I informed the techs about this issue, and they repaired the screen. However, I noticed immediately that my Apple Pencil was not calibrated correctly to the new screen, resulting in jittery lines. I then brought it back, letting them know that the screen was not working well with my pencil. After several days of not hearing from them, I called for a status update. They informed me that nothing had been done as of yet and stated that it was due to them installing a non-OEM screen. They suggested that an OEM screen would be better, but it would be an additional cost. This was very frustrating because I now had to wait longer since they seemed to have done nothing with the device until I called. After agreeing to install the OEM screen, I still am having an issue with jittery lines. I showed the tech, who stated that it was probably because the screen had to settle in. They also suggested that I use heavy books to help it adhere properly. After researching, I discovered that the actual fix should have been the techs including a serialized chip from my original screen to the new one. However, since they never offered up this information and are seemingly unaware of this being an issue, I am reluctant to even bring it back for a fix. In conclusion, if you use an Apple Pencil and have a screen that needs to repair, it makes much more sense to unfortunately go to the Apple Store instead of here. My screen doesn't have a crack, but it is extremely hard to use now because the techs unfortunately are not educated on this problem.

First of all they gave me a black screen when I had a gold iPhone with a white screen. A week after I got my screen replaced the picture displayed was not clear and was distorted. The could not see pictures clearly and the I called them after my screen was replaced and asked to get a white screen. I called them multiple times and they would give me different days to come in and when I would call the day off they would not pick up the phone and would give me the run around. I've left countless voicemails and when I finally stopped by the store they were shut down! These people did not install my screen properly and they are scammers. I went to a different place to get my screen fixed and they showed me what was missing from my phone that was stolen from TCB electronics. Don't bother wasting your money here when you'll have to spend money elsewhere to get it fixed!

I saw a Groupon that cost $59 for $99 of repairs. All it said was repairs (nothing about screens). I messaged the company and asked for a quote on battery replacement and port repair. I was told $50 for each one. With my Groupon it would cover the repairs. I sat in traffic and drove 30 minutes out of my way to get there. When I arrived first I was told there were no batteries in stock. Then the person who was helping me called his partner. Next I was told I could not use the Groupon for the repairs. That the Groupon was only good for screen repairs. Really? You could have told me that when I was messaging you and set the appointment. Or you could have made it clear on the Groupon. And $50 for a battery? A major office supply chain and a repair shop at the Christiana Mall charge $40. If you accepted the groupon (which was advertised for repairs) you would have been competitive. Now you are priced 20% higher, you are not in a good location (not well labeled) and i doubt you will be in business 6 months from now. I will take my business elsewhere and never return. This is no way to treat customers when you are trying to build or save your business.

I had internet at home with AT&T until June 2022. I stopped the service and returned all the…read moreequipment on July 5th to UPS as the ATT agent had instructed me to do so. And I removed the auto-payment option and my credit card from my account in AT&T. After a few days, I received an email from AT&T that I should return the equipment by July 25th or they will charge me $164. I contacted AT&T and told them I have already returned the equipment and have the receipt for it. They said that I shouldn't worry because it takes a few days to process returned equipment. Then in late August, I noticed that they have charged my credit card $164 even though I had removed my credit card from my account! Charging me for returned equipment is one thing but keeping my credit card information and charging it without my authorization is obviously fraud. I contacted ATT support multiple times. Eventually, someone from AT&T contacted me and confirmed that they have received the equipment and apologized, and refunded that amount to my credit card. However, a few days ago I noticed that there is a collection claim against me for that amount and AT&T has sold my account to a collection agency. And I noticed that they have charged my credit card again!

I have been patronizing this store for decades, from time to time. One of their employees took a digital passport photo for me that seemed OK when she showed me a preview on her camera, but when I received the file later that evening (this was on a Friday) there were things I didn't like about it, notably that I was badly positioned and appeared to be looking up at the camera instead of straight at it (it was also very unflattering!) I quickly emailed back that I would appreciate a re-take, and the message I received back said, I quote, "You can come in to have as many as you want taken - anytime." I thought, that's nice of them (but normal, since it's just a digital photo that I already paid $15 for). However, when I went back for a retake, the owner (or manager) was rude and defensive and refused to take it again. He said things like "Haven't you ever seen a passport picture?" and said of course I could have as many pictures taken as I wanted, but I'd have to pay. Reading through the reviews, I see that some other folks had a similar experience at this store (rude employee--the guy I dealt with sounds like "Mike," mentioned in James M's review--and bad passport pictures). I wasted my money and had an unpleasant exchange with the owner/manager to boot (he told me he didn't care if I never came back). You are better off going down the street to Cameras Etc.; they have better customer relations and they charge less for passport photos.

I came in with a flat tire, and Tanner (who is an *amazing* volunteer and a whiz with about every tool I've seen used) basically answered every question I could ask, with tool in hand, ready to help. I left with: * Repaired tire * Straightened derailleur * Adjusted brakes * Fixed "shift deck" (not sure if that's the right term) * A _much_ better appreciation and understanding of how to maintain my bike Again, I can't thank these guys enough, and Tanner in particular. It's awesome because they teach you as you go, so next time you might be able to make the repair yourself. All the volunteers are extremely nice and legitimately enjoy helping out. There are also many used bikes for sale at incredible prices. I've told all my friends to go here and can't recommend it enough!
