That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

After pushing back a bit since I was just told a much different price she said she doesn't have many sim cards and she needs them for the phones she sells in stores. However, she repeated that if I wanted to pay $60 she could sell me one. I decided to go down the street to the Boost in Covina on Arrow and they had the sim cards for $9.99 and activated my phone for free as company policy states. Seems a bit shady to try to upcharge so much when the sim card only costs $9.99 and activation is free. Not fair to try to rip off the community.

He needed to use the restroom and asked her if they had one available. She rudely answered "No" even though there were men's and women's restrooms right behind her. My dad is a very nice man, but this woman profiled him based on his appearance. If you want someone to assist you who will treat you with courtesy and respect, don't come here. My dad normally goes to the other Boost location on Arrow Hwy and Azusa where the guy working there is kind and helpful, but he was unfortunately on lunch and this was the next closest one. Go to that Boost location. Don't come here.

Rather than helping or explaining anything to me she simply gave me the phone number to costumer service. Keep in mind I had already called customer service the day before and they weren't able to help me. If I wanted to talk to costumer service on the phone I wouldn't have gone out of my way to go to the store in person. At certain points she was straight up ignoring me and had an AirPod in while talking to me. Instead of trying to help me she said I should go to another store. I've worked in customer service for many years, and I've honestly never seen someone who seemed less equipped to work with people. I understand everyone has difficult days, but part of working in customer service is treating people with basic courtesy and making an effort to help even if you can't solve the problem yourself. At no point did I feel like she cared or even wanted to try. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope this location takes customer service more seriously because no one should be treated this way when they're simply asking for help.

They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Dear Sir or Madam: It takes some pain and much effort to type this letter as I recently broke my right dominant arm. I also recently lost my phone (not a smart phone) to the Jacuzzi for the third time and headed to the T-Mobile on Grand Avenue in Glendora to look into my first smart phone. With an obvious cast on my arm, I met with Steven to ask about my options (the store manager should know the exact day). We quickly narrowed down two phones, as I could not afford the I Phone they were offering. After he answered the basic questions, I attempted to play with the phones with little luck due to my injury. I started to request Steven's assistance with different functions, primarily the sound of a music clip, he just directed me to You Tube and left to a kiosk to continue a private, non-work conversation with May, Nick and Jeff. It was only us five on the floor room. I could not understand why he could not make the minor extra effort to help me explore the phone completely so I could make a decision on whether to make the big jump to a smart phone. I can't tell you how many times I dragged Steven from his obviously more important discussion with his colleagues with no help obtaining my mission to then finally deciding to give up and I left furious. I know that I made one mistake in saying that I couldn't commit to a phone that day, as his interest in my business changed dramatically. Now I have worked in retail for seven years and customer service in Marketing for over twenty years, and I know bad service when I see it. Granted, I may be a bit sensitive with a broken arm, but I have not been so rudely treated since I broke my arm by anyone. If I had been given the service I needed, a little extra attention with my condition, I would have come back to Steven to give him credit for the sale. I have sold credit for Kohl's for years and I used to do what I called "planting seeds". I would give my best effort and even if a customer wasn't ready to commit, I pitched till my mouth was dry. On many occasions customers would come back and apply for an account and tell me they waited till I was in. I made a difference, regardless of the initial outcome. This is how every sales representative should behave; help until the customer walks out the door with every question answered! Now I want Steven to know that he may had still made a sale that day, as I am a very impulsive buyer. Especially when I feel so lost without my phone. But instead I left so upset that I actually spent the rest of the evening asking friends and family about their plans and phones. My sister offered me in on a family plan and so many reasons to leave not counting my visit with Steven. Then an old phone I had also lost to the Jacuzzi started working after a year of drying out and my sister found out the details given to her were very off, I then had to reconsider what to do again. In Sheri style, I lost that phone to the Jacuzzi March 31, 2014 and was back to the pressure deal. Long story short I ended up with an amazing deal with Verizon: $50.00 for an Apple 5c, $50.00 for 1 GB per month, $10.00 off our home Verizon Fios for 24 months and HBO free for a year. Wow. Yes, I got the Lifelock case and now I can take pictures underwater, how cool is that. T-Mobile, I hope who ever reads this can understand what living life is like with one hand and then be faced with dealing with a new phone let alone a contract with another vendor. The three other accomplices, who may have been staying out of the way of Steven's client, deserve some mercy, but I still hold them all responsible for ignoring me so rudely. I also heard from a nearby by T-Mobile's manager that that store had a record for bad customer service, I would assume you would know if this was true. It seems strange that your own staff would badmouth each other. Well, after many years of a perfect relationship with T-Mobile, your representative, Steven Montez ruined it all! I can only hope that you take the proper measurements in rectifying this before more customers head elsewhere out of disgust. The only sunshine was your representative, Angela, who I stopped on my way out in the doorway and got more quality help off the clock!! She also spent time with me the day I came in to complain (the day after the incident) - kudos! And I appreciate the time the manager, Chris, spent listening to my complaints, very patiently that day, as I drove there just to let him know how upset I was. He made an effort to save my account and tried very hard to do so. But, he should know what his staff is doing while he is out of the store, wasting his time while he has to do damage control and losing customers! I switched to T-Mobile because of the promise of Good service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I rarely get irked enough to write a review for anything. T-Mobile has the worst customer support in the industry. Wait times are way longer than other carriers, support staff can never do what they say they can do. Must speak to a supervisor, website support is difficult takes multiple tries. Keep in mind this is a multi-national company that make billions of dollars. The last thing you guys would want to do is to break consumers' trust and loyalty. read more

Kept getting transferred to the wrong dept and wasted about 6 different hours and 3 different people's time. Very inefficient. I finally called the Baldwin Park store and got Javier. He patiently listened to my problem and complaints, understood the issue, looked up some info for me and confirmed that he would be able to help me activate the business phone if I went in person. I went to the store right away. Luckily no wait at the time. Javier assisted me right away and successfully activated the business phone in 15 min when I've been struggling with this for almost 3 months!! Javier was professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented , and took care of the activation swiftly and accurately with low stress. I confirmed the activation by placing a call successfully. Javier was a total lifesaver today cuz I was dreading having to waste another hour or two waiting on the phone for customer service. I can now finally give the activated phone to the employee who's been waiting for months for this phone. Thank you Javier!!! He definitely deserves a promotion and a raise!

When our combined efforts to fix the problem failed I reach out to Apple to set an appointment to get my phone fixed, they simply send me a link to make an appointment with bestbuy with very little explanation so I set one for tomorrow at 3 and go on my happy way. A couple hours later bestbuy calls and tells me I made the wrong designation for my appointment and need Apple to make the appointment for me and the soonest available one is the 16th, which was not going to work, so I call once again to Juan who immediately orders me a new one possibly sacrificing a sale I heard him making over the phone while I was in there. If you're looking for an honest, kind, sincere sales person who only wants to do what's best for the customer look no further than this store and ask for Juan!!!
