I went into your store a few weeks ago and they gave me pricing on switching a phone. I went back in today and talked to Kyle. He informed me that the information I received was incorrect and he had fired all the employees. I proceeded to ask him further questions. He kept telling me to call 611. I told him I had already done that yesterday and they told me to go into the store. He informed me he was not a Verizon store??????? I asked him what his last name was and he refused to give it to me and 86'd me from the store because he said I raised my voice. He escorted me out of the store. read more

Can I give negative stars? I have been happy with Verizon for over a decade.... Then I came to this location.... I was lied to by an ex associate that is being invested for criminal charges. Yet, this business wants to still extort several hundreds of dollars from me. All the while knowing their associate was negligent in his dealings with the public! I have come to find out this location is known for it's poor customer service, as well. The cellar service business plan is such a scam in and of it's self! A frustrating experience turned into one where I felt heard. I first went in, without an appointment, to figure out how best to utilize their time so I made an appointment for the following week. When I went back in it was clear that the other Verizon and that same one a week prior had given me different information than the promotion that was actually available that day. Frustrated but understood. It was then communicated with me that they could try to create one to fit the similar needs as well get me up to date with a new line, I was switching from At&t to Verizon. I left with the knowing that 5G would take about 24hours or less to get to speed but that my new line is ready. I left not unhappy but a little bummed because I thought I was getting a new phone, watch, and ipad. Anyway, the next day I was only able to text and receive texts from my father. I finally called Verizon service (which I was hoping to call that exact store) and they told me the line was not connected. I was mad. After this nice woman on the phone helped me thoroughly I wanted to be transferred to that store. Well we got disconnected so I had to call another time and this time the guy called that store and came back to me and said this store does not have a phone, only appointments. I was so frustrated because I wanted to communicate with the people who promised me all these things and sent me away thinking it was all good. But I had to drive another 30 min to say this? Keep in mind I worked with the manager, I also lead a team for growing food, and when I went in I went in in the evening and was trying to be respectful of their time and it felt like they weren't respectful of mine. Now I was mad and didn't have any time to drive 30 min to this location and waited a week until I had the time. I went insane waited for the manager. I absolutely tried to communicate hey I'm here to tell you about the frustrating experience I had. The manager heard me and accommodated my needs by signing me up to the royalty program and LEED program so that when there are future promotions that are ideal for me, I would be the first to know. And he also gave me his work phone number so if I do have any troubles, I can call him. All in all, it was frustrating but I took the time to communicate that and he was very understanding, apologetic, and wanted to change my experience for the better. read more

The store manager, Mark I think his name was, was disgustingly rude and disrespectful. He acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be in the store asking why a phone we bought ONE month ago stopped working and all he had to say was "That's not my problem". He should not be a manager, he shouldn't even have a job there or anywhere else that involves customer service. He clearly knows nothing about phones. Worst branch of Verizon I have ever been to and I will NEVER return. My next move will be to email/call corporate to make sure he gets repercussions for the way he treated us. read more

I just had the most amazing time at the GoWireless because of an outstanding employee, Adam F. He was extremely knowledgeable, he was quick, and most importantly, he was fun! He was patient with me and took the time to make sure that I knew about all the deals, and he was able to get me some awesome accessories for my phone for free, just because I traded in my old phone. Adam is great at his job, but the best thing about my experience with him was enjoying his friendly demeanor and bright personality. He was cracking jokes and smiling the whole time. He seemed to have a great rapport with his co-worker too. He helped me pick out my phone case and he cared so much about making sure my phone looked perfect, it almost seemed like he was picking out his own phone case. He made me feel important, like I was his good friend or family member or something. I bet he treats all of his customers that way. Adam seems to genuinely enjoy his job and he lifted my spirits so much and made me so excited about what I was getting and just excited about my day in general. He seemed so happy to be at work, and it made me feel happy to be there. I came home content and feeling really lucky, and it's because Adam was awesome. So, my S6 has taken plenty of flying leaps right out of my hand in the past few years (and survived), but nothing could save it from the swan dive it took from the counter to the pups water bowl :( I thought I got lucky as it seemed to work fine after being submerged for 2.7 seconds but unfortunately no matter how hard I willed it to be, the dang thing did not end up magically waterproof so off to the dreaded cell phone store I go... However, to my surprise yesterday was by far the best experience I've had at this location, which has only been a handful of times but enough times that I was legit dreading yesterday's trip. I walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly smiles and zero wait time. The gal who helped me (April I think) was really savvy when it came to her phones, which I get she should be but I have been to MANY different cell stores, this one included when that is not the case. Not only was she savvy she didn't try to "bully" me into the most expensive one available and she showed me 6 differnt phones, all of which were in stock at that store so I was able to walk out with a phone in hand that day (she could obviously sense the phone junkie that I am!). She was also very patient with how indecisive I can be, all the way from what phone to get down to which phone case I want- seriously I annoy myself with this often so props to her for keeping her cool! There was another gal working at the time, I think I heard her name was Gail and I was very impressed with how she worked with another customer who came in, and at first I though was being kind of jerky due to his phone woes but she kept her cool and helped problem solve his issue and suggested was to fix it. April and Amy are absolutely amazing. If you want personalized service and the good feeling of knowing someone will be there if you need them then I would go to GoWireless in Cornelius. April helped me customize a package that was perfect for me and my family and helped me find the best prices for what I needed. Every time I come in I'm greeted with smiles from every employee. I've never had this kind of personalized service from a cell phone carrier. read more

According to the manager the employees here don't make mistakes and are sure to tell you everything up front. That's a lie. They were rude, inconsiderate and a little too cocky. I will never go back and I've purchased 7 phones from this location. And I will just chose to go somewhere else where they don't try to hide things and disguise things. read more

The guy working try to scam my husband and I for $160. Said that they required a "one time down payment" for a new phone which is not true. I said never mind I would just call over the phone and get it for free. He then went in the back to make a "phone call" (fake) and then came back 3 seconds later to tell me it was going to be waived and gave me to them with no down payment. On top of that, the man who took the order in the first place, never sent in my husbands order, we never got calls for the phones when they were supposed to be in 3-5 business days. We never would have got a call if I did not call every other day. I will never go in there again, I will always call Verizon over the phone or go to the Tanasborne location. read more
