    A customer ordered a phone and they close the store 30 minutes early because they didn't wanna help anybody else.

    I came here to switch back to Verizon because my current service is not up to standards. I get to the store about 618 as I checked the time and they close at seven One of the associates runs to the door and locks it and tells me that they're closed already and that they cannot help me. I find it very underwhelming for a Verizon store to turn away customers from getting new business or returning business. another customer also came to the store and told me that they close at seven and they already locked the door. Verizon needs to get on their employees because I think it's rude to close your store. 30 minutes ahead of time because you don't wanna help nobody

    Recently moved cell phone carriers from ATT to Verizon. With the switch I was able to upgrade my current cell phone to the new IPhone 12. I picked up my new cell phone from this Verizon store. The process of order and pick up was fairly easy. A store employee brought out my new phone and it was quick and convenient. I ran into some issues with the phone and had to switch it. The process was easy. The employee was helpful and didn't make the situation more stressful. I really appreciate that. This Verizon store never seems very busy and they store is always clean.     I have loathed Comporium for years. They are yet again our only choice for internet. Comporium's…read morebusiness statement must be "take people for as much money as we can and don't respect them." They don't care if you leave them, they raise your bill time and time again without explanation. We asked them what their additional fees were for cable tv and the customer service rep said she didn't know. Our cable and internet bill is now over $200 because of some "digital charge." I wouldn't be surprised if they just pocket this money that they give ambiguous titles to on our bills. I can't save myself but I urge you to go somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and money loss.

Expectations should be internet constantly out and the speed is horrible, despite paying for the highest speed. Their hardware is marginal, and having to replace or swap it out means you have to go to their store locations - you won't see a service call to you residence to help ever again after your initial install. Yes, you can expect to call them every six months to negotiate pricing otherwise you can expect prices to soar even more. The price for my internet and tv streaming package has almost doubled over the last 30 months (even with my negotiation calls every six months. You can also expect your tv to freeze randomly and probably every few weeks it will disconnect completely which means you have to reboot the system and all the TVs unplugged. It is a fun game for $250 a month! I have moved 5 times in last 10 years. Each time a different provider, and Comporium is my worst experience ten fold.

Walked in, was greeted immediately, and there was nobody at pickup. The associate came over in less than a minute, my order was already ready, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. That's how pickup should work. I was also looking into a magnetic phone clip, and the associate pointed me right in the right direction without being pushy. The mouse was reasonably priced, the store was clean, and the customer service was solid. Definitely recommend this location, especially if you already know what you want -- order online and just go pick it up. Quick, easy, no hassle.

    I am a looooong time Best Buy customer. They have been my go-to local electronics store for many…read moreyears. The inventory changes over the years haven't been the most fantastic thing but I feel like they have been a necessary adjustment in an attempt to survive the brick-and-mortar challenges of an online retail world. That said, this is a note on my experience over 4 visits to the Rivergate location in 6 months of living in the Steele Creek area. The product selection at this location is reasonably good and the store is kept neat and clean. In my visits, I have seen very few other customers at the store, so I am concerned about the long-term survival of the store. I don't know how long it has been at this location, but I've seen similar degradation of customer quantity at other locations that were historically booming so it seems more widely symptomatic than a given location. The employee engagement and customer service at the Rivergate location has been fantastic thus far. I've needed help finding particular products in the store, had to process a return, and made a purchase with delivery and installation. In all cases, I was met with friendly encounters with positive outcomes. As far as Best Buy goes, I really have nothing negative to say about this location other than I'd like to see a wider product selection. That said, I again recognize the difficulty in making that so.
