Have been here multiple times and they have done an absolute fantastic job. Recently came back to this location and Nitesh was assisting me in trading in my old phone. He was supposed to erase and remove my old phone from my "Find My Phone", but what does he do??? He erases and resets my current phone. The cloud hadn't backed up my phone for the past two weeks so everything that I had done for personal and work was now gone. He didn't even try to do some digging to see which phone was which. He just blindly assumed and randomly picked one of the phones that said iPhone (there were 4 different iPhones on the menu). After Nitesh erased my phone, he said "oh, that's weird...". No apology. Nothing. His co-worker walked in and was able to revive my phone, but again two weeks worth of work stuff and my kids videos/pictures from their baseball/basketball games... gone. I walked in with a little anxiety because, let's be honest, phone store visits can sometimes mean long waits and frustration. To avoid that, I scheduled an appointment -- and I'm so glad I did. My husband and I were promptly assisted by Gabriel, and from start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. I came in with several issues to address regarding my Verizon bill, and Gabriel was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. His personality was warm and professional, and he never once made us feel rushed -- even though we had a LOT to accomplish. Within about an hour and a half, Gabriel helped us: * Clarify and align our Verizon bill * Purchase a new phone for my husband (his was broken) * Sign up for new TV service * Transfer our landline to another phone Everything was handled efficiently and seamlessly. It's rare to find customer service that feels both competent and genuinely kind -- Verizon truly has a gem in Gabriel. Wanted local pickup so Kris, Customer Service Rep, assigned pickup at Cerritos Verizon Business Center, where I continued to receive top notch customer service. Upon my arrival ... - Security guard opened door. - Greeted by Eduuvie, who directed me to locker where my phone awaited. - Asked his help and he cheerfully stayed with me during the entire process of initiating and transferring data from old to new phone. Came in November 4th to get my phone activated as customer service was having an issue assisting me. My phone would not charge after 2 months of having it. I received my replacement, after so many hoops when I had insurance with Verizon. Well I was without a phone for about a week. Once I got the replacement no one was able to assist me. After an hour of going back and forth they tell me I have to go to a store. I got to the store and Gabriel assisted me. He was so very friendly and patient. I went to the Cerritos Verizon store yesterday and was told I would receive my replacement phone today. I did not receive it, so I went back to the store to have my issue resolved. I told the representative that I did not receive my replacement phone today. She responded that the day is not over yet. It was 4 pm, and I had already called customer service. They had nothing about getting a replacement phone. I told her there is no reason to be rude. She raised her tone and said, "I am just being firm." I said for what? Why? Because I am simply asking you to help me? I asked who helped me yesterday? She claims that there was no way to tell me who that was. She asked for a physical description of the guy, but every guy at that store fits the description. She was antagonizing me, and I could see she was not going to help me expedite the replacement and did not care that I had been lied to yesterday. She just wanted to bully me out of the store. I've been to this Verizon store three times, and honestly, I was a little worried because of the bad reviews. But within five minutes, I met Gabriel, and I wanted to leave a review to say how much I appreciate his patience. My husband has an iPhone 12, and we came in to get the 17 Pro. Even though my husband and I kept asking the same questions, Gabriel answered everything kindly and clearly. He also explained better deals that didn't require trading in the old phone. I really appreciate that. As an immigrant, the language barrier can be tough, and I also need a bit more time to think things through. We have been with Verizon for 6 years and will be looking for a new phone company! Today I went into the store to upgrade my phone and my husbands. We arrived at the store at 6:30 and it closed at 8:00 an 1 1/2 before they closed. The manger checked us in and I specifically talk to the manager and told him we wanted to upgrade our phones and he said we had 2 people ahead of us. When it came time to help us we let them know the phones we wanted they brought them out and hand us the phones to activate them at home. I was very upset that they couldn't activate them and transfer our information. The manger should have told us when we arrived that if you arrive an hour before the store closes they can't do that for us. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm a manager at a bank and if a customer comes in at 1 minute before we close we help them doesn't mater how long it takes. read more

