I went into this store to ask about Verizon plans and found only one sales person and one customer the sales guy was helping. I stood for 10-15 minutes and the sales person never looked at me, never acknowledged me. He could have said hello and said he would be with me when he was done. He could have asked me to take a seat, smiled, anything. Then when he was done just said "what's going on" I felt he was very rude. He really didn't care if I switched or not. Big tall young guy, heavy set. I will never go back there again. read more

Awesome service! Let me tell you a short story. I tried the Verizon store at 2 Gurnet Road in Brunswick first. When I first arrived, there was a sign saying to wait for curbside service, so I did. parked outside the front doors of the Verizon store for more than half an hour, with my headlights on. There were 4 employees, mostly doing nothing, with one of them helping One customer?! I called Verizon, and couldn't reached the Brunswick store. After about 45 minutes, I gave up and drove to the Topsham Mall store. Someone came out immediately, and took care of my problem within 5 minutes. I have absolutely No idea why the employees at the Brunswick location haven't been fired yet. read more

Oh wow. I somehow wasn't surprised to see ALL 5 star ratings for this store. My husband and I took my elderly mother into this store yesterday, Saturday, to switch my mothers and my fathers phones, since he no longer needs his. We worked with Peter, training a new employee, and they were both amazing. They were so patient with us. My husband is the only techie, and I'd rather buy a house than a phone or car, but Pete came to my level. He spent 2.5 hours with us, we ended up with 3 new phones, all set up and ready to go, for $9.00 more a month. I'll spare you the intricacies, but all of our apps worked without having to re-log in( a nice new feature), everything transferred, he paired our watches, and even told my mother what she needed to bring back to trade her phone in. He gave ya his card for follow up, and had some serious patience. Pete- hope you had nice weather to use your leaf blower this weekend. We really enjoyed working with you. So much better than the wannabe-metro store in Brunswick. They wanted us to wait in the que just to buy accessory phone cases. 45 minutes to get to a register to purchase something I know I want is nuts! Awful, awful experience, wish I could give it no stars.. Went in to get help because my voice mail stopped working. I've had the same phone for 2 years and when I switched to a new plan (with same phone) the voice mail became "unavailable". The first guy I talked to was absolutely clueless so he called over the iPhone "expert", Justin, I think his name was. Long story short, he was very rude and condescending and not helpful at all. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Plus, as it turns out, he was wrong about what he said he was "absolutely positive about"! Sad thing is, I've received bad customer service at this location before but went back to give them the benefit of the doubt. Guess I learned my lesson. My advice is take the extra 10 minutes and drive to Brunswick, where they have knowledgeable, friendly staff. read more
