At the time I purchases the phone, I told the agent, it was too small. He did not offer me the buyer's remorse. In fact, he told me to upgrade my phone through their upgrade program which ATT does not recommend. I had to pay approx. $200 for a restock fee. I paid $55 for a cell phone screen that I do not have use for now and they will not refund me. This company is interested in profits and dont care about customer service. If you call ATT for help, they will tell you this is a private store and they can not interfere. Run While You Can. - I used another cell phone provider and changed because of promotions being offered by ATT. I regret doing it because the terms change and they do not inform you of them. The manager of the store told me that the agent did me a favor by not offering buyers remorse. She is Wrong and trying to cover up for her and her staff's mistakes. And they will not let you speak to the owner of the store. Run While You Can. I made a big mistake choosing ATT for my cell phone services - do not become the next victim. She said I told her I was very distraught. My husband had just died of cancer and she said my dad died of cancer so she knew exactly how I felt. ‍. Google voice was overlaying over my regular number, I couldn't access any of my Gmail accounts etc. I went to Geek Squad and got some issues resolved, but my ability to actually use my phone to make calls still wasn't working. I then went to Spectrum store who was useless, except they said remove Google voice so that helped me make calls. But everything else was still a mess. Being new to Orlando and driving around blindly because my map wasn't working, I had to ask people how to get somewhere and stumbled upon ubreakifix by accident. Giuseppe was very nice and professional and after playing around with some settings got some more of my phone to work while I was in the building. I didn't leave my phone, or have anything cracked to fix, but he did help me with what I needed so shout out to him. And for the record, all phones are designed to fail by the manufacturer so I would keep that in mind when trying to revive an older model phone.

They help me with my returns and even once when they were close to closing time, they were still willing to help. I can't stand doing that to businesses, but I just happened to forget and not realize what time the UPS store closed. I am always able to return my orders and get my receipt from them. There have been times where I did not realize that I had to pack an item before they could take it so they asked me if I had something in my car that I might be able to use that if I just put it in there they could take it up for me. They really are just very kind and very willing to help. The Amazon returns. There are free as long as you set it up through the Amazon app, which is also great and very convenient. I will continue to try and make all my Amazon returns through UPS if I'm able to. And I have also gotten things notarized there before and also had a few items shipped out.
