Yesterday when I stopped in, she had the same attitude regarding confusing signage when I was trying to understand why items in front of clearance signs were not actually on clearance. The person that they had picking my order and dropping off, stole two boxes of cereal. It was scanned at the register and never dropped off at my house. That is insane that this target has these contracting people to pick orders and drop them off and allow them to steal from their customers who paid for this and the product . I can't believe that target supports theft of their clients. I will never use your delivery service nor will I ever tell anybody that they should in fact, I will always tell everybody not to waste their money on it because target supports the theft of items from their customers. In fact, they promote it. While you are told you have to eat the cost. I told the woman on the phone that if she doesn't give me my money back, I'll be reporting her to consumers affairs the Better Business Bureau, and whoever else that I can report them to. Then all the sudden and she could refund me my money. We'll see if it pops up on my target card because they told me it could take several days to show up, but I did get a confirmation number. So just be aware that this location allows people to pick your orders and steal from you while telling you you can't have your money back for items you didn't receive.

When I called, I spent over an hour on the phone and was told I had to wait 15 days. I waited the 15 days, called back, spent another hour being transferred between representatives, and was then told I had waited too long and was no longer eligible. As a result, I never received the promised 10%. I feel completely misled into opening a credit card based on false information. This experience was exhausting, deceptive, and unacceptable. I have been warned about Best Buy by other unhappy consumers and now I know why.
