Typical AT&T, they'll NEVER change. I had a 1 PM appointment. I walked in at 12:59 PM. There were 2 sales associates. One was helping a client, and one was on his phone. No one asked if I had an appointment, and there was no sign-in sheet, like I have seen at other AT&T store locations. At 1:10 PM the first sales associate helped the woman who was there before me, and fair enough. At 1:20 PM, after watching the second associate continue on his phone, which was likely work and not play, the first associate got up, and said he'd help when he was done with the woman he was helping. I said that was fine, and that I had a 1 PM appointment. He checked and said he did not see any appointment (I still have the email receipt showing I did have an appointment). He said he'd quickly help as soon as he could. At 1:30 PM a brand new client walked in, after waiting about 2 minutes, the second associate took that random walk-in, before my appointment, which was now 30 minutes late. At 1:40 PM I walked out. I'd like someone from AT&T to contact me, so I can tell them where to send me a check for my wasted time. I'd also like John Stankey to terminate himself as CEO. He has had 5 years to make things better. Stank-man does not deserve to run a Starbucks location, let alone AT&T. AT&T has stayed in the cellar in terms of customer service, attention to detail, and don't get me started on how I have to call in to their 800# 3-5 times a year to correct an invoice. They are CONSTANTLY over charging me, and I am regularly calling in to explain things to them, to then get the bill reduced, along with a promise that it won't happen again. BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING! I have never, ever been to an AT&T retail store that was efficient and knew that they were doing. And AT&T in general is one of the most horribly run companies of its size. read more

Walked in today to get off a plan and start a new plan alone .I walked in man holding a trash bag asked me what I came in for and said oh yeah you can do that through customer service asked if I could get prices and he said it's $70 for one person and at that point I could tell he didn't have any interest in helping me so I walked out. He didn't tell me what included in the plan ? Could I keep my # could I get a new phone nothing. Just a whole bunch of attitude! I'd like to take the opportunity to recognize, Jorge for providing outstanding service during my visit. I was there for an iPhone upgrade. I had stopped in the weekend before to ask some general questions. This was my first time dealing with Jorge. Even though it was a quick visit, he was extremely thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. When I decided to proceed, I retuned with the intent in having Jorge assist. Jorge is top notch in working with the public in a retail/service setting. That level of service is becoming more and more scarce these days. So it's extremely refreshing when it happens, especially with the younger generations. Jorge is a true professional. He listens, is patient, recognizes social cues in his explanations, relatable, thorough, and personable. He gives you the customer service that you hope for. The one you reflect on and say, wow, that was an actual "experience". Jorge will succeed in whatever he does. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I would also hope that your new, and maybe some existing associate are encouraged to shadow him. ATT is fortunate to have Jorge for the time that they do. read more

Update on this location. It's a hit or miss. I recently went in with a couple of questions and decided on direct tv stream service. The gentleman helping us made it seem like we NEEDED the 130dollar box to stream the service. You only need it if you DONT have a smart tv which I do. The sales person asked me this and he knew I had a smart tv and still sold me the device. After I came home and realized I didn't need it I went back to return it a couple of days later (he told me I had 14 days to return). Same salesperson helped me and he said I have to have the device regardLess. He made me feel like I wasn't understanding him. That I needed the box regardless of the tv I had and that he would not refund me my money. I know sales people can be a bit slimy but damn, he made me feel so uncomfortable over a simple transaction. After he refused to give me a refund his coworker tells me to "just give it away". Ummm you have 130 dollars to give away? Cause I don't. The audacity. I left the store and called ATT. I asked them about the service and they informed me that I DO NOT NEED A BOX. that I can stream with the app if I have a smart tv. I then explained to her the box situation and she told me to proceed to return it to the location I bought it from for a refund because I definitely can return it. I told her I tried and was turned away and at this point will not be walking back into that store since I felt minimized and talked down to. She apologized and asked me to return the box to a ups store. So then I had to find a ups store, drive over, drop it off. And now I have to wait for an email that will take one to two weeks, call them back once I get said email, and then dispute the charge for a refund which will take another couple of weeks. All because this gentleman wouldn't take my easy return. I guess it just depends on who you see. Like I said, I've had great experiences here, this was not one of them. They do not disclose all fees associated to your transaction even when you ask them if there are any more fees. They add things to your bill you didn't ask for. They take your cash for accessories but will not clear the balance, they actually finance it to you on your bill. I am working on getting an attorney. Buyer be ware!!!!! read more

