I really wanted to keep a specific line, modifying it from a tablet to phone service, but for some reason Verizon wouldn't allow it. Vilmer nonetheless provided different options, with his coworker on an assist (I didn't catch her name but she was very sweet). He sold me a new line and phone (an A16 as requested, completely understood why I wanted a cheap phone and didn't pressure me for an A24/25, unlike the Redlands store), and upgraded my phone to the Samsung Z Flip (he gave me the pros and cons, so long as I don't flip it like a switch blade the phone should meet my expectations). He was very honest about the phones' qualities, and explained very clearly about the new service, costs, and future billings. In all, I ended up with two new phones, a new line, and an upgraded line. I highly recommend this Fontana location! Thank you, Vilmer, for keeping this long time customer happy!

The unwillingness to help connect a simple Apple Watch has guaranteed that I never do business with this store EVER AGAIN and very likely cancelling my service with Verizon.15 yr customer with 6 lines. BEWARE!!! This no longer is the Verizon of yesterday. These new hires have zero customer service skills whatsoever. They're probably hired straight off the street. I'm sure they don't pay like they used to and it reflects on the quality of people they hire now. I couldn't tell who were the customers and who were the Verizon employees.

My problem is with Spectrum's internet service as a company, and it's honestly one of the worst services I've ever paid for. Spectrum internet is a complete joke. The speeds are inconsistent, the service slows to a crawl when everyone in the neighborhood is online, and you're left paying premium prices for bargain-bin performance. It constantly feels like the entire area is fighting over the same connection. Coverage throughout the house is terrible. Somehow, they still can't provide a reliable signal that reaches every room without customers having to spend even more money on extra equipment or workarounds. If you work from home, good luck. Dropped connections, buffering, frozen video calls, and random slowdowns become part of your daily routine. Trying to rely on Spectrum for remote work is an exercise in frustration. To make matters worse, the bill seems to creep up over time with price increases that feel like they come out of nowhere, leaving customers paying more and more for the same disappointing service. The employees at this location may be doing their jobs just fine, but the product they're expected to sell is unreliable, overpriced, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. I wouldn't recommend Spectrum internet to anyone looking for dependable service.
