This is a great business. My previous experiences with cable/tv/internet etc service providers had been dismal. Constant service disruption, speed spikes and crashes, price increases and shilling for extras and unnecessary services. Not the case with Giggle Fiber. The service works, they increased the price once (by $5) in 5 years, outages are brief and seldom and best of all they leave me alone. I do not track my speed for the service and cannot say if it is consistently what is advertised. The good thing is I don't need to because everything works. I can stream a movie and work on my laptop while my kids play video games and my wife watches something on her phone with a tablet on and everything will work like it's supposed to. If you live in Monrovia or surrounding neighborhoods with service available I would recommend it.

for the most part ive really enjoyed having them. granted,…read morei believe they treat their new customers much better than their long time customers (including those transitioned from verizon). ive been a customer for almost a year and ive had to call customer service and get in touch with high level support for a few issues. last year around christmas i was having a lot of issues with line quality and packet loss. after some back and forth i was assured that the congestion would be alleviated with the updating of their lines so it will never happen again. hasn't happened since. i believe them too since they've just now started offering upwards of 2Gbit/s! that definitely requires updates across the hubs, lines, and ONT. overall, the times that ive contacted customer support have been helpful and i do believe they work very hard to solve issues. otherwise the service is reliable for the most part, and i enjoy the fiber speeds! ive noticed now, however, that new customers get a mesh wifi set up :P. much better offers than when i signed up.

I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
