I'm not coming back to this store ever. First I asked to do a trade in, Then the smiling girl came and told me she mess up , but never explained anything to me. 2 days after I have to pay 2 cellphone in two different companies just because the dumb smiling girl messup. Then I came into the store and 5 t-mobile guys were there, I was the only client and they don't want to help me with my Problem!!!! That actually was their problem. After going to three different T mobile locations in Norwalk, the only T-Mobile employee who was able to fix my email situation was a young woman named Jennifer. She was very understanding and very knowledgeable about how different email programs work. The also was able to answer some general questions about this new 5G Android. read more

Several hours with T-Mobile wasted to activate devices and fix errors that Anthony made. After I left I called the store to trouble shoot because one of my devices wasn't making or receiving calls only to be lied to by a woman who answered and said that neither Anthony, the Manager nor the Assistant Manager were in. This person took my name and phone number. Within 30 minutes another device on the account stopped working. The other account owner said they received several text messages saying the SIM numbers were changed on our account. The representative(s) at this store CHANGED SIM card numbers on several devices on the account without the approval of neither me nor the other account owner all because I asked to speak to a manager. Customers are required to be IN THE STORE to make any changes to their account so I am confused by the blatant unprofessionalism and childishness of the individuals who work in this store. All involved employees need to be fired, and the manager who sets the poor workplace culture in this store needs to be retrained if not fired as well. read more

Although the prior reviews on Yelp about this store were terrible, I must say - they most likely have changed their management by now! Karla, the assistant manager, was very nice and professional. She was honest. She told me that my Verizon iPhone 7 that I had already payed off was unlocked and that I could have signed up w Tmobile and used it with my Tmobile service. I was sold a brand new iPhone 7 by a guy in the store on Newbury street in Boston. He lied to me to make a sale. He discouraged me from trading in my iphone 7 (because he knew it was perfectly fine.) He told me I needed a new iphone 7 to be able to use Tmobile. I returned the iphone 7 that the guy on Newbury Street in Boston sold me to this store in Norwalk and now my monthly payments will be $75 as opposed to $113! I would have been at a loss with a perfectly good Verizon Iphone 7 that I wouldn't be using and a brand new Tmobile iPhone 7 to have to pay off! I really resent lying salespeople. In the end, they lose. Karla from the Norwalk store gets the great review for her professionalism and helping me, the customer, with what works best for me. The smooth-talking young "friendly" fake guy in the Newbury street store in Boston gets the opportunity to be negatively exposed through social media. read more

Very hit and miss, some staff are good but most are clearly clue less and unhelpful. A simple return took 2 hours to complete because nobody knew how to use their computer system to make the transaction. No apologies from any of the staff during at any time Really depends on the daily crew and manager. read more

Went May 30, 2016. Serious scumbags that assisted me. I came in with faulty Galaxy that died (no water damage). 2 guys did this 4 point inspection checking the water damage indicator, Otoscope in the charging port and audio port. Ok great everything checks out. Then he asks me if I dropped it in water....ok let me tell you again..no I didn't now can I swap my phone or use my jump to upgrade. They look at each other and get all pissy since they hadn't found anything wrong. one guy rolls his eyes and says to just give me the phone and walks off. The other says he can only do factory warranty and I have to mail the phone out. What's the point of having a brick and mortar store if I cant physically be assisted. I understand being skeptical about phone damage but when your customer service is replaced with interrogation and being poor attitude then maybe you should be in the business of helping customers. I didn't catch the guys names. One looked like Mike Posner and the other one was Spanish with fake earrings. Overall a very uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't recommend going there. read more
