Up front I paid the first payment and all of the taxes…read moreand fees, came up to a little over $100 (this did not include my monthly payment for service). When I received the first bill after trade in I discovered some charges I didn't expect. The bill showed that I owed $117.76 before credits. I called Consumer Cellular and talked to a very nice young man, however the young man didn't understand the bill himself so he kept putting me on hold to talk to a third party (I didn't mind holding either). After all was said and done the $60 charge for surcharges and fees was actually 2 months of easy pay plan debit. Instead of using my phone trade in credit against the remaining balance owed, they charged me two months of payments for the phone on the invoice. That is what brought the total bill before credits to $117.76. I don't know about anyone else, but when I see a charge that is before credits, I think, "Oh no! How can I pay this bill next month when there won't be any credits?" I would like for anyone with Consumer Cellular to pay attention to their bill received after the trade in credit is received. Consumer Cellular billing is extremely convoluted.

The savings (I just discovered) is $1.00 a month. AARP is $16.00 a year. NO savings at all! 2) I just bought a new phone and a screen protector. The screen protector I received is flawed. They do not do refunds for those. I paid $21.00 for it - thinking they would have a higher quality product. I was wrong. Do not purchase this unless you go to astore and have them put it on before you purchase it and see that it works. I will not be giving them a good review going forward. I'm very disappointed. Shame on you Consumer Cellular.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. The staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They listened to my concerns, took the time to understand the situation, and handled everything seamlessly. What multiple stores had made feel complicated and inconvenient, this team resolved quickly and efficiently without making me feel like I was a burden. Although the outcome couldn't undo years of unnecessary charges, I truly appreciate that this store was willing to help when others were not. Their focus was on providing excellent customer service rather than passing me off to someone else. Thank you to everyone at this location for your patience, professionalism, and willingness to do the right thing. This is exactly how customers should be treated, and I hope your team receives the recognition you deserve. I wish I got the chance to catch his name to give him the recognition, but I was just so baffled by this whole ordeal. Would have been 7/3/26 around 12:30/1pm.

We had checked on our phones with the APPLE APP that stated that it was available for purchase and pick up at this location. The Guy proceeded to tell us that it was not available and ended with that. We said okay that's fine, and then asked if there were any MacBook Neo available and he stated yes and to go over to the "order pick up table". My fiancé and I arrived to the table and saw a team member kind of slouched over the table and when we approached her she stated are you here to pick up an order? We said no and then she said well who sent you over here? I said the guy that greeted us in the front. Already- I am annoyed, cause 1. WHY are you annoyed? 2. The whole time we were talking, she was slouched over ( in a lazy way), she was not making any eye contact with us at all! I was the one that was purchasing the MacBook Neo, but she would ask questions or talked to my fiancé instead, like she did not even acknowledge that I was there. He also stated to her that I was the one that is buying it and to redirect her questions to me. 2 more people arrived at the table for pick up but she seemed annoyed. Her mannerisms and attitude was very below average. She spoke very low and I had to lean into her to and ask her to repeat herself which just made her more annoyed. The other gentleman that had arrived maybe 20 minutes after us later then asked if she can get another person to the table to assist them and that is when she went over and grabbed " Jake" to come and assist. Jake was pleasant and kind and was able to answer all of our questions and gave us reassurance and was able to assist us with placing an order for a Mac mini. If it wasn't for Jake, I would have said F this and drove to another location that is out of my way. The team member that was at that table I later found out by her name tag was " Ivy". There was no introduction no nothing just " Who sent you here". Like TF? She was also wearing a mask which okay cool but with her speaking low it made it difficult to hear and understand her while slouched over the table the whole damn time! very not approachable! Honestly, we came here to purchase some items from Apple, and yet members of this team made it so difficult to communicate and buy, like it was a burden that we are in there spending hundreds of dollars. I am so surprised that this location is nice, so you expect that the customer service was also going to be nice as well but ended up being trashy attitudes when it comes to purchasing an item. Out of the 3 people from that location, 1 was nice, attentive and actually showed that he cared about the items we were buying. So Jake, thank you so much for that day, but after that I think I rather go to another Apple Store-for sure if you come here you will leave frustrated. -2/10
