I did get a better deal with Fidium and my connection is better in a couple of ways: I no longer have to reconnect to my Internet when I log on. 90% of the time over the last couple of years, I had to. With Fidium, no issue. I added a VPN that worked without issue for 6 months. Then, I experienced that I could not connect to any website unless I turned it off. So my 3 year contract was essentially useless. Both problems corrected themselves with Fidium. Discontinuing Breezeline was ridiculous. I tried on line to discontinue and they were not helpful until I told them why. Only then did they tell me they could not help me and gave me a pre recorded number. This pre recorded number asked my address but only allowed me to type 1 number, no more spaces. I tried over 3 days, many different attempts and hours wasted. If you finally get through, be prepared to wait forever. Be prepared to be disconnected several times. I wasted so much time, was even barred from entering the billing portion listed on their site. I was prepared to drive to their physical location after 3 days when I finally had a successful connection. Still, the why, and offered a deal from Breezeline. I refused. It should be illegal for it to be such a difficult process to DC services. It should be an easy process on line once your account is verified. And, I had forgotten, that at one time on the website as I was trying very which way to DC, the typed response on their site was that if I was to proceed, my data was not safe. I made a trip to the Concord, NH location to turn in my equipment and terminate my service. The representative completed my request and gave me a receipt for the equipment I turned in and said I was all set. A month later I received a bill for $141.98 5/20-6/21, I turned in everything on 5/26, but the representative failed to tell me that I should have kept the service for another month as any cancellations after 5/20 obligates me to pay for another month. I went down to the local office and was told " he should have told you, but he's retired and there's nothing I can do". What bs, I told her I wasn't blaming her, but I would tell everyone I know to avoid Breezeline. She said "Go for it!" So, please avoid this service at all costs, horrible customer service, large price increases, buffering issues etc. read more

For Sanbornton 03269. When service is working it is fast. Outages are frequent and common. If you need to reach someone at night - forget it - chat is useless - and if you forget the pin on your bill - no help from Breezeline. If you report a problem before they update the map your are told there is no problem. If there was an alternative provider - I would jump in a quick minute. read more

I had Breezeline for years without any issues until I moved to a less expensive service. Only one time did I have a Breezeline service person at my house, to replace a modem and repeater that had gone faulty. After a kidney transplant, I had to switch to a less expensive internet service, which for the longest time I debated. Finally, I made the switch and Breezeline requestEd the return of their equipment - which they said included the router and repeater which had been REMOVED when the replaced the faulty route. Not wanting to be charged for both, I called Breezeline multiple times to make sure this issue was properly resolved. They finally told me to just return the equipment I did have and that should take care of everything. Not having a printer and unable to drive, I had to order a printer, set it up, return it for another printer, then print out the documentation they required, then mail it. I received an email about a week later saying that the equipment had been received. Then the collection emails began arriving for the equipment Breezeline took back over a year before. Now I have to deal with another company now CHARGING INTEREST on something that Breezeline has had for ages. At this point, I refuse to call Breezeline again because they've had several opportunities to listen to me and make things right. If the "collection" company doesn't listen to me, I will have to pay for a lawyer to make someone listen. Recovering from a transplant and another chronic illness is hard enough... I can't prove that I don't have what was returned to them and I don't need more than the router I have from the new service, which works just as well and at literally half the cost. It is almost as if they are punishing me for going to a new service. Either way, I recommend not using Breezeline just to avoid this kind of blackmailish treatment to a customer who subscribed to them since they were a different company. read more

HORRENDOUS customer support and poor internet quality that constantly shuts off and turns back on! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Been having trouble with my internet. Moved here 2 months ago and had a tech out twice already with the third guy coming friday. This last customer service interaction was soo bad that a day later I'm still fuming. So last time, its not working. Internet keeps disconnecting everything. I have to turn it on and off for it to work. I start talking to the support lady, she gets a tech out there a few days later. Guy tells me is the cables and "fixes it" within minutes and tells me I'll "never have issues like that again." Not even a week later, same issues except now its permanently off. So I get to talking to the support lady. She tells me she doesnt see a problem on her end because its working. I told her I literally just unplugged it and turned it back on. So she tells me its working fine nothing for her to do. Then the argument ensues. She tells me there could have been an outage that caused it. I ask her if there was any outage in the area, she says no there wasnt. I ask her if it is normal for me to have to unplug my internet to get it to work for an hour or so. She tells me it could be the "pod." No clue what that is. She proceeds to dance around offering up any solution. Telling me the internet is on now, nothing for her to do. So I even said the last time they were pretty helpful and sent a tech right out when I was having the exact same issue. Her response was "im glad you had a good experience last time." Without any solution! So I said can we just skip to the part of the conversation where you help me. She said they don't send technicians out for pod issues. And then boom, internet cuts out again. She looks it up and starts telling me its not the internet thats out because I have a home security system, a playstation, and something else trying to hook up to it. I literally have to tell her all of my devices are not hooking up to the internet even though the thing is online!! Like the modem is blinking its green lights like its working but not providing service! She finally decides I am worthy of an appointment. I pull a Karen wanting to talk to her supervisor. This whole interaction took 53 MINUTES!! Never got a call from the boss either. So again, avoid these guys at all costs!! read more

A solicitor claiming to be from Breezeline knocked on my door this afternoon and commented on the number of packages in my carport. This made me uncomfortable so I called Breezeline to verify whether this was actually one of their people, as I was going to call the PD if this were not the case. The customer service person had no idea, since it is not a USA based call center. This company seems to be an even worse version of Comcast, if that is even possible. Definitely not interested after this experience. read more

I cancelled my service in September. I am still getting billed. I went onto chat with them and they stated I had to call and ask a supervisor to reverse the charges..WTF I already cancelled them and it took me 3.5 hours to do that. I dont have another 3 or 4 hours to be on the phone to have bills reversed that they have no right to charge me for! They are horrible! read more

I live in Alton Bay nh for the last 6 days service has been up and down I'm told they are working the issue but never seem to get it fixed...although they say it's fixed and update website to reflect that...it is a bandaid at best STAY AWAY!!!! Worst service provider ever, WiFi constantly drops!!! Constant BS excuses, sometimes even told there's no issue......seriously! Finally cancelled account and then they still charged me the following month. Told a refund would take 4-6 weeks, just more BS from a poorly run company. read more
