We waited for 10mn and had to leave because he don't look like he was getting off that phone anytime soon. Don't they have a call center to fwd those calls to?.that way they can focus on customer that are walking in the door? That was bad customer service, no acknowledgement of any sort that he saw us.or how long we have to wait for him. Very dissatisfied with this location.

Allie and Tyrone who were individually a wealth of knowledge independently and combined a juggernaut of a business. These two employees were non aggressive but blunt and not a waste of time. No B/S but polite and funny, professional swagger at a expedited speed. Facility was stocked, spotless with white glove inspection freshness. Very very family oriented young in age to middle and elderly era. The the owner and manager Allie &Tyrone were multi taskers with swag followed by accommodating my service dog along with being a single parent that had luggage. This Establishment always suited my needs with attentive to personal goals at need of time then even met me after hours at a different location with family that flew into SeaTac in-tow and was very positive and welcoming after hours at end of business week. Wicked cool and impressive. These employees are hungry for business who are motivated with one on the way regarding a new born coming into there life, the owners still hit a grand slam even though there plate was full along with many hurdles to leap past they divided and conquered my goals as I was a walk in. Ive learned a lot about switching from OS to iOS and they guided me on a retirees monthly income quickly on a frugal budget I have. Allie,Ray&Tyrone you guys are a class act! Good luck the world is your oyster.....congrats to your newborn along with families and occupational success in the immediate future. Store location easy to get to and from. Clean family oriented establishment accommodates of all ages regarding credit history and specific avenues to choose from a timely manner. Inventory "sky is the limit" This fife location has it all!     Edit: HARASSMENT! (With PROOF) This business is harassing me on social media because of my 1 star…read morereview! I attached a SCREEN RECORDING and screenshots for proof! This happened just hours after I posted the negative reviews on google and yelp. Account harassing me: IG username: marleneespacio Only following ONE PERSON... phone factory! Commenting heinous and disturbing messages under my IG photos! SCREEN GLITCH PROOF ATTACHED. Pay very close attention to the screen recordings. I slowed them wayyyy down so you can see how when I press a letter (which becomes dark upon pressing), and what pops up in the text box doesn't always match. What you press on my screen does not register and acts like you pressed somewhere else entirely, or duplicates your action. I also screen recorded the capcut editing app unable to function and scroll, rather spastically twitches and becomes unresponsive to my touch. These are just examples of what I'm experiencing with my phone screen as a whole. Original Review: Dishonest, scammer business. I had a terrible experience here. I came in with a cracked iPhone screen and was offered a $150 aftermarket screen replacement. After the replacement, the phone screen seemed to work fine initially, but later that afternoon my phone started glitching--bright fuzzy screen flashes, lagging, texting and scrolling issues and unresponsive apps. It became nearly unusable off and on. My entire life and career is in my phone, being that I'm a content creator and commercial realtor. It has made my work extremely difficult and frustrating. I purchased on a Saturday, Sunday they were closed, and I called them Monday to address the issue. Phone Factory acted angry and defensive with me (and even YELLED), like I have an ulterior motive and am causing them problems although I benefit NOTHING from returning a defective phone screen?? I still have to purchase a new screen..... it's not my fault the phone screen is defective... this is basic customer service. I was told there was a 30-day warranty on my purchased screen at time of purchase, but when I called, Sam lied to me and told me there was only a 2-day warranty and I couldn't bring it in although I was originally told 30 days. Then the manager later confirmed it was a 30 day warranty after all. I wanted to email screen recording proof of the glitching to the manager, but he refused and said I had to come in person. I explained to him it's a 2-hour drive round trip and I rather not drive all the way out there to show him screen recordings unless we also reach an agreement so I can also switch the screen if I'm to drive all the way there. I felt he was making it unnecessarily difficult. They offered to apply the $150 toward an original Apple screen, but refused any kind of exchange, return, or warranty on the new screen. I felt uncomfortable purchasing another phone screen from them without an exchange or return warranty after I already purchased a defective phone screen from them and have been treated cruelly over a PHONE SCREEN. I said, "I must have an exchange or return option on the new Apple screen, which shouldn't be a problem since it will be a quality screen, right?" He refused. Now, I have to eat the $150 I spent on this after-market screen and go pay full price for a new Apple screen because I won't buy another phone screen without a warranty from this business. I'm completely disappointed by the lack of transparency, poor product quality, and customer service. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. I now have to pay even more to fix what they messed up. There is good reason why they don't get much business. Don't risk it. If you have any issues they will treat you terribly.

    I've never caught someone trying to swindle me before…read more... Mistakenly deleted an important file. Now, just see a prompt to install the newest version of MacOS. Goes through the installation process just to reroute back to the same screen. Dont want to have to do a factory reset if I didn't have to. Finds Fast and Fair Was quoted $50. Of course, I'm aware the price could vary. Got to the shop. Am told cannot save. Will need to complete a factory reset to previous version of MacOS that will take... a FEW DAYS. Hmm, that doesn't seem very fast but okay... Now, at this point I figure I could probably find out the command keys for that on my own but I ask how much the reset will cost anyway. And to my astonishment, I am told this would cost me $160! That doesn't seem very fair, Fast and Fair! Look man, I get were in a stressful time; CardiB is making CoronaVirus TikToks, People are hoarding toilet paper, life as we know it might be over but that doesn't make it okay to rob me! Tf is wrong with people?! Went home: Youtube: Command Keys to factory reset MacBook. Youtube: SHIFT-OPTION-COMMAND-R Problem solved in 5 minutes. Not cool Fast and Unfair Repair Update Reply for the Business and the Public: As a business an apology would have been a much more professional route to take rather than the condescending one you chose. A problem that took 4 keys to solve could have been done right there when I brought it to you. The store was empty. It was just you and I. Yes, I understand you may still have orders to fill so, the $50 fee I was quoted seemed more than fair but $160 for a simple command key reset is unfair business practices. If I didn't know any better... say an elderly person illiterate to computer problems you could make easy money off and that is not fair. It is not okay at all! You are absolutely correct. I got out of there immediately after realizing my mistake choosing your shop but for future customers I'm glad I did.

Tried this Fast and Fair and I was surprised when I got an email that they were able to retrieve some of the data I needed. I was expecting a lost cause but they are really good at what they do and very helpful in making sure the customers get an excellent service. I am thankful to the Manager for being accommodating especially during this hard economic times that we live in. I highly recommend this business
