Today, omg I should have avoided the store at all costs. I have several lines with at and t including a smartwatch that can act as a standalone. I explained to the rep that my watch will not connect without my phone being powered on. He kept insisting that the phone needs to be on in order for it to work. I was like no I have lte service and the point of having it was so it could work if my phone dies. With an arrogant attitude he said " I have been working here for 3 years and never heard of that." I said maybe you don't have customers that use it like I do and this is a feature that I used commonly. I explained when this happens it needs to be reset on the network. He still rudely disagreed. I walked out, pulled it up on at and t website. Went back in to show his, in front of another customer he rudely called me a google keyboard warrior and accused me of trying to prove him wrong. That wasn't my intention, my intention was to show him that this is a feature that should be working and is not working and that I needed to have it fixed. He continued being very rude and kept telling me that he's the expert not me. He doesn't know that I've been an IT specialist since he was born. I will not patronize a store that employs such rude representative. As customers we pay for their salaries and commissions. I have reported this behavior.
