I visited with my husband to purchase an item that I had already planned to buy and had the cash for. While I was the one asking questions and making the purchasing decision, the employee consistently directed conversation and responses toward my husband instead of me. Even after my husband clearly stated that I was the customer handling the transaction, I still wasn't addressed directly. It did feel dismissive and not aligned with good customer service. As a customer, I think it's important to be acknowledged and spoken to directly--especially when asking questions and making a purchase. I didn't purchase the item I wanted directly due to this man's behavior.

I have been wanting some Boston Accoustic speakers for years and this was the only place in Indy who had them. They hooked up up with all replacement Boston Speakers. They also added Dynomat which by the way... I will never ever again add a speaker without it. They installed a DVD Headunit with a Alpine head unit power pack amp. I have a sytem that doesnt have a sub in it but you couldnt tell by the sound it! It rocks!! If I put in a movie it sounds movie theatre quality. O, by the way the radio they installed also had blue tooth calling. When I make calls people cant even tell. the installation process was tottally professional. Clean and neat, the blue tooth mic placed perfectly. The staff was very good, very helpful and very knowledgable. I wouldnt recommend getting a stereo install anywhere else. I made the mistake of going to Best Buy first, dont make the same mistake as me.

To make a short story long, I was moving into my new house and the previous owners left a flat…read morescreen tv. I know that you are thinking, SCORE.....but no, the television did not work and I was stuck with disposing of it. You can not just throw a flat screen television away and most places charge $20 to $40 to dispose of them., but not this place. It was free. It was a bit difficult to find based off of the directions. Once I was able to find the drop off location, it was easy peasy. It was clearly marked, easy to pull into and the worker on duty unloaded the television from my truck. I did not have to lift a finger. Less than 2 minutes I was on my way. Very convenient and they accept washers/dryers, batteries, cell phones, monitors, computers, scanners, microwaves, scrap metal, dvd players and much more. It is nice because disposing of some of the stuff, such as batteries, is illegal and this give you a legal environmentally safe option to dispose of such items.
