When T-mobile merged with Sprint, I attempted to migrate my account to a T-Mobile personal account at this same location a few months ago and spent 4 hours in the store. After all of that time, The lady ran into an error and could not complete the transaction. I came back to try again and found Tony. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. After an hour if research (this is how complex my account was) he knew how he would correct it and migrate it over to T-Mobile. He explained the process as he went through it and did what he said he would. Tony even took it a step further and contacted customer service to finish the process weeks later. He has been in constant contact with me updating me on every aspect. I was looking at going to Verizon after dealing with the last representative. I had been with Sprint for 20 years and Tony provided me with the customer service I was used to.

I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. They expect customers to somehow carry the dead battery back to their store where they say it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for them to run tests to determine if the warranty claim will be honored. In my case, the warranty runs out in 3 more years, 2025. But, I am told by them NOT to get my vehicle jump started because that could interfere with their testing. Furthermore, they say that it would mean leaving my battery-less vehicle abandoned in their shopping center parking lot for 24-48 hours with no security. Since I have purchased vehicle batteries from other places and never run into such an arcane, inconvenient process to exercise the battery warranty for replacement, I feel I have no other choice but to write this as a warning to prospective customers. Do NOT buy a vehicle battery from here UNLESS you already have more than one vehicle. Because, if you only have one vehicle and their battery dies, it's not going to be easy to get a replacement. FYI, I also called the HQ of Batteries+ and they told me the same thing. In my opinion, this policy is designed to discourage customers from exercising their rights under the warranty and should be investigated by the proper authorities.

So, we came in for a cracked screen for my daughter's phone and while we chatted, Christine cleaned my phone because I dropped it in some cake batter and it wasn't working so well. (Pressurized air can from Office Depot) Christine also gave some great advice for money-saving options for using our phones on an international trip.
