When a woman got on the phone who seemed to be in charge, I was basically told, "We're sorry. We know it's a problem, but we're not going to do anything about it." As someone who has spent the majority of my life in customer service...that's called a kiss-off. That is basically saying, "Sorry, but we don't care about the service you receive from us."

I imagine we could have struggled through it, got frustrated & eventually get there, but decided to bring in some expertise. It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. I calculated saving $75/month on programming, so their reasonable service fee plus the cost for three Roku units will be recouped in three months.

No employees were nearby to assist with finding the product, so I gave up. I ended up deciding to purchase only wet foods for my cat. Their prices were typical. Many cash registers were open, but because it was Black Friday, the lines of costumers moved slowly. I ended up waiting and then using the self-checkout to pay. The bag dispenser had no bags, so I had to ask an employee for a bag.

I am happy with the internet service however I do have an issue with how they installed the cable coming into our home. Technically the install meets all requirements from Hughes Net but I currently have a hole through my white siding on the front part of my home. In addition to the hole I have a foot of black cable running vertically up my white siding before entering the house. It looks hideous! I called the office and the gentleman in charge apologized but said the job was done to specifications although the tech should have done a better job of concealing the cable coming into the house. His words of wisdom were that if I had strongly insisted the installer find another way other than "the standard way of drilling one hole" that the boss would not let him leave the site without doing the job to customer satisfaction. So - be very firm on what you will or will not accept as far as putting holes into your siding for cosmetic's sake. Be very outspoken and demand that they spend a little extra time to conceal lines as they should. I'm hoping this review helps someone else avoid what we are trying to cover up now.

I had a friend who took their router back to get some help and the sales person told her to call customer service and they would help her out. I had her go back in and I went in with her and got her support I told the sales clerk off and told her that since it was her responsibility as the sales clerk to help the customers not just tell them to call customer service I told my friend to leaver her broken router there and it's the company's responsibility to send it in. The sales clerk proceeded to tell my friend if she did that she would have my friend pay $500 for a new router. I proceeded to tell the sales clerk how could she get a return label without a phone or internet or a smartphone so how could she get a return label to send the router back. Now I see why this company has the lowest customer service ratings of any of the major carriers.
