All the ratings are really old. I think it's important for me to come here and maybe even update my rating in the future. I went in with one simple question. But the guy there was just off. Incredibly frustrated, bought a new phone here in August, I was supposed to get a rebate on my old phone. Paid the difference between the two in cash. Now I'm being charged a month payment for the remaining balance even though I shouldn't owe a dime. And come to find out after the fact they accidentally overcharged for my phone in the first place. read more

I went in to Verizon Wireless as I needed a new phone. I had lost my last phone and had been using an antiquated phone for about ! mos. I was waited on by a sales person named Jared. He was professional and knowledgeable and had an excellent demeanor. In addition to helping me with a new phone, he also managed to troubleshoot my wife's fit bit, which she was having difficulty with( and they don't even sell fit bits). read more

My two week old IPhone 11 (purchased in Portland) died and I went into this Verizon store for a fix or replacement phone. The two staff, and particularly the young woman with red hair (whose name I neglected to get) were extremely helpful. The phone could not be resuscitated so she assisted us in obtaining a replacement phone through Verizon. This was our third visit to a Verizon store in 3 weeks (the other two in Portland) and the best service we received of the three. Thanks for all your help! read more

Terrible store. Arguably the worst I've ever entered. Rep was a complete moron with the personality of dry paste. These guys are terrible. Run away unless you want to experience extreme pain and frustration. Wow. I just can't believe that an hour of my life was just flushed down the toilet. These guys are just brutal. If I were the owner of this business, I would be absolutely horrified at how incompetent these two were. We have had dozens of phones for our business over the last ten years alone, but these jack asses just kept wanting to sell me a new monthly plan. Totally clueless. Unbelievable. Do not do business here. They sold us a phone plan that was much higher than they promised. They denied they told us the price they quoted us and basically said we're stuck, we signed a contract. Do your business at a real Verizon store, not a reseller like these cheats. read more

OMG, These people! I have an ATT phone number. I asked if the number could be ported over to Verizon and the answer was yes. 1st ordered phone and it came in and it was the wrong phone. Ordered phone again and it was stopped by fraud unit. Ordered phone again and was the right phone but come to find out they could not port my number over one moth this all took. No I have a $311 bill I am trying to get resolved. Not impressed. read more

WOW. Absolutely the best customer service I've had in years. Switched from AT&T to VERIZON. Changing carriers and porting your number over can be painful but I am amazed by the Verizon follow up to make sure that their customers are satisfied . read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They sold us a phone that was broken, 3 weeks later when we had to replace it they told us that because we had cut the bar code off the box to mail in for our rebate we couldn't replace it. Of course we could pay the $100 deductible to claim it on our insurance and get a refurbished phone, but since the phone wasn't damaged it was just defective, we didn't really have a valid claim! Talk about infuriating!!! The phone has a 1 year manufacturers warranty, but this store won't honor it! The told us this policy was new for the holiday season and if we had purchased the phone 1 day earlier it would be different. Verizon is sending us a new phone and advised us that these individual dealers have their own policies in place and in the future we are all better off buying our phones from Verizon directly. read more

I just got a new phone from this store and Tori was beyond helpful with the whole process. I felt that she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. She had a lot of patience explaining things I didn't understand over and over and she helped get me any discounts that she could to lower the overall price I would be paying. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I can't really speak about the others that work there, but I would definitely go back there to Tori. Tori kicked ass!!! Visit to the store didn't start so well as they were understaffed and there was a lot of people waiting, however once I got to the counter customer service was great and specifically the Verizon agent named Tori at the counter who handled my problem very efficiently and I even ended up walking out with all kinds of great deals and coupons with the promotion they were doing and a nice new phone with a bunch of extra cool toys to go with it. Good location, just a small store so go during the day when they have more people there. read more

Typically, I feel the same about wireless retailers as I do about used car salespeople. After a dismal experience with Diamond Wireless in Gig Harbor, I tried their rival across town. Go Wireless was GREAT! I received friendly, capable and knowledgeable customer service from Megan, Tyler and Curtis. They gave me options for fixing my phone instead of replacing it, which really surprised me. The repairs (from an unrelated shop in Tacoma) ultimately cost almost as much as a new phone so I chose that route. I didn't get the "hard sell"--just lots of helpful information so I could make a good choice. read more

Tori saved me $165 dollars! The customer service here is off the charts. I had something going on in the background on my iPhone, and I know nothing about them. I was getting texts from Verizon saying I was going up in overages 1g at a time until I was up to 10G over at $15 bucks and overage. I wasn't even using my phone. They turned off the background thing, called billing, got the charges reversed and helped me adjust my plan all in fifteen minutes. They and the phone customer support lady are awesome! read more

I would rate them -0 if I could. I went in to see if they could fix my selfie camera, they could not but the salesperson Vickie said they had some great promotions going so I listened. She made me a deal I couldn't refuse for a plan that would cost me $60 a month. I asked her 5 times during the paperwork time if that quote was correct and she smilingly said yes. before the final sig was made I asked her again and she laughed and insisted it was correct. She said there would be a slight charge added to my final bill and the following would be $60. A week later when I went back to the store after finding out the slight charge was nearly $80 bucks activation fee's! I asked them to make sure my following bill was $60 and they told me my new plan was $120. I had to wait a day and a half for Vickie to get back to work and she agreed it was $120. I talked to the manager and she flat ass lied to me also saying she heard Vickie quoting me $120. She was not anywhere close at all. See if I would have known the plan was 120, not 60 I would have never signed UP! It cost me around $150ish in fees to give back there stuff. I asked to talk to the sore owner and he is busy and the manager said she would have him call me....still waiting. These people work for commission and will lie to you. If I hadn't gone back to question my bill I would have been stuck in a 2 year contract paying double what the lying b*tch and her lying manager promised me. Go to an official Verizon store. read more
