After finally speaking with one of the employees, I'm realizing it is because no one here has any idea of what they are doing. Something to be aware of is that there is no special discount you get from buying in the store and the employees don't know more about the phones, your plan, or your bill than you do based on the online portal. They are a middleman. The representative we spoke to seemed annoyed to be dealing with customers. I'm not sure of his name, but his identifying feature was oddly wearing sports goggles. I was trading in my iPhone 14 for a 16 pro. He side-eyed me and said in a leary tone "....so what's wrong with your phone?" Um, nothing, it is in perfect condition. Am I not allowed to want a new phone with a better camera? He then told me the trade in value for a phone is "random." Yes, he said "the computer randomly assigns a trade in value. It could be $700, it could be $800, there is no way to tell." Which is simply not true. He also was very confused by our plan/bill, which WE ended up walking him through. Finally, he said "yeah....I don't think you should buy a phone today. Your bill will either be $40 cheaper or $10 more a month." First of all, I never asked for recommendations based on the bill. Second of all, how do you NOT know which it is going to be? I left so frustrated. However, I went home and ordered online which was SO SIMPLE. Avoid this location at all costs.

We stopped at this location on a Sunday around noon, to return old trade-in phones. There was a…read moreline of six or seven people at the front, with very limited seating, as we waited for an hour to get our turn. It took only about five minutes once we were at the front of the line, after waiting for the hour. This was a busy time of day, and there were two staff members helping customers, with a manager, who came out to the floor to work through customers like us with very quick processes. We appreciated this! Overall, a good experience here, I wish they had more staff during these busy hours, but next time I will try to come during a slow period to avoid the wait!

We went in without an appointment and only had a wait a few minutes for what I would say is probably one of the best customer service experiences with AT&T ever!! The manager, George Rodriguez, was able to set us up with new phones and new plans, while multitasking and single-handedly managing and running the entire store on his own. Coincidentally, I had the benefit of George's assistance at the AT&T South Omaha store only a half a year ago and recall his excellent service there too! The store is neat, clean, offers of variety of products in a comfortable atmosphere. Everything offered is a solid value. Free Wi-Fi is also available while you wait. Highly recommend this store over any Apple Store experience.

My phone had been having storage issues with system data taking over about half of the storage due to an updating issue. I was nervous that the appointment was going to take forever and the fact I had my toddler with me added to my anxiety about the situation. Upon walking in, I was immediately met by a friendly individual who took my name and set up an appointment. They directed me to the wall of games that my toddler was more than pleased to be able to utilize. Ralph was helping me out with my phone and I really appreciated how kind and knowledgeable he was. He walked me through everything and assured me that we would get my phone back to being usable! While my phone was updating, he mentioned that they were starting a class instructing people how to use the Apple pen alongside the iPad and some apps they use with it. He thought it would be fun for my daughter to join while we waited for my phone to update. Cue Davion! Perhaps one of the friendliest people I've met in a long time?! He was running the class and was so kind in helping my child hold the pen and showing her how to draw on the lended iPad. She had such a fun time following along with him on the screen and doing a little bit of her own thing as well! After a bit, my phone was fixed and fully back (Thanks, Ralph)! The printer was priced at less than $200. The software indicates that an Instant Ink subscription is available; however, after setting up the printer, this subscription was not accessible for the 5100 series. Contrary to the associate's assurance, the printer does not print in draft mode or grayscale. We are incurring significant costs for ink at regular prices, and it is not possible to purchase only black ink; all colors are required. This situation appears to be deceptive. Relying on staff for accurate information is unacceptable when they provide false details. Additionally, we purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription for $179.00, for which a key code was provided on a printed receipt. I inquired whether Geek Squad could assist with the installation on our computer, with a quoted fee of $40.00. Since the computer was purchased at the same location, we were advised to install the software ourselves at home, with the option to return the computer if issues arose. Our total expenditure for these goods and services amounted to $1,615.54. RUN FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!
