He provided me with several options including a hybrid system that involves both wireless and hard wired contacts. The price was reasonable compared to other outfits, he was fast, and incredibly conscientious in terms of responsiveness. He taught me about things the new system could do, like call my cell phone to tell me when the system goes off, and provided me with a portable key fob that I could use to activate or disarm the system. Simply, Sean is a really nice guy, and very easy to work with. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would again choose ABEC security.

Update: "Jeff", the manager reached out to repair via text, but we simply don't trust this business after visiting in person and then calling twice afterwards to have them replace in one day. Sorry, but we have never had a cracked phone screen in this household until we used your product. And it very well could have been cracked or dropped by your business since we noticed the cracks less than 18 hours after getting the phone back. It's a shame you couldn't replace it when we brought it to the store. Hopefully, a refund will be made since we gave you three chances to make it right. Steer clear! This place will swindle you. Staff was rude and said they don't replace from phone drops, but if they opened phone they could tell if it was dropped or not. Hmmm, so I should believe them to tell me if the phone was or wasn't dropped? As it's an older phone (four years), I can guarantee it has been dropped a few times, so looks like an easy out for them to not cover warranty. They are either really bad at repairs or offer cheap replacement products to customers. Go to a more reputable place, like Computer Cave. They are honest and offer quality repair and products. Staff at this Fruit Fixed Store couldn't even tell me how much the part the cost or even acknowledge that glass can crack from cheap quality or improper repair. Save your money and repair elsewhere at a more reputable place.

I was…read morehaving some issues with my laptop and as a student it was very important for me to get it taken care of quickly, and the team at CPR was awesome about keeping me updated with the status of my repair and getting it taken care of as soon as possible. The entire process was about a week - once the part arrived it only took them an hour to actually complete the repair. I took my laptop right before they closed on the day I went and by the next morning they called me to give a quote. They were so friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely care every step of the way. The only things I'd recommend to those going to CPR is to call instead of using the 'estimate' feature on their website - I didn't get a response there but when I called they answered immediately and they let me know that while I could schedule an appointment, they were able to meet with me as a walk-in in the same amount of time. Their phone response time is very quick - in the few instances they didn't pick up, they returned my call within ten minutes each time. The other thing is that it's a little hard to hear them on the phone, but that's just a minor thing to be mindful of. I highly recommend!

The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

It doesn't have the largest selection, but they've got drums, guitars, basses band instruments, orchestral instruments, speakers, stacks, amps, pedals, ukuleles, cords, wires, lessons and more. And it's ten minutes from my current house, rather than an hour or more that it takes to get to other music stores. They do instrument rentals for school bands. And they're a local shop, not a chain store. If they had gig space, that would be awesome. That would rate five stars.
