return it. For my father, who doesn't use the internet, he had no idea they weren't a Verizon store. Deceiptful, disreputable and merciless and discriminating against 80 something year-olds. Do not go here. read more

So I made the stupid mistake of thinking I remembered my PIN number for my old phone carrier when switching to Verizon. Don't have the same hubris as I did folks, it leads to a load of technical problems. Thankfully Jibran (goes by Emmah) was helping me!! He went above and beyond, calling my old carrier many times and sorting it out and getting my phone number out of limbo! And it sure was a process. But he was so nice about it all! I can't thank him enough for sticking with it even though it took until the next morning to get switched. He communicated through every step of the process. I left the store right after setting up my new phone, so he did all this without needing me to come back in! He was also lovely during the initial phone/plan-buying process and even put on my screen protector absolutely perfectly!! I can't say enough nice things about Emmah and I certainly plan to go back to him when I need phone stuff!! At a time when customer service should be paramount, my fiancé and I could NOT have been treated worse. It took approximately 10 minutes for a gentleman to even start to help . He asked us what we were looking for and we told him , his response was that the phone was not something they had in stores and every store is and would be sold out. He didn't want to help me find or call another location to see if there was one in stock. All he was willing to do is order the phone for us to pick up in stores. He said the nearest Verizon that would have this phone (iPhone 11 pro Max 256gb) would be on 52nd street in NY. I went on to tel him we were going to go looking for the phone elsewhere and he responded good luck. I walked across the parking lot to beat buy where not only was a greater and treated with respect and happiness but they had the phone and was happy to help with everything my fiancé and I needed. This was the first and last time I will ever go to this location . This is not a cheap phone we were buying . I will bring my business elsewhere and would highly recommend doing so as well read more
