She spent two hours here checking everything inside and out. She found and corrected a number of issues. How pleased we were to see a female employee as she continued to search and find all issues and correct them! When she left, she noted her corrections. She was courteous, pleasant and tenacious until she discovered and corrected the issues. I waited a few days before writing this review to make certain there were no more problems. A Sparklight technician named.Steven Wanous to my house after I had had other technicians who did not solve the problem. He was very thorough, smart and thoughtful. He tried a number of different solutions and kept on steadily. We thought the problem was solved after the first visit, but it was not. He called back to check in and added me to his schedule the next day so he could come back and work on the problem further. After diligently searching, he eventually found the solution. He was professional, polite, personable, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. He was much better than other people who have tried to solve the problem. I highly recommend him.
