    Went down there to get an I watch! Bought an I watch SE, after a half hour and three different trips to the back room he told me he didn't have that particular watch. I told him to cancel the sale. He asked for my card as if he were going to rebate the sales tax for $20.62 he had already charged me. He went ahead and charged an additional 29.00 dollars. Very shady business go elsewhere , another apple store of another Verizon location. Read there other reviews!

    My response back to Astound:…read more I made over 7 attempts to have by quote fixed to no avail. Astound kept increasing the price from $177 to $208. So happy I am not a customer. I saw their true colors on how they didn't care and they didn't want to fix the issue. Also, ASTOUND kept saying they don't have this information on the quote. I sent their own email to them 3 times with no resolution. I believe all the bad reviews on this and other websites. ASTOUND is merging with another company if you haven't heard. ASTOUND has 3 emails from me so they have the documentation. I asked to speak to a manager and they said 24 to 48 hours wait. I have notified the Better Business Bureau as well as the Secretary of State Office in Massachusetts with complaints about their deceptive sales practices and fraud. I was quoted one price and called to get it corrected and they didn't honor the price. I was quoted a price of $177 and when I called customer service they said price was $208. in addition, they didn't believe me as the customer even though I have a receipt of the amount. Customer Service said we see $0 dollars in our system since you haven't received your bill. How can Astound expect people to accept a service without a quote. I was quoted 4 free cable boxes and remotes and that wasn't honored. Overall, the worst experience ever and happy I am not going to be a customer. Clearly, they don't care about the customer and don't know how to provide sales quotes. Don't believe their sales since they will charge you a separate price. Be aware, you are not locked in for 5 years on the price. That is only internet, so be prepared for large increases. DONT TRUST ASTOUND SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE ABOUT PRICING AND SERVICES.

Not a month goes by when the internet goes down almost always at the worst time. And the excuses are always the same: it's Frontier, it's the server, it's an update. When you call CS, you will get different answers if you even get an answer. The year is 2024 and people work from home. This shouldn't be difficult. I hate SNA.

    Safety Net Access has failed to fix the internet in my building for over 3 weeks. I've been told…read more6-8 times that the senior engineer is working on the problem and will call me. Since I moved in, internet was spotty and problematic. If you have the option of getting a different internet service, I recommend it. If you're moving into a building with only Safety Net internet, consider your decision carefully. Internet has been out for over 3 weeks with the only solution being an unsecured temporary network. I use a government computer which means I shouldn't be on unsecured network, even with a VPN. Also, I stream TV through Amazon. I cannot use a VPN on my TV. Using an unsecured network on my TV means someone can hack my Amazon account with credit cards, as well as my passwords stored on Amazon. I've been watching TV on my phone and laptop. My building does not give us any options but Safety Net. They have a monopoly on my building which means I cannot pay for another service. I ran through my hotspot data in a few days. There are not a lot of reviews for this provider. I don't know if this company is new. They won't let me talk to a supervisor of the senior engineer. I keep talking to customer service agents who have no power. I'm out of solutions.

Was told by the wonderful representatives at those locations that I could turn on my old laptop (or recycle it) at any of the Apple stores. I chose this Legacy Place Apple because I also needed to go to Costco. Unfortunately, I wish I had not gone to this one. Not only were the representatives not helpful, they were also very unfriendly ... and borderline rude. I get we weren't spending any money here and were just recycling an old laptop, but I still feel like we should have been treated the same as if we were spending money. The customer service here was extremely disappointing, and I will definitely not be going back to this location. My family and I spent way too long here with minimal assistance, and when we were "helped", it was extremely unfriendly and not very helpful. I think the exact words were, "Can you figure this out on your own?". I brushed the comment off at the time, but it definitely did not land well with me. I also heard two employees making fun of a woman's password right in front of me. I tried to laugh it off with them, but it was definitely awkward and unprofessional. I don't mean to give this store such a hard time, but having just had amazing customer service experiences at the Back Bay and Chestnut Hill locations, my expectations were set high. I understand if this store can not perform to those high expectations, but I think people should know how the different locations may affect their Apple experience. This location ... NOT MAGICAL.