I came here on April 19, 2025 because I needed to get my replacement phone connected. I ended up with a representative named Gabriel. He did not seem like he really wanted to help. He was more interested in doing something else. He and the other guys in the store were watching the game. It got so bad that I told him, "It seems like you are busy and have better things to do, so you can leave me, just please find someone who wants to help me so I can get this phone set up. I had to tell him more than once. I asked other employees to assist me, but they would not because they knew he was supposed to be assisting me. I kept telling him that all of my documents, etc. and information did not transfer over. I also told him that I did not get all of my emails and text messages. He was not concerned. He just kept telling me to wait and it takes time. He was so dismissive! I could tell that he was not even listening and could care. I waited a while and told him again but, he still told me the same thing. I ended up spending hours there with my daughter, wasting time and money. I called 611 Verizon to get my watch band replaced that's less than a month old. The Verizon representative told me to go to a corporate store. I went to a corporate store. At this store located at 12603 Town Center Drive, Cerritos California, they told me that they cannot replace the watchband because they do not have the rights and apple would not give them the rights to a watchband. They only they only have the rights to a cell phone or Apple Watch Devices not accessories so they would not and could not replace my Apple Watch band. This band is less than a month old. I am a 14 year long Verizon customer and you failed me. You did not replace my brand new product I bought through you!!! Apple is now replacing my band. Thanks apple! So l want to know who is lying to me, you customer service/611?? Or is it he corporate store I listed at this address?? And what will be done to rectify that I need a fixed non broken watch band asap.! And how are you going to assure me something like this will never happens again, not only to me but to other customers as well?? My experience here was frustrating. The workers are not on the same page and are not very knowledgeable on promotion start and end dates. Was promised a number for trade in and a couple weeks later said that wasn't possible. Went through multiple workers (one worker straight up just told me to call customer service myself to figure it out) to finally land on Nitesh who I felt was the only one who wanted to genuinely help - thank you Nitesh for being so professional and understanding. Would NEVER EVER go back to this store. Julio said if we open an account by 7 pm we would get 1. 5 free s23 phones 2. Free activation. So, we decided to upgrade from our current plan of $30/line from T Mobile Attached is an example of part of the 2page receipts we got from him. Attached is an example of the ACTUAL charges we saw online. 1. "Free" phone was actually factored into the ADDITIONAL charges per month, for 3 year contract. Had to pay additional $75 taxes on each phone (we opened FIVE lines) 2. Activation was also factored into the bill, making our first bill $500. Subsequent bills would be $300/month. This was due to somehow $60/month services being added on. Good thing they have a 30 day return policy that I googled online. Julio didn't mention this of course, nor was it on any documentation. It was A TOTAL nightmare calling Verizon and T-Mobile to get it changed back. But we saved $4000. Would not even want to interact with ANY of the staff again. I felt so uncomfortable with them being so pushy and not respecting my wishes to return and cancel everything within the company 30 day return window. They will say anything and everything to negotiate, rather than honor our wishes, and bring us back into the store. T Mobile Magenta plan with discount for 5 lines is $110/month. Has better coverage that's comparable to the Verizon plan and includes a bunch of benefits with it, too. Please get the full receipt and break down and check your online account to verify what the salesperson signed you up for. read more

I visited this store today and was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were all sitting down, distracted by their own phones. One employee at the front didn't even ask for my phone number and was barely willing to assist. He had minimal help with the Verizon family plan I signed up for a week ago, which isn't syncing or pairing or working properly, and he claimed that was all they could do. I was told to call their support line, which I did at the store, and I spent two hours on the phone with the Verizon support Rep. The issue still isn't resolved, and the representative ended the call for no apparent reason. The staff didn't check on us, and we felt helpless and frustrated because the product you guys sold to us isn't working and not even trying to help. What's even more disappointing is that my terrible experience was with the store manager when I tried to return a couple accessories that I had purchased online to the store. I went there to turn in my old phone for credit after buying a new phone online. Everything was already set up, I just had to drop it off. When I entered the store there was a staff member who greeted me immediately. I explained why I was there and he asked for my phone number. I gave it to him, he entered it into his tablet and then took my phone from me after confirming my name. I was in and out in about 30 seconds and I immediately received an email confirming they'd received my phone. Couldn't have been easier. read more