If I could give a Lower rating I would ... I went in to upgrade my phone the guy who help me ended up adding another line to my account with out my permission which caused my bill to go up. The whole time he's telling me my bill would go down .. I went into the store to talk to the manager about having this line taken off my phone. The manager told me that there's nothing he could do because he is a new manager and That the guy who did this got moved to a new location and I had to go there to deal with it. I called customer service which you would think would do the job since their title is customer service. They said there's nothing they can do and I have to go back to the store and have the new manager fix my account and that by him telling me that I have to go to a new location to find the guy who did this to have him fix it that the manager was actually full of crap. When I went back he told me that there's nothing he can do that I have to go to a new location to find the guy to fix it gave me the email address from his district manager Sandra I emailed her never heard back from her. I finally called customer service again got a really nice lady who fixed everything for me. Is it just me or the AT&T stores nothing but scammers the lowest grade of used car salesman they are in the customer service phone industry. I had an iPhone trade-in issue that required me to make a quick trip to the store last night, and the store manager was able to help me out within 30 mins, so I don't have to pay for the trade-in iPhone I've already returned. We added a new line and had a few questions and he was able to do a in and out service super quick and knew exactly what he was doing! He was very professional but got straight to the point. I todays date Sept 30 2020- I first called July 30 2020 spoke to Diondre.. about getting internet service at home at my home. He got all my info to set up an account- it was about closing time and said he would call following day to finish. Never heard from him. I called a few times and he was busy or unable to take my car and I left several messages. A few days later I tried the same thing and he still never returned any my phone calls. he had all my account information and said he needed to make a phone call when I talk to him first on the July 30 call. Today (Sept 2)i called again and he said he remembered me and he said he was so sorry about not calling back. But we basically started all over again he didn't save any of my information. I told him I didn't have Internet service and he kept saying he needed my email address and I said if I give it to you it's not gonna do any good if I can't check my email. and after all this time he wanted to send me to a call center and the number I got was a wrong number. He also told me to call him on his cell phone because he can't talk to me at the phone number there in the store for some reason. later I found out is because I guess they Record phone calls. I finished the call call him back on his cell phone and basically I have no service anyone to call a special number. I said my address did not exist- or the system said it didn't exist and I told him if he would've mailed me the application in the mail I would've had it by now I have the same address for 13 years. when he said I should talk to the call center when I asked to speak to a manager thinking maybe the manager could figure it out. then I had to call back store phone and nobody would answer. Through out the call he talked about selling me other services- i kept saying " focus on my internet service " I had surgery August so I wasn't in a huge hurry but I did call and try this all over again and boy oh boy what a waste of time it was. Finally upgraded my dinosaur of a phone: IPhone 6S Plus to the 12 Pro Max. I'm not really the type who upgrades my phone every time a new generation or model comes out. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. But it's been five years and it's time to upgrade my iPhone 6 Plus. Upon entering the other night, Michael helped me right away. He showed me the different models, gave me pricing and sold me on the iPhone Pro Max. He told me about a great promo if I traded in my old phone (which was great cause I thought my phone was so old that it wasn't worth trading in) and he even upgraded me to a newer data plan that was a better deal than the one I currently had. He was so patient as I pondered on what color to get and I finally decided on the gold color. He ordered my phone, and instead of waiting a week, as quoted, it arrived in two days! I came back today and just my luck, Michael was available to help me set up my phone and traded in my old one. Overall, I had a great experience with Michael and was very pleased with how easy it was upgrade my phone and even more pleased with the customer service that I received. Hope it'll be this easy next time I upgrade in another five years...lol. read more

Pretty bad experience at this store. First the agent signed me up without my consent to the more expensive plan. I specifically said no to the expensive plan when the choices were presented to me only to find out the second day via email that was on it. After we cleared that hurdle, the new iPhone 13 was having intermittent connectivity issues. Went to the store again. Switched me to an e-sim. Phone worked fine. However, as soon as I landed in Europe the phone stopped working even though I'm on an international plan. Overall the team at this store seem to be pretty incompetent and not very knowledgeable. Att international support are unable to solve the issue either. Basically I'm stuck with a 1300 dollar piece of $hit. Thank you ATT read more

I am happy to announce that I in the beginning I received the most god awful service, I had to make appt. 3 times and walked in twice to hand them $600 trying to start my 30 Month Contract on the iPhone XR $5 a month for 30 months which is a contract to get phone for $150. I am happy to announce that on the 19th of June will be my last payment of my 30 Month Contract. I will be so glad to see AT&T in my rear view mirror and not look back, service was usually a pain to get hold of. Hey something they don't tell you is the first year buying an iPhone there is no need for AT&T Ins. Of $20 a month. Your iPhone is completely covered by Apple for the first year, after the 1st year then get AT&T Ins. If anything happens in the 1st year AT&T will not touch it because it is under warranty through Apple the 1st 12 months. That comes from my own personal experience. AT&T does not tell you but they collect their $20 for their Ins. That 1st year even though it was not Valid. Calling customer service, prepare to take awhile and try to remain calm for your own good. I learned those little AT&T stores (Mine is located in Hillcrest at the HUB Shopping center) are no more then a front for retail sales ONLY. Customer service is not available, at that store anyway. There is more experiences for instant bill was due on the 19th then it would be due on the 1st back and forth for awhile. Just know this is an honest review that could be longer, but if you use them, you have been informed of the reality of these stores and Company over all. Very underhanded! read more
