Was in this location last week to get a new Android phone. It was not very busy, and was greeted right away by Julian Winnett. He had an excellent personality and was extremely easy to talk to. We conversed about phones, golf and restaurants. He was not aggressive in trying to sell me items I didn't need. Do not EVER go here. All they do is lie and try to profit from you. TLDR- 1. They are not a Verizon store, they are a franchise that Verizon allows them to use their name. 2. They try to rope you into shady needless financial loans so they can make money and I'm pretty sure they violated the Virginia consumer protection act with me. SO I tried to go in to buy an iPhone since mine broke. I wanted to just buy a new phone completely without any hassle of payment plans etc. the girl who helped me told me no problem! She assisted me with the phone and told me I would get a certain amount of money for trading in my old phone and I paid the difference since I wanted to buy the phone outright. She packaged up my phone and put the paperwork in the bag and it was only when I went home that I found out she signed me up for a 36 month loan?! Not only that but they stole the actual trade in value of $70 from Verizon and gave it to themselves as they set me up with this loan.She didn't tell me it was a loan, or allow me to look at any loan paperwork. I go back the next day and deal with a gentleman who shows me that the trade in paper i signed supposedly agreeing to trade in my phone was actually a loan! It was like a five page disclaimer that I never saw and was never given when I left. They had me sign the last page which only said that I agree to the terms of my trade in. Seems super illegal. I ask them to reverse it and they say they can't but they can change the terms on the financial loan to be for 24 months at a penny a month and I could pay it all off that day?! They told me they couldn't out right sell me the phone as they weren't a Verizon store just an authorized retailer. Woooow, wish they would have told me that yesterday before they lied and falsely lured me into a loan. But wait, it gets worse. On top of this loan I never agreed to, they also had some weird shady go ready charge...basically charging me 70 bucks for moving my old data to my new phone. I never authorized that either and they never asked. If any of you have iPhones you know how easy it is to switch phones. You type in your Apple ID number and stick the two phones together and you're done. But wait, it gets WORSE! So I'm a pretty chill person and try not to be a jerk especially with Covid so I never left a bad review. I figured even if it was super bad service maybe they were having an off day. But Today I got a bill from Verizon saying I'm being charged an extra 80 dollars a month?! For what? No idea. I've been on hold for Verizon for an hour now trying to fix this mess that was started a few weeks ago. Please please don't go here, I swear you will regret it. read more

Turned in a Iphone 8 for $400 credit toward Iphone-12. After 6 months store manager denies receiving my Iphone 8. Management has essentially changed their reason every time I call on why they lost or cannot find my Iphone8. Now, manager accused me of not giving clerk my Iphone8-.
