I have spent months trying to get this resolved, have been sent to literally ten different ph#s (two of which they sent me were to disconnected numbers). Connor at the branch has been great, but his form to correct this was denied. So for a family that spends over $600 a month with AT&T, I find it ridiculous that I now have to consider pulling all our accounts that we have had for at least a decade over this. It makes no sense to me for this to be happening. Now I have been sent to collections for the first time in my life and at this point I will definitely consider leaving AT&T.

I called another Verizon store and they said it was up to the discretion of the store to charge for sim cards but the store I called only charged 5-10 dollars and that the prepaid phone I bought would not have worked with a sim card at all because it was total by Verizon. So, they were going to let me buy a sim card for a phone that they physically saw the box for because I brought it with me into the store and another store that literally just talked to me over the phone let me know that I was almost scammed. She explained everything I needed to know and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Usually when I am dealing with phone sales people, they tend to be pushy. That was the complete opposite with Julia, she wasn't pushy and she seemed to actually care about me and my situation. I could tell she definitely has the customers best interest in mind. She got me switched over and then I asked her about internet. She was super knowledgeable and explained how I could switch from my current provider. I will definitely be back to do that. I should have walked out as soon as I saw misspellings in their posted "guarantee policy" and that one employee was not wearing a mask. I was quoted 45 minutes to repair my cracked screen and apply privacy screen. True to their word, my phone's cracked screen was fixed. However, I could no longer use my gmail, safari, text messaging or camera. Also, my battery life was suddenly being sucked out. I told the maskless and unscrupulous employee that my phone was not working the way it was prior to repair. He stated it was a software issue and then jumped on YouTube to watch a tutorial on how to fix it. I was appalled. When I expressed my concern, he told me to go somewhere else, since I "knew so much more" than he did. Unprofessional, unscrupulous, not health or public safety- conscious and not trained or knowledgeable. They charged me $79 (with no receipt) and gave me back a worthless phone. I had to buy a brand new $700 iPhone. They deserve to be reported to the Better Business Bureau
