A month or so later we had an opportunity to stop in again to get some assistance with an iPad connectivity issue. After a short wait, they had me fixed and out the door in less than a half hour. Fast forward recently decided to change internet service providers, I walked in shortly after they opened, walked out 30 minutes later. Extremely knowledgeable staff, customer service is excellent.

Brandon made a comment that this company "has me by the balls now." and "I signed my life away" I mentioned that this phone was $200 off on the internet with a port in special and he made a comment on how he got commission if I bought it here and I would get the phone faster. Brandon did not have the customers best interest in mind and only his own pocketbook. Even if the lease is third party. Brandon could have warned me of the terms and how it worked as he was telling me to initial the contract. Brandon was sarcastic and condescending and I feel as if maybe Cricket is a dishonest company who does business with borderline illegal loan companies. I will be sharing my experience on social media, Google, Yelp, ETC. I will be going back to Boost mobile even if it costs double. I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience. The day we bought our phones the girl working was from another store who was sick, and angry because her backup never showed and never called in. so we spent probably about 3 hours in the store trying to get the new phones set up and working....only to find out they would only work for a week! I appreciate that the owner tried to track it down the day before I was leaving but they refused to give me any kind of discount from this delay and would have charged me for shipping my laptop back to NC if they'd ever gotten it. It really ticks me off that they didn't say "the mail is really slow and we don't know if we'll get it by the time you have to leave". That information would have let me decide on some other course of action. You don't tell a customer you can do something then expect them to pay full price or incur additional costs because you couldn't.

She told me that I have 5 minutes! I was happy to get help from the customer service and I smiled at her. She said that I was rude and she disconnected my call ! She kept talking Spanish and making gestures to her employee that she has humiliated me! She said you must buy a new phone! I am changing my career. Dont shop from Metro Pcs. Last year I had the same problem! We pay them monthly on autopay timely and they rip us off! No to Metro Pcs for poor service and horrible staff!! I was refunded for half the value of the "free" iPhone that I was supposed to get but I am out $350 because the clerk ran the transaction incorrectly.
