Whatever you do DO NOT go to this store! They make promises they can't fulfill and you're stuck with a super expensive plan that you can't get out of. The manager hides and avoids you once you come in looking for her and lies to corporate when they contact her. If you do go in make sure you're recording your ENTIRE conversation with them. You come in and you're not greeted with the slightest bit of warmth, feels like you're forcing them to be there. Horrible Terrible store. I've had issues with them since oct. 2025 and it's now end of may 2026 and there's no end in sight for my issues. I can't express enough how frustrating it's been. After listening to my problem, he quickly went into the settings to find the solution. He quickly found it was a small error on my part and had me on the way. Do not buy any accessories from this store! My daughter was sold a $60 screen protector that scratched in one day. She couldn't get them to refund the money or remove it from her new phone. They don't stand behind their products and now the phone has this junk screen protector stuck to the front of it. Now get to find out how to have it replaced--waste of time and $$. read more

I have had nothing but excellent service at this location. Service is so good in fact that I decided to change from AT&T to Verizon based on the prices I was offered as well as the excellent service at the store. However, it takes hours to change your phone from one company to another. This is not the fault of the store or personnel, it is the fault of the system. And it is ridiculous. To make a long story short (my apologies but it is not, sorry) but truly necessary.... I wanted the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 that was coming out in Aug 2016. I went to the TCC, Verizon store by my house to pre-order instead of online because I had to pay off my Note 4 so I was told by the mgr, Nicole to come there so they could pre-order. Needless to say that was a BIG mistake!!! I went to this store thinking it was like a regular Verizon store not realizing it was a third party store. All was well I was treated good until...the Note 7 recall. Boy did I have a lot of issues from Samsung to the store trying to get my phone replaced. I had the blue phone so Samsung was not sending those when recalled but black. Black?! I wanted the blue so I kept asking TCC, Verizon which is Caleb & Nicole when they would come in so I could exchange my phone. The deadline was Sept 28 and I was not able to replace my phone until today, 10/10/16 because Brad who was new in this store took care of me right away WHICH IS WHAT NICOLE AND CALEB SHOULD HAVE DONE WHEN I CAME IN THEIR SEVERAL TIMES INSTEAD OF FEEDING SOME BS about not knowing what had been ordered as far as phones or MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE DID WHAT BRAD did by ordering me a blue phone (example of good customer service) which took a couple of days. I have NO IDEA why Nicole or Caleb could not have done that for me since I had been waiting soooo long. I spent too much money in that store on Aug 19 to have such bad customer service and a bunch of mess given to me to replace a phone that was unsafe. What Brad did for me to get my blue Note 7 replaced is what Nicole and her rep, Caleb should have done for me without hesitation. And it should have been done at least two weeks ago but they didn't! And on top of all that, the corporate Verizon replaced their customers phones plus gave them a new screen protector for FREE but not this store!!!! I had to spend $4.99 in shipping and use the warranty on my screen protector to get a new one. Granted this recall was a TOTAL mess on the part of Samsung HOWEVER TCC, Verizon could have done a better job to get my phone replaced considering I bought it from them. AND just for such LOUSY and HORRIBLE customer service I will NEVER go there again and I will make sure that every friend and family member knows how bad they treat their customers. They ONLY want your money and once that is done, they are through with you. I WILL ALWAYS USE THE CORPORATE STORE FROM NOW ON. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON. Get EVERYTHING in writing because every time you talk to them, the story changes. They will tell you one thing to get the sale, then when you question it, will tell you that they didn't say "that". I am very unhappy with the result of the deception. It felt like a shell game was being played. I am not stupid, but obviously I was stupid enough to believe that I was being told the truth. read more

I'm with LW on this one. My husband and I strolled in and walked out thinking we'd gotten this great deal and great service directly from the manager. We only found out later that we hadn't been given the information, nor the appropriate paperwork, to get the deals we'd been promised. We were told we'd be mailed rebates. We were told Verizon would buy out our AT&T contract. The manager made it sound like she was taking care of everything. The rebate requests were never filed and AT&T billed us for the unfulfilled contract. We'd never been told we had to do a thing. We weren't even told to hang onto our phone boxes for barcodes that would be needed to get those rebates. Only because of our own research and time spent, hours spent, chatting with Verizon customer service reps have we been able to fight for what we'd been promised. I feel sorry for customers who aren't able to waste this sort of time. My advice: Go directly to a Verizon store when looking to get a Verizon deal. read more
