A big problem I have always found with the majority of RadioShack locations was lack of knowledge on behalf of the salesperson. They seemed as if they just simply did not know much about their products or have as much knowledge as one would hope in regards to sale items and promotions. Now, I tend to only stop into RadioShack for small items, like batteries, cords, phone cases, and alike. Regarding my most recent visit, I was in and out of the store in about five minutes. I do have to give the sales girl credit for trying to get me to purchase a warranty plan for a $10 auxiliary cord. If you are a RadioShack fan, I recommend this location. Everything appears to run smoothly and the employees seem to have a little more of a clue what they are doing.

So, six weeks later we got hit with a LARGE bill from our previous carrier, leaving us with almost nothing leftover for Christmas shopping. We then called customer service and this carrier store, they both gave us different answers on what went wrong. Ultimately we applied for a refund for the bill online and they gave us a deadline of 12/14 for it to be verified. It is now 12/18, and after several phone calls trying to get through to customer service, several callbacks from the representative, and about 3 hours of our day- we've been told it will take another SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS to get our money back. If we were told how the process works in the first place, this would not have happened. The carrier store either would've handled it correctly and covered the bill the first time, or they would've told us about the wait and we wouldn't have started service with them at all. Absolutely ludicrous in terms of transparency and customer satisfaction. We are absolutely infuriated.

Thank god because our Sprint service was terrible!! Chris Fazah, the assistant manager who took care of us, was so professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole process painless!! Verizon even paid out what we owed to sprint to ditch them too! No joke! My husband and I have excellent service now and we can actually call each other without our phones kicking to VM! We couldn't be happier with our decision to switch. We would recommend this verizon store to anyone! If YOU are thinking about switching your phone service to Verizon heres what u need to know: 1. Bring your account # and password from your existing carrier 2. Know how much data you use every month so u dont buy to much with your new package (we use 1.5-2GB a month). Talk and text is unlimited with verizon so no need to worry there. 3. You will most likely need to purchase a new phone with verizon and not be able to keep ur old phone. The payment for your new phone is incorporated into your monthly service payment. I got the iphone 6s (30 bucks a month) and my husband got the samsung galaxy 6s (24 bucks a month). If you still owe $ on your old phone no worries, remember, verizon pays that off for you! 4. You will have to open your wallet the day you switch. You will need to pay the sales tax on your new phones, and of course that depends on how much your phones cost. Remember, getting a new phone might also require new accessories (think case, charger, protector). Our new combined monthly verizon bill payment is now: $162 (this includes the monthly installment payment on our 2 new phones, service fees, and $22 of this insures both phones).

Terrible customer service…read more The staff were more interested in pushing expensive phones than selling the cheaper phone I was interested in. Made a comment on the phone being "economy" as if it was less than. The staff also seemed completely unprepared to answer basic questions about the phones and plans. It was if they didn't know their ass from their elbow. There was also loud music playing in the store, as if it was a club. I recommend going elsewhere.

That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.
