I wish I never heard about this place. I went to get a phone because my last got damaged and I needed a phone quick for operating my jobs and payments. But now I'm stuck paying more than what I'd owe for even the latest phone. They didn't inform me on lease details. There app has also crashed after an update leaving me unable to pay my payments on time. Which a day hasn't gone by that I'm left to pay past due which makes no sense struggling with other payments. My phone would not charge and was basically unusable. I had no idea what to do----- After five minutes of tinkering with the charge port, one of the guys (young, sweet disposition, longish hair) extracted some debris that had been caught inside and obstructing the connection. The people were nice the first day to get my business. my phone had some issues and I went in because of the 7 day warranty. Well, I got the run around from them. I just grabbed my phone and said fine. Whatever and left. Then I tried chatting with and emailing them and same result. They are also hella expensive. I bought a "refurb" S10+, screen protector and a case. I told Hannah that I did wireless charging and she told me there would be no issues with thi​​s case. Ends up the case holds the phone JUST far enough away that it will not charge. When I went in, they had no other cases I could trust to wirelessly charge my phone and they refused to offer me a refund... on a $30 case! Guess their Customer Service is not even with $30! Scummy business practices. I wanted an iMac and I applied for and was accepted for a line of credit to get one through one of their two credit systems. However, when I went in to the building, the rep tried to convince me to buy a bigger IMac than I was interested in, then proceeded to ask me to ding my credit to apply for a bigger loan to the *other* credit system they use that I wasn't asking for or needed, for him to push a bigger device on me. This company is super amazing! They have a huge variety of devices and they gave me a great device for my price range. Highly recommend specifically for unlocked devices. I buy phones to use out the country and they never disappoint me. These people are selling bad phones at full price to people they know need them and when I went to take back they charge me $180 for restock fee... had the phone for a day! This business tried to scam me. i tried to buy a samsung watch, it did not come in original packaging, or even with any of the samsung add one (the charger) except for the watch itself. it was in a blank box and they didn't even tell us the series of the watch. they originally told us they didn't have the watch they posted online and when we said we were going somewhere else, they then said they had the watch. the phones they had on display were counterfeit and weren't able to turn on any of the devices to check if they were real. the logos were fake on their iphones. and when we went in to confront them about it, they tried telling me that that was how their business was run which is extremely unprofessional. the charger they gave us didn't even plug into the watch itself. highly do not recommend this business, they are genuinely just working to scam. the watch was dead when they gave it to us and only charged it to ONE PERCENT and didn't even show us the watch turned on. they also were NOT wearing any masks behind the counter during a PANDEMIC. there were people before us also going in to complain about their phones not working. currently waiting to see if we actually did receive our refund, and that they didn't scam us for a second time in less than an hour. highly disappointed, don't go here unless you want to rick roll someone into an overly expensive fake electronic products. read more
