I decided to go to T-Mobile because I knew they had an actual storefront with real people who can help you. She looked at my account I found out I had insurance and had them ship me a new one right away. In the meantime, she got a Sim for a really old phone I had and helped me get that activated. Once my new phone came, they were unable to activate it, I tried three separate times with the number provided. I went back in to see Yesenia and within a minute, she had it working perfectly! She was so patient working through my problem and phenomenal at getting me back up and running!!

It appeared to me that the main gentleman - I think his name might have been Juan - was training a new employee, who was the first person I interacted with. Seemed like a sharp guy so I hope this is a good hire for them. All of my questions were answered but I was thinking about getting a newer phone that could run modern apps. I cant believe how inexpensive phones have become. My service was working on my new phone in just a few minutes and I thought getting my old number ported over would be a headache. Everything works. It even pulled over my wallpaper from Google Cloud. I wish everyone had as good of an experience as I did buying a new phone.
