I needed to find a place through which to voice my displeasure at T-Mobile for donating to the ballroom. That you would tear down the People's House and plan to dwarf it with a facility that the average person will never need or see (without going through the proper legal channels tells me a lot about the company's political views on democracy. It disappoints me greatly. I've been cancelling or boycotting companies that are anti-democracy and am determined to continue to do so if it means I need to do without. My husband has been wanting to upgrade his 3 yrs old TMOBILE Samsung phone for months now. We visited the Glendora locations on Monday 5-5. We were welcome by Sarah. She was so nice & helpful. Straight up fraudulent organization. My wife and I got the Internet service on Oct 24th with the 15 day free trial. We returned the box today and were told we needed to call T-Mobile to cancel. Even though we were in the store where we got the box. So we call T-Mobile, wait on hold while the rep talks to his "back end team." Finally are told we'll be charged for the first month and then we'll get a "substantial credit." We complain that we were told there would be no charge as long as it's returned within fifteen days. The rep says "yeah, sometimes there's miscommunication -- I'm not sure why they say it that way in the stores." They say it that way because that's what they're trained to say. It's so great to have an actual T-mobile store in town. Staff is very helpful and proactive. I've bought cellphones here over the years, made adjustments to my plan, etc. Most recently, I came in for home internet. I thought I'd have to order equipment to be delivered to be delivered to my home. Much to my delight, the rep not only came out with the "gateway" base station, she helped me set up the device, passwords, etc right there via my phone. I went home, plugged the base station in, and I had new WiFi that's not only twice the speed of my old service, it's less than half the price! I went to the T-Mobile on Grand Ave in Glendora, CA. I was told by Cindy they would put on a screen saver for me. I went back the next day and Edgar say they don't do it if it's not their product. I waited about 15 because they greeted but didn't take my number until I brought it to their attention. I wont be coming back there after waiting over an hour for service. read more

RUDE & useless!!!! The guy helping had a black eye and based on his attitude, I know why. There was no customers in store, I walked in there were like 8 workers and no one said anything, finally someone said "welcomeeeee" all annoyed. Like what else were you doing? I said I needed a new phone and they were just unhelpful and all my questions he said he didn't know or straight no... whoever runs this place needs to either train their employees on proper treatment of customers or fire and re hire bc they ALL sucked. read more

This store was ok. I didn't get an appointment before coming in, so I was stuck waiting via the wait list. It was a Saturday, so it was BEE-SEE (BUSY!)! Again, that's my fault. You see, I wanted to get something done with T-Mobile, namely to pay off a device's leftover balance, and also to cancel a line completely. And I wanted to do it in person, instead of calling the customer service via phone, because I like talking to a real-life, live person, and asking them questions, if I had any. It just makes me feel better. Anyway, there were about 6-7 customers ahead of me, and only maybe 2 staff actually working? (Is that right?) They told me the wait will be around 30 minutes, maybe 45. So we went to the Juice It Up next door to get a drink. That part was nice. Any other part... not so much. We waited for a total of 1 hour and maybe 30 minutes? Or more? The sky was still bright out when we got there, and when we left, it was completely dark out. And the kicker was, I didn't even get to do what I set out to do. To pay off the device's balance? No problem. I could do so right away with a credit card. But to cancel a line? THIS MUST BE DONE VIA PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIKE. WHAT. THE. ACTUAL F. I've come to find out later that most cellular service providers do this to you. Not just T-Mobile. Verizon, too. Others, too, I suppose. Horrible. I do want to emphasize: Both the store and staff really were ok. They were nice. Pleasant enough. The actual space was spacious and inviting enough too. But the fact (1) that I waited so, so long to find out that I couldn't even cancel a line in person, and the fact (2) I think I would've just used my time elsewhere wiser, and come back another time, make me somewhat bitter. Would I recommend this store? Neutral. But I would definitely recommend coming in on a week day when it's not rush hour. read more

Sales rep is extremely rude and doesn't try to help. Went in there twice and the first time she turned me away and told me to call customer care. Customer care sent me back in-store and she just so happened to be the rep to help me again. She finally helped a little but made a sale off me and charged me $10 for a "temp #" & sent me home to call customer care again. read more

T-Mobile regularly doles out freebies every Tuesday. I came to this branch today hoping to grab the travel mug. Luckily for me, a few were still available when I arrived. I got 2 because I could get for a friend, too, and the little friend I brought in happened to be my baby girl. The transaction was fast and easy. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Many thanks to Angie who was very helpful. She also notified me of ongoing promotions (refer a friend and get $50; free tablet - not sure what the mechanics are, though). DO NOT... I REPEAT, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TVISION PRESENTATION! My family and I were satisfied with the services that this staff provided for our cell phones. However, they are trying to shove their new cable service provider TVision down your throat and not tell you all of the details. After showing us how TVision works, my family and I decided to sign up for their 21 day free trial. The T-Mobile staff informed us that there will be an $80 hold on our card, but it will be removed once our trial ends and we return the equipment. 2 days later, a TVision technician came to our home, unplugged our current cable provider's equipment and installed TVision. A few hours later I received a $160.06 charge to my credit card from TVision. When we called T-Mobile and was transferred to the TVision department, they explained that the charge was for the first month of service which the T-MOBILE employee did not inform us at the time of sign up. We asked the TVision department to pick up their equipment because we aren't happy with the service, and to re-install our old provider's cable box back into the wall. TVision declined to do so, and said they will immediately cut off services if we cancel at that moment. We ended up speaking with a supervisor and the situation was handled professionally, but there's no guarantee that they will plug our old provider's cable box back into the wall - which they unplugged in the first place. I will never sign back up for TVision again, and because the employee at this T-Mobile location was not completely honest with us, my family and I will not be returning. read more

On may 12th 2022, I went to the T. Mobile on grand ave in glendora to buy my first smart phone. My sales reps name was Jessica ,she was the kindest and most caring And most helpful person that has ever helped me anywhere ! She helped find me the best phone for my needs and helped set it up for me and answered all my questions . now days it is very hard to find a person that is willing to go above and beyond to help someone ! Another dissatisfied customer. I've been with T-Mobile 11 years and all I wanted to do was get a new phone. I bought a new phone from this store 17 or 18 days ago. I noticed after trying it for the last couple of weeks that the speaker volume was very low compared to games and music apps. It is to the point where I can't even use it hands-free in the car on Bluetooth or speakerphone. I bring this up to the store today and all they tell me is that I'm passed the 14 day return period. They could order a new one and receive it in a week or so but there is no guarantee that the new phone will fix the problem or not. If it does not, I can return my phone with a restocking fee of $50 to upgrade to another phone. So tell me, if you have a problem with your phone good luck trying to return to this place. They will deny something is wrong and then it's just on you to turn in a phone that you don't want. Next up I will call 611 to see if they can help me out and what they can do but this place, forget about it. read more
