    My personal experience here was great. Helpful. Knew what to do. Perfect for me in Danville than going to WC or Stoneridge.

I initially had signed up for data (for a tablet) last night but I couldn't get it to work. Next morning I came in to T-Mobil anticipating to be there all day and frustrated for some unforeseen problem. One employee was already helping a customer and another was next in line. I noticed she was solo so I was a bit worried that I might be there the whole day. Turns out she is a pro! I couldnt t help but hear the issues of the other customers and they seem like pretty technical stuff. She seem to work through all the issues and with a great attitude ihave to say. Personally i wouldn't want to work solo with possibly frustrated customers in line (especially at a retail phone store)! But ihave to say, she was in control and on top of it all. Anyway, based on my experience that day I actually jumped ship from my old carrier and left the T-Mobil store today with unlimited data on my ipad and now a new phone with unlimited data. I'm very satisfied and will always give credit where credit is due And today i give it all to Mia and T-Mobile. Thank you.

The main reason being our AT&T bill became increasingly higher. We walked in and no customers except us and like 1 other group. The process took about 45 min. in store, the 5 phones came in 2 business days to our house. We took them to the store again and the data transfer we did at home with the E- SIMS. It didn't taken long to get back up and running with our new cell service provider T- Mobile. My phone took about 35 min . iPhone 17 be has better battery longer charges fast , a 6.3 inches screen ,256 gb memory and a little faster. The employees here were helpful and were not rude or anything . With money still owed from my old 16 pro max I was given the advice to put it up for sale on Facebook marketplace for $700-800 but it could fetch more if sold overseas once its data wiped. This location is close to SPROUTS and GameStop.

    Dear AT&T Customer Relations,…read more I am writing to formally complain about a misleading and undocumented promotional offer made to me at the Bollinger, San Ramon Ca AT&T retail store. I went into the store to sign up for the advertised senior mobile and internet bundle for $99. I was assisted by an employee named Angel, who told me there was a $150 Visa credit offer and no installation fees for 300 Mbps internet service. After stepping away to speak with his manager, Jesus, he returned and stated that the promotion only applied to 1000 Mbps internet, but that I would instead receive a $250 Visa gift card, with no installation or connection fees. Based on this assurance, I agreed to proceed, even though the new billing was approximately $60 higher a month than the original offer. I asked how the $250 Visa card would be delivered, since no written documentation was provided, and I was told it would be emailed to me. After installation, I contacted AT&T customer service because I had received no email or confirmation of any Visa credit. Customer service informed me that there was no promotional credit or gift card listed on my account. I then returned to the store, where I was told this was an in store manager offer and that I would not receive the gift card until the store "was confident I would not cancel my service". I requested written confirmation of the offer and a clear timeline, and was told the offer was confidential and could not be documented, with an estimated wait of 4 to 8 weeks. At this point, I am extremely concerned. There is no written proof of the offer, AT&T customer service has no record of it, and I was explicitly told documentation could not be provided. This is unacceptable and misleading, particularly for a senior customer. I am requesting immediate written confirmation of the promised $250 Visa gift card and the terms under which it will be issued, or appropriate corrective action to resolve this matter. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further complaints through the Better Business Bureau and relevant consumer protection agencies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. When I arrived the employee claimed they were having system issues so they could not upgrade my phone although she had the actual phone with her. When I called the actual Verizon line the representative told me what happened was probably the San Ramon employee made an error and advised that I should not go to an authorized retail store since they just want customers to buy phones directly with them. The employee did not even give me alternative resolutions and was not helpful at all. Long story short I advise you if you are going to upgrade your phone and order online do not go through this San Ramon location. An update to this review I called Verizon to cancel this order their corporate headquarters called me and said this store marked my order as delivered and completed although I never received the phone. Please also note this store never contacted me nor did they email or text me to tell me my order was ready. I also received an email that my order was cancelled. It seems very suspicious to me. Good luck if you go through this retail seller. Just beware.

Zoom meetings would constantly cut in and out. I often had to turn my camera off just to get through calls, and the connection seemed to get even worse on windy days. Despite my frustration with the service itself, Stephanie made the entire return and cancellation process incredibly easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out, though, was the care she took when applying a new screen protector to my daughter's iPhone 17. I was genuinely amazed watching her work. She applied it perfectly and took her time to make sure it was done right. It's rare to see that level of attention to detail and pride in customer service. I've visited several T-Mobile stores over the years, and I would absolutely make the trip across San Francisco to this location again just to work with Stephanie. Sony's UI has always been problematic, and their new google tv interface makes it harder to operate as a dumb monitor to avoid the huge privacy invasions of these smart tvs, including listening to your conversation. Went with an LG for the first time ever due to price difference on Mem Day of $500 and ability to easily operate as dumb monitor. Got Geek squad because I'm in a smaller space and don't want to hassle with storing boxes, mail returns etc. Got tv only installation. I usually do my own, but 55 inch is a little too big for me to deal with. Lead installer was great and done the next day. I had a more uneven interaction with another employee in the tv section. Beware that Best Buy triggers fraud alerts due to ability to resell and 5G does not work well there, making it difficult to resolve since authorization texts don't arrive and calls drop out. Try LTE vs, 5G. I understand this is due to congestion. Deducted a star due to uneven employee and purchase hassle.

It's a corporate decision. We have nothing to do with it. She said the division managers have all complained to the store manager about the AI voice, but nothing is being done ever because of a corporate decision I told her YELP recommended this store for Repairs and she said sorry I asked her if she could tell me where I could get my printer repaired and she said no I can't. Would you like to buy a new one? After this long conversation, I asked her who's the manager here and she said I am she had not identified herself as a manager before that Verdict ; Absolute failure, trying to reach at the store by phone and the people who work there know it Service at the store?     I had one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had at the AT&T store on Olympic Blvd in Walnut…read moreCreek, and it happened right before Christmas. I ordered an Apple Watch SE with a new line as a Christmas gift for our son. My husband, Andrew (the account holder), went to this store on December 23rd for pickup and waited over an hour. He was told the watch could not be released unless he was added as an authorized user. While he waited in the store, I spent over 45 minutes trying to add him online (during peak holiday errands). The website was extremely difficult to navigate, and the sales rep refused to speak with me by phone to help resolve it. Andrew ultimately left without the watch. The next morning (Christmas Eve), I was able to successfully add him as an authorized user exactly per AT&T's instructions and even sent him back with my physical ID to avoid any confusion. He again spent over an hour, paid for parking both days, and dealt with holiday chaos in downtown Walnut Creek only to be told they still would not release the watch and would not explain why. Later, we were informed our account had been flagged for fraud. This accusation was shocking and insulting. We have been AT&T customers for over 10 years, all services (3 wireless lines, internet, DirectTV) are through AT&T, and our account is in good standing. Even store staff admitted they didn't understand why the account was flagged. I returned in person on December 26th with my ID and spoke with store management. The store manager Damian who was timid, evasive, and unable to explain anything clearly. Basically talked in circles wasting my time. I was eventually put on the phone with AT&T's fraud department and told the account was flagged because my husbands Social Security number is on the account and not mine which makes no sense since he is the account holder and was physically present in the store twice. No one asked him any verification questions, and no one attempted to contact us to confirm our order. As a result of this incompetence, our son had no Christmas gift, and we were falsely treated as suspicious customers instead of long-term loyal ones. This store demonstrated poor training, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Accusing customers of fraud without explanation or verification is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this location for time-sensitive purchases or holiday gifts.
