Spent 2 hours and was very patient with new rep learning job. But he was not very well trained and made a huge mistake in setting up ACH withdraw. When I called up he said it was "no big deal" and when I strongly disagreed he hung up on me. His manager needs to call me back to do the job correctly. The store manager "Brandon" called us in the evening and went out of his way to correct the issue and provided us with updated receipt copies. Brandon is a great guy and took care of everything in a very timely manner. read more

Save your time 3.5 hours two weeks ago. Today three of the 6 phones finally came in. We are now at hour 3 and no closer to being done. The minute contract is done I'm at another company. Two two guys have been nice but they are on the phone for hours trying to get stuff done and no results. read more

Terrible customer service. They may be an "authorized" dealer, but they will not work with Verizon to correct an order.

Super slow service. Arrogant sales people. ATT near by is much more customer focused and always shorter wait times.

Very dissatisfied with Verizon Service. I got two phones and one tablet (three in free) from them. I had them a few days and went to Keyser, WV to do a job (i am a subcontractor) and had no service. I could not find the business and could not call due to no service (so I ended up going home losing money). So I took the phones back and they refunded my money but charged me a restocking fee of 35 per item. So I ended up getting a refund of what I had paid of 60 cent just to find out they did not work. Now a few months later I get a bill for 178 dollars stating I owed them for activation fees (It was 0 on my bill). So now a collection agency is calling for the 178 for phones that did not even work. So my advice is before purchasing anything make sure they will work in the area you need read more
