    Id give no stars if possible. Verizon is the worst service in 30 years of business. Incompetence with an attitude sums it up. In store you have 10 idiots standing around that have quietly quit! They're offended to have to access your account & answer questions. Calling customer service is worse. It's an endless time fu@# of verifying your account, being transferred & put on hold. If you value your time, $ & sanity go somewhere else To the Buis Mgr response... After reading the other reviews, Clearly this is a ongoing internal problem within Verizon. Probably DEI. I too, was put on the business account scam for 2 lines which was not only an incorrect assessment on the part of your incompetent staff but an abuse of my time. You've had ample time to remedy this when I was your customer. To little, too late. Although, I can't condone horrible customer service so I have forwarded this information to my many business contacts for them to be aware of how you conduct business. Social Media next!

Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

    BAI Connect took my condo building's business, then refused to upgrade us…read more My condo building got fiber internet installed with BAI Connect instead of one of the big companies like Frontier or AT&T when it was built. However, BAI only put in wires for 300/300 up and down even though it is fiber. When I moved in, I connected with BAI over email in hopes they would come resolve this. I offered them a commitment from our HOA/residents for a certain amount of signups and would have happily advertised their services to the residents over other options like spectrum. And to their credit, they were responsive at first. They even sent a tech to our building to assess. However, after this tech came, I never heard from them again. Months passed and no response, even after I followed up multiple times. My building is now taken hostage by BAI because other fiber companies won't route fiber to our building since they are here, but they won't give us gig speeds. This harms our building's value and our resident's internet experience and options. Spectrum charges us more money because they don't have any competition. I would be happy to and will change this review if someone from BAI explains to me why they can't bring us to the modern age of fiber internet. Until then I feel sad that our building is being taken advantage of.

But since the line is across the street they…read morehad to run it through the air across the street, tie it to one of my trees and then drape it diagonally across my front lawn about 250 ft to my house. It was fine when the snow was on the ground but I've been having to move it around each time I mow my lawn now. I've called them repeatedly to have them bury the line and they've given me three dates now that came and went, and aside from the initial visit, where they texted me saying they couldn't bury the line because of snow, the other two dates came and went without giving me a reason. I've been calling them every month now having them give me full credit for each month the job remains unfinished.

Then out of the blue, zero services - no Internet (we have jobs and kids who need access for school) and since TV came over the line, none of that either. Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

They Constantly Changed My Billing Date, Even After we Set & Agreed Upon a Particular Date on Which I Received my Money and then When I Was Not able to meet their Newly Unexpected New Billing Date, that they Did Not Notified me they changed, They Penalized me and Placed My Account on Restricted Mode And Severely Hiked Up the Price a Couple of Times. A AT&T Representative told me over The Phone, that they Pretty Much Reserve The Right to Change The Billing Cycle As They Please???? When One Confronts a AT&T Representatives About Changing My Billing Date more than a Couple Of Times Another Strategy They Will Use, Is That They Will Vehemently Deny, that they Even Change It And Even go as Far as Saying, that There was No Record of Such Changes??? Complete Dishonesty and Denial?? I Cancelled my Service with Them Today 1/05/26 and They Are Going To Charge me for The Whole Month of January 2026, Even Though I am Not Going To be using their Home Internet For The Rest of January 2026??? The phone will cut off, and you'd have to start all over as though it was the first time you've called again. Theres no tracking numbers or follow ups. Technicians are scheduled but nobody shows up. If you call again, it's as though it never happened. There customer service is the worst I've dealt with in a long time. Dont get them.
