I have been very pleased with the service we have received. Upon finding this company we first interacted with Troy. He was helpful and outlined numerous options to chose from and was keen to get our service up and running. He educated us on the options of leasing equipment and the types of phone systems that would be suitable for our current and future needs. TruComm is competitively priced, their service staff is prompt. Over the recent months that we have been customers we have had 4-5 times that we have called them out to do work during the construction/building of our new premises they have historically arrived on time, complete their tasks efficiently and been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not asking for everything in writing. During our conversation, he even told me, "I tell my employees to never lie to customers." At the time, I didn't think much of that comment. A few days later, I received an AT&T bill for hundreds of dollars--far more than I had been led to expect. When I returned to the store, Jesus first claimed he didn't remember me, even though it had been less than a week. After I explained the billing issues, he said, "Don't worry, I know what's wrong. I'll take care of it and call you." He never called. I went back again, and he told me he was working on it and would text me when everything was resolved. Once again, I never heard from him. It was also nearly impossible to reach him by phone. An employee would answer and always have a reason why he wasn't available. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I gave up trying to get help from the store. I then contacted AT&T customer service myself. Over the next several weeks, I spent hours on the phone with multiple representatives. Every representative gave me different information, and none of the charges matched what I had originally been quoted by the store. To make matters worse, the cellular service at my home was poor, with only one bar of signal. Jesus had also promised he would obtain a signal booster through someone he knew at corporate, but that never happened either. After weeks of frustration, I canceled my service and switched to another carrier. Now I'm going through the lengthy process of disputing the charges with AT&T. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My advice is simple: if you decide to sign up for AT&T, get every promise and every price in writing before you agree to anything. If possible, consider visiting a corporate-owned AT&T store instead of this authorized retailer.

He sat at my kitchen table and took each phone apart. There are so many little pieces and screws. He worked diligently for about 2 hours taking the phones apart, replacing the shattered screens and putting them back together again. While he was working, my out of control teenage sons were making unacceptable amounts of noise and commotion behind Antonio's back. I had to stop them from playing hackie sack 2 feet away from the back of Antonio's head. While I was getting super upset with them, Antonio stayed focused on fixing the phones and my boys behavior did not seem to bother him at all. Antonio is a Saint! After all of that one of the phones did not work. He diagnosed it as needing a new motherboard. He asked my permission to take the phone to test it with a motherboard that he had at his office. He told me that he would only charge me if he could get it working otherwise he was only going to charge me $37.50 to fix the one and I would still have a $37.50 credit left. Wow, I thought, he is serious about making sure I am a happy customer. He was willing to accept only $37.50 for 3-4 hours worth of work and the cost of two screens. We agreed that if he was able to get it working that I would pay the full $75 plus $40 for the new mother board. He ordered the motherboard and returned the phone to me a couple of days later. After I had agreed to pay an extra $40, he later told me that the motherboard ended up costing less than he thought it would and that I only owed him $25. I am so impressed at how honest Antonio is! When he gave me the second phone back I pointed out to him that the screen, on the first phone that he repaired, flexed a little bit. He sat down at my table and spent another 45 min to an hour on it. He took it all apart again and made sure it was perfect. His attitude was wonderful as usual as he worked while he laughed and joked with my boyfriend who was working on fixing the door lock in the kitchen too. By the way Antonio did a fantastic job at keeping me updated when we were waiting for parts. He scheduled appointments to meet with me and then confirmed them before coming. He sent several versions of the invoice as our agreement changed. He emailed me a final invoice after he left. He deserves every bit of the $100 that I paid him, of which only half of that paid him for his labor. I'm thinking the parts cost him about $50. Wow! It's rare to find anyone that cares so much about doing a good job and to do it for such a reasonable price. His $75 for $130 value deal introduced me to him but his professionalism will keep me coming back. Antonio also does repair work on computers and surveillance cameras. His business card says that he is a systems analyst doing Network, Audio/video and Telecommunications Optimization. I will definitely be calling him and recommending him to anyone that needs a phone screen replaced or computer work done. I don't know how good he is at fixing computers yet, but I love how professional he is and I feel that I could trust him with any job. Thank you Antonio!

The service after the sale from Teldata couldn't be more disappointing. Our first issue came shortly after install and they begrudgingly fixed the issue after a bit of pushing. The second issue came long enough after the first to forget just how difficult it is to work with Teldata but once requesting help from them a second time the memories came right back. There are plenty of companies that care about their customers after they cash the check but Teldata isn't one of them.
