No big deal, it's usually pretty easy to get a replacement. Started online, and the website took me to Apple Care at Best Buy for repair. They couldn't repair it, told me to go to Xfinity for a new phone. Xfinity told me to file an insurance claim with Assurant. Assurant wouldn't let me do that because there wasn't an accident with the phone, it just stopped working and was essentially a defective phone. Called Xfinity, told them what happened and that I was being sent around in circles. They told me that yes, I absolutely do have to get a new phone from the local Xfinity store. I was wary of this because my local Xfinity store had just sent me to 2 different places, but they assured me they would note my account so I would not have any further problems. Went back to this Xfinity office the next day and was given the runaround again. They told me I had to go to the Apple Store in Manchester. I told them I didn't want to do that just to be sent in circles again, because at this point I don't trust any of them. They told me there was nothing they can do for me. Said that the apple care at Best Buy isn't really apple care, and I should have gone to Manchester in the first place. I tried to tell them that their website put Best Buy at #1 on the list of Apple care service centers by she didn't believe me and told me I was incorrect. I'm tired. I'm just going to send my phone in at this point and let them figure it out. Worst service ever!!

I needed to get another "Ultra" fast charger for my Ultra S23 so I went to the Verizon store…read morethinking it would be a simple buy. I went to the store and asked for a Speed charger, not "Ultra" but it was understood that I wanted that fastest charger. The clerk immediately picked out the most expensive FOUR OUTLET REGULAR charger for me to buy. I asked if it was a Speed Charger, as I noticed ALL the voltages on the boxes were the same and he said "Yes". I put down the most expensive choice he deliberately chose to earn himself the biggest commission and got the single outlet one. Took it home and within seconds of plugging it in realized it was a regular charger. It did NOT make the distinctive sound OR color that a speed charger makes. How does a Verizon tech not know that a phone TELLS you when it's a speed charger or not? Didn't they know they would get busted? Anyways, brought that charger right back to Verizon store and pointed this out. They didn't have a SINGLE Speed/Ultra charger in the store! Got my money back and took my business to Best Buy on the Heights and got my Speed Charger for HALF the price of even their SINGLE outlet regular charger. I have more Technical Knowledge than most of the staff and feel like I should be working there or at least paid a stipend for doing tech support on their own products. Verizon store; here is a clue, get some Ultra chargers in your inventory and stop trying to pass more expensive LOWER voltage REGULAR chargers as Speed chargers. The screen cover they installed on my S23 was a joke as well that started coming off almost immediately. Underhanded and aggressive tactics.

With Fidium, no issue. I added a VPN that worked without issue for 6 months. Then, I experienced that I could not connect to any website unless I turned it off. So my 3 year contract was essentially useless. Both problems corrected themselves with Fidium. Discontinuing Breezeline was ridiculous. I tried on line to discontinue and they were not helpful until I told them why. Only then did they tell me they could not help me and gave me a pre recorded number. This pre recorded number asked my address but only allowed me to type 1 number, no more spaces. I tried over 3 days, many different attempts and hours wasted. If you finally get through, be prepared to wait forever. Be prepared to be disconnected several times. I wasted so much time, was even barred from entering the billing portion listed on their site. I was prepared to drive to their physical location after 3 days when I finally had a successful connection. Still, the why, and offered a deal from Breezeline. I refused. It should be illegal for it to be such a difficult process to DC services. It should be an easy process on line once your account is verified. And, I had forgotten, that at one time on the website as I was trying very which way to DC, the typed response on their site was that if I was to proceed, my data was not safe. I took a pic of that, but have since deleted it. Wanted to forget all about Breezeline!

A month later I received a bill for $141.98 5/20-6/21, I turned in everything on 5/26, but the representative failed to tell me that I should have kept the service for another month as any cancellations after 5/20 obligates me to pay for another month. I went down to the local office and was told " he should have told you, but he's retired and there's nothing I can do". What bs, I told her I wasn't blaming her, but I would tell everyone I know to avoid Breezeline. She said "Go for it!" So, please avoid this service at all costs, horrible customer service, large price increases, buffering issues etc.

My name is actually Stu R., not Lindsay R., and I live in Southborough, MA, not Manhattan…read more I have a 6,000 square foot house in Southborough, MA that originally was built as a farm house in 1830. Needless to say, my wi-fi was problematic, and Best Buy tried and tried to fix things to no avail. I was told to seek an I.T. company, I did my search, and Rod sold me over the phone on MVWFP. Jawaan and Jacob came to the house and hard wired most of my TV's using the coaxial cable that already existed. They also established various ports throughout the house so that the wireless wi-fi would work well everywhere. There was a slight problem that was fixed right away with a second (free) visit to the house. Several months after installation, the system is running perfectly. Rod and Jawaan are as good as it gets! Make the call to MVWFP, and your stress will disappear, at least with regard to wi-fi in your big old house!

All installed by me originally over the years, including hardwired gigabit Ethernet plus WiFi. Dead zones everywhere in the house and hardwired connections that weren't working. Rod responded quickly to my booking appointment on his website, and came in on the agreed date. As I knew, it was a mess. Took two days to straighten it all out including producing "heat maps" to show signal strength throughout every room in the house. it is actually quite difficult to find anyone who specializes in networking and WiFi. Most are electricians who do this as a side business and really don't have proper network training. As I determined, Rod has 20 years of corporate networking experience and clearly knows what he is doing. And frankly, my own lengthy experience in the computer industry allowed me to make that judgment pretty confidently after two days of many technical discussions. He knows what he's doing. I'm happy to make a referral to MVWFP to anyone who needs to sort out their WiFi and network challenges, residential or commercial. Very pleased. As is my wife who is not yelling at me any longer. About this, anyway!

Over the last few months, our internet has randomly gone out multiple times with no warning and no clear explanation. Last month, after a long and frustrating back-and-forth through emails and calls, Starry was somehow able to fix the issue remotely the same day. We were never told what actually happened or what was done to fix it. Now the exact same thing has happened again. We called support, and were told there was nothing they could do except send a technician, with the earliest appointment more than 28 hours later. They refused to let us connect with a manager to voice our concerns/ escalate the matter and the chat bot disconnected on us in the middle of our conversation before we could get any meaningful help. The most frustrating part is that this appears to be a recurring issue, and Starry has offered no explanation, no reliable solution, and no real escalation path. For an internet provider, randomly losing service and then being told to wait until the next evening for help is unacceptable and ridiculous. For a company whose entire job is to provide internet, Starry is shockingly bad at keeping the internet working. The service is unreliable, the support is unhelpful and dismissive, and the lack of accountability is unprofessional. I would not recommend Starry to anyone who needs dependable internet, works or studies from home, streams, or simply expects their internet provider to provide internet.
