Customer service jacked my account up. I went to the Verizon store and I was greeted by Thai. She sat down next to me and went over all the messages with customer service, she was incredibly nice. She told me to bring everything into the store as soon as it arrived. When I went back in I was greeted by the store manager who was also extremely nice. I found out the original girl that greeted me was new and I would've never known, so fantastic training. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the 3rd girl who stayed to finish getting my account straightened out, but again extremely nice. I walked in feeling very uncertain, but I left completely reassured. If you have a bad encounter with anyone in this store, it's highly likely that you walked in with a bad attitude, and you left with a bad attitude. read more

They are organized. If you show up they try to come out and try to answer all questions and if you need a person. They schedule an appointment or you can wait in line. The only draw back about waiting in line is that it could be 30 minutes or it couple be 2 hour wait. They can not tell you the wait time. But they give you the choice. My first time was great. We must have picked the best time to just show up. We waited in line and got in within 15 minutes. Staff help was great and upbeat.i wish I would have gotten the guys name. He was awesome I guess my only draw back is that they sign you up, take your money, give you your phone and send you on your way. I have never had a cell phone so I did not even know how to make a phone call. That would have been nice for the guy to just show me. It probably would have taken 30. I'm just saying. Help is limited. My 2nd visit was not great. We showed up. Long line. Guy finally came out and tried to answer quick questions. Then he tried to set up appointments. Ours was 7 hours later. Not great. Service was OK but the girl made a point to tell us at the end to make sure we gave her a great review. Anything under a 9 was viewed as bad. Haha. That must be her manager telling her to say this stuff. We went and did the same exact cellphone set up and it doubled in price. This was within a week. Something smelled fishy this go around. I liked our first salesman. Bring him back. We got a way better deal with him helping up. he was professional and printed out all my transactions and the second appt with the girl. We got nothing. Just her telling us to make sure we gave her a good review. How about this Give got service and the same deal on the cell plan like the first guy. I went in with the problem of not being able to get into my account, somehow screwed it up and I was so impressed by The level of knowledge and training that Ryan had. All I wanted was to fix a simple problem and left with a new business phone and business number iPhone 14, and since I've been a customer for 12 years I was able to REDUCE my monthly bill and get free phone upgrades for all the devices on my plan. I drive out of my way to Redmill just to go to this particular store and have never been let down. Visited this store with my daughter yesterday to buy a phone for my oldest daughter. We arrived at 5pm and the store closes at 8pm. We were told one employee was leaving and the one up front had an appt coming up. She stated to go to the website, order it, and do store pickup at that location. I repeated the question again asking why we just couldn't get the phone right now and received the same answer with attitude look and tone. The store was completely empty with two employees inside. It's amazing how one person that has no concern for customer service can really turn you off. How hard would it have been to go a little bit extra and sell me a phone real quick? I have a family of 5 that uses Verizon service and phones, along with my business phones. Horrible customer service and considering moving my entire family off Verizon. This was probably the best service ever in a Verizon store. I did everything online, while chatting with a Verizon rep. My order was put through, all I had to do was pick it up. I walked in, it was ready to go. I was out of the store in 5 mins. I mentioned to the worker that this was the best experience with Verizon. I've been here quite a few times over the past few years. I've always gotten my phones from here since I got my first phone with Verizon, except for the last time because I was in another part of the city when I was looking at other carriers at the time. One of the biggest issues I've had at this location overall is the excessive wait times just to get with someone there. There are times where the wait was over two hours. Also, when changing phones, Verizon (regardless of location I've been to) tends to not tell you if something else has changed automatically, such as removing the unlimited data or lowering the limit without even saying anything. One of the reasons I stay with Verizon is that I get additional discounts on my monthly bill and accessories which is a nice feature to have. They also tend to have one of the best networks out there as well. In general, the staff here are willing to help you and get everything you need. Overall, this is a good place and gets a three star rating from me as there's nothing that I've seen about going above and beyond. However, they ultimately get done what needs to get done. read more