SCAM ALERT: stay away from Julio at all costs!!! Julio is one shady person. We were conned into believing a factor of things from the moment we walked in. We added a line with a new phone and were told we can get a free iPad or AirPods. We were also told we'd get our activation of $35 waived if we tried the 5G home internet for free. Do not fall for this scam. I called Verizon and they said they don't waive $35 activation charges. Couple weeks later, we logged into Verizon and saw that the Bill would be 3x more. Turned out that Julio lied and scammed us. The 5G home internet was supposed to be free but there were charges, AirPods I reviewed we're not free from the receipt (he continually distracted us during this process and we were certain we'd get credited on our account), our plans got switched to another plan, and we went through hell calling Verizon to get everything fixed. It wasn't a smooth transaction and the wait and hold times took too long for something that was not needed to be done but had to be again after spending 4 hours there already! Customer service is absolutely terrible.. probably the worst out of the others (ATT and T-Mobile). I went in because I have been having multiple problems with Verizon ( porting issues- I called them 10 x and they could not resolve it). Verizon customer service via phone asked me to go into the store to check my SIM card. I went into store only for them to say we don't have a place to check SIM Card. So they asked me to use my own phone and the Verizon rep called the store. Ricardo pretty much walked away when the Verizon rep called. He was staring off into space into the front with nobody there. I didn't want to loose the call so I HAD TO PICK UP the store phone. That was very awkward, I had to pick up the phone saying "Hi, this is a customer. " The next day, of course Verizon still could not fix my porting issue so I went back. I told Ricardo I have not had reception for 3 days!!!!!! I need my phone for work. Then in an empty store, he said I cannot help you I need to take care of something in the back ( REALLY YOU ARE HIDING?) Then he said all you can do is call customer service number. I told them I called them 10 x already and they suggested I go into store. Then I said if I cannot resolve this issues then I will go to T-MOBILE. I need phone service. Ricardo instead of addressing the issue pretty much encouraged us ( 4 customers) to go to T mobile and leave Verizon. Seemed like the less customers the better for him, less work. So Verizon you need to thank Ricardo for loosing at least 4 customers. I guess it doesn't affect his paycheck so he doesn't care. But since the Verizon staff was so bad, I tried out ATT and T-MOBILE. Both have excellent customer service. When I went into ATT 5 people tried to help me right away. T mobile was very friendly too. Verizon, I am very disappointed in your lack of training for staff. After almost being scammed at the LB town center "Verizon," Julio was able to fix my inactive SIM card issue on my iPhone 13 within 5 minutes and no charges! This is after I spent 45 minutes in the other store and the person tried to install an additional line on my phone without my knowledge (which Julio shared and said to doubled check on our bill!) Store hours show 11a - 5pm on Sundays. We get to the store at 4:40, and all security shutters are closed and the front door shutter is halfway down. Store rep was talking to another customer who needed a new phone and I walked up. Then he said they take their last appointment at 4pm and don't take anyone else. Customer in front of me asked if the had the new Note and I wanted a new iPhone. Store rep blatantly says "You can go to Best Buy down the street". If I could give them a 0, I would. First of all, customers beware that if you want to upgrade to an IPhone 13 with 5G network, do yourself a favor and check with other networks outside Verizon. In my 18 years I have been a verizon customer, I have NEVER experience so many network service interruptions as I have been ever since I got an Iphone 13 with 5G network. I have experienced excessive amount of dropped calls, as well as unable to send and receive calls and text messages. Even though my phone may show 5G and full bars, service disruptions are far too prevalent. I have gone several times to the Verizon store in Cerrito as well as other Verizon stores in the local area to notify them of the problem and the problem continues. First time they changed the sim card and that did not solve the problem. I have been provided a 1-800-922-0204 customer service number to call and every time I try to call this number, the call gets disconnected with the excessive long holds. The disruptions are serious, I try to make an outgoing call in an area I traditionally did not experience trouble in the past but now I do. The call failed appears on my phone. Just imagine, you witness an emergency and can not call 911 due to verizon negligence with their poor service. I even took my phone to an apple store for diagnosis and they found my phone to be in perfect operational condition and the only problem is with the 5G network has been failing and my phone has been having problems. Management will tell you to contact customer service where they will either disconnect your call or give you the runaround. It explains why they don't email you surveys to comment on your experience with their representative cause their service is extremely unprofessional and lousy. Management has not been helpful at all here. In fact, I don't know if they have a clue as to how bad their Service interruptions are. Management: at least be honest on the service disruptions with 5G to the general public. read more
