As a result, I never received the promised 10%. I feel completely misled into opening a credit card based on false information. This experience was exhausting, deceptive, and unacceptable. I have been warned about Best Buy by other unhappy consumers and now I know why.

The answer should have been to issue a new phone since the current one was only 2 days old, rather than try to correct the problem.
