I found my current phone of 2 years wouldn't download an app that I needed. Ola was the customer service person at the counter, helping a woman with her account. She couldn't remember passwords, and Ola very patiently helped her retrieve her information. I was next in line and proceeded to tell Ola my issue. He looked at my phone, consulted a computer, and revealed that the app in question wouldn't be supported on my 4G phone. I decided to purchase a new phone. He did his magic to have the apps and information on my old phone to transfer to my new phone. He said I could leave as long as I have the two phones close to one another. I decided to stay to make sure the new app would transfer, which was about 45 minutes. While I was there, I observed customers coming in to purchase a phone plan, another wanting to pay his bill, and another coming in to make several inquiries. Ola was above and beyond patient, calm, and helpful. He checked with me several times to make sure my phones were transferring properly. I salute Ola as a stellar employee. I can see his being very successful in whatever career path he chooses. I also commend those who raised him. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Ola.

John was patient, kind, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before we left. Went to BP and the substitute nominclature was found. The cost was eye opening like an "ufda dude", but then a quick calculation even with my delayed math skills shows, it' a little cheaper than on line because no shipping charges and I'll have the battery NOW. Nothing to steal off my porch at least. Yes, it fit and it works fine. I will have to explore Batteries Plus for the more standard batteries and oh yeah they have bulbs too.

But they have a million other records that are not taped up. If things are taped up in any store I always ask before just ripping stuff open and looking at it. My wife and I were there looking for records for her collection. Besides one other customer and…read moretwo employees at 4pm on Friday 10-24-2025, we were the only people in the store. The used vinyl records she was interested in were in plastic sleaves that had been taped closed. We had never seen this in any other record store. After opening up three of them to inspect the records inside, only to find they were all heavily scratched, we were putting them back in there sleaves when the younger of the two employees came up to us an asked us to leave for taking the records out of their "security sleaves". I asked him if he was serious and if the store really wanted people to buy their used, scratched records without inspecting them and he told us both to leave again. So we did. As we approached the older employee near the door I said, "I've never been to another record store where we couldn't inspect the records before purchasing". He didn't respond, but the younger employee yelled, "Goodbye!". I guess he didn't realize they would have most likely doubled their sales for the day if he had just treated us with some common curtesy. We will never be back.