She acted as if she was about to get off work (it was 4:55) and didn't want to start a new customer. We had questions but before we knew it we were in our car. Terrible service. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I received the worst service ever from Verizon at this location. I had trouble with a newly purchased refurbished iPhone which apparently the people that work here don't realize that there is a 14-day no-hassle return policy but also a 90 day warranty on refurbished phones. Their lack of knowledge or quite frankly laziness to perform their job cost me 3 hours on the phone and multiple trips to both apple and Verizon. We found an iPhone at the beach and after attempts to find the owner, Verizon advised us to bring it to a local Verizon store. I showed up right at closing and it took several minutes for the employees to come to the door. I kept knocking asking them to open. They kept shaking their heads and ignoring me. Finally someone came to the door and he wouldn't open it. After speaking through the glass I informed him I was trying to be a Good Samaritan and was trying to turn in a lost phone. Later learned store and most of staff moved to the Red Mills Store off Nimmo Parkway where I purchased my last phone around 2018, again had great service NO negative attitudes experienced on my part. Again, store closed without notice. Later learned there was a Verizon store on General Booth in same general area, went to visit only to find store closed. I find it very hard to believe the service has deteriorated as much as many of these reviews indicate OR that Verizon would tolerate behaviors described. My question to Verizon, what the hell is going on? I'm in need of a new phone now as I currently have a Pixel 2XL that is driving me crazy as it is frequently shutting itself down even with a significant charge. read more

WOW we have been shopping at this location for over 10 years. Today is the first time we felt pushed out the door. No one greeted us or signed us in as all 4 employees were busy with customers. (A quick hi I will be right with you would have worked) We went for a new phone cover - no they do not carry phone covers for a two year old phone. Or the screen protector. We decided to look into purchasing two new phones. The first one we touched set off the alarm. It took about 5 minutes to get it turned off. The manager said the alarm is sensitive. As we waited for the alarm to be disabled a told us the security system doing its job. I told her maybe but it also is keeping us from looking for a new phone. She shrugged her shoulders and walked to the door all the while smiling and suggesting we go to Best Buy. This is NOT the Verizon service that we are used to at this store! Awful customer service. I waited over an hour to see an associate. Verizon is only the biggest cell service because of their network. The associates don't know anything about phones. The one guy didn't even know what the moto x maker was. Clearly he's an idiot. If I didn't have unlimited data I wouldn't be with Verizon. I would trade the service here for the service I got in Michigan. I am also highly disappointed with their accessories. I did go at an off time (Tuesday At 1:00) but was immediately seen by the tech desk. The guy that helped me was Josh Lemaster. He is one of the supervisors. He was incredibly nice, funny, made me laugh (which the mood I was in, was nearly impossible!), knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say and what problems I was having. He ordered me another IPhone as a replacement because my speaker went out and I was in and out in no more than ten minutes! Not to mention, it cost me $0! While I did witness some brief tension between a verizon employee and a customer, ( the employee should have been a bit more courteous) I was greeted with a smile! Maybe it was because I had a cute baby with me! I have always gotten better information from the staff in the store than the verizon call center. I will start by saying that as far as the employees of this location are concerned they have always been fairly helpful and this review in no way meant to reflect my opinion of them. As for verizon business that is a whole different story, i had signed up for service at this particular location in march of this year 2022, and since then have either been without service, charged more than promised, had been charged on more than one occasion for services that were not actually working, for a month straight had no service at all and was still charged, after trying to resolve these issues on multiple occasions was hung up on repeadetly by customer service, once in fact was actually hung up on in front of one of the store workers by a customer service person, was mocked on the phone by customer service. And now have had my service once again been shut off after being promised to be spoken to by a rep to help settle my billing issues, to which i am sure going to lose business over due in fact that now none of my customers can reach me. This has been hands down the worst example of customer service i have ever come in contact with. now im being stuck with a bill for 1400 dollars to which i was promised was going to be adjusted due to the fact i dont actually owe this much considering i only have one line, mind you this is the business division of verizon which i have come to find is seperate from the normal phone service, well good luck finding anyone that has a clue or can even help you in person cus well there is no one that represents the business end of things, they will sure sell you any of the products but the minute that you request help they cant do a thing, THIS is a warning, this do not bother i assure you this is not the verizon i once knew whomever is in charge of business accounts has not a clue as to what customer service is but has a great mind for scamming people out of they're money and then disappearing like a ghost in the night. read more
