    I've been to this Verizon store three times, and honestly, I was a little worried because of the bad reviews. But within five minutes, I met Gabriel, and I wanted to leave a review to say how much I appreciate his patience. My husband has an iPhone 12, and we came in to get the 17 Pro. Even though my husband and I kept asking the same questions, Gabriel answered everything kindly and clearly. He also explained better deals that didn't require trading in the old phone. I really appreciate that. As an immigrant, the language barrier can be tough, and I also need a bit more time to think things through. Gabriel was patient the whole time and explained everything without any frustration. He really lived up to his name--he was an angel to me. Thank you so much Gabriel.

    Spoke to a service rep today (Amanda) There's been an…read moreoutrage all day. She say "and?" I then again ask when will service be restored, there is an outrage. Again, "and?" Service is still not restored, and not sure when. It's an hour and a half past when she told me it would be restored. I haven't had anything bad to say about frontier. It can lag a little sometimes. But this rep was downright rude.

I have literally been trying to get service for two weeks! I work from home so it has been a horrible experience. Once they set it up it was spotty and didn't work at all tech came couldn't fix said they would reach out never did had to call them several times and they set up a tech and he couldn't fix it either then I scheduled one last appt and they never showed!!!!!! Pissed is an understatement what an unprofessional company (I even called the night before and a rep confirmed the appt. Bec I couldn't see it on my app) ...spent an hour on the phone with them today to CANCEL! Kept getting sent to other departments and finally the last person i talked to was polite and took care of everything. Will never trust this company again or Verizon (part of Verizon). Please save urself a headache! Oh and I have to pay a $50 restocking fee...fine whatever (never had service but ok whatever) and ALSO $100 cancelation fee for ending the service before a year! I NEVER HAD SERVICE! Make it make sense. Going to fight it (they wouldn't let me while canceling) bec no bill had been produced yet ...so I'll update u on how that goes.

He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port. He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! Highly recommend Bai Connect/Zentro--their value for the speeds totally beat out AT&T/Spectrum (not to mention headache-free!)--and I'm super happy with Jeff's excellent service!

    This is a terrible ISP and no one should give them their business. The #1 issue is that if you ever…read morehave a problem with your internet that requires anything more than merely restarting your modem you are going to be placed in technical support limbo for days, weeks, and maybe even months. As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

    BEWARE!!!!!!! This is a company that comes in and offers TV…read moreand phone service. They offered us Frontier and Direct TV Service. Their techs came out early and did an install On Direct TV. Frontier came out and could not do an install due to the fact we had an Alarm system. It would cost an additional 100.00 a month for this service over the price we were quoted. This is a 3rd party business, which offers these services. When we realized this service could not be done, we tried to cancel. We asked that Direct TV come in and uninstall their equipment. CornerStone said we had to cancel with Direct TV. We have tried with both Direct TV and Cornerstone. Its been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. I was on the phone with them today for 3 hours trying to resolve this . I was finally able to cancel the Direct TV portion. Cornerstone has left us with the the process we have to pay Spectrum to come out and reinstall their equipment. With the promotion they have offered it is now costing us money , due to the fact they could not perform their end of the contract. I have just asked to be made whole again. They offered to send a Tech out with the cost of 75.00 to me. Please Beware of any Business offerings this company has to offer. They will tell you that Direct TV was the ones that did an install.
