Avoid This Location This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Verizon store. Raymond (the manager) and Joel were completely misleading about the price of an iPhone I was purchasing. I was told the phone would be about $380 and that the "Crafted Bundle" accessories were basically free. Later I found out I was actually being charged for the bundle the entire time. Even worse, it was presented as if I couldn't just buy the iPhone by itself -- like the accessories were required. That's extremely deceptive and not how you treat customers. Raymond's customer service was terrible, especially for someone who is supposed to be the manager. Joel wasn't any better. If this is the type of leadership Verizon has running this store, they should seriously reconsider. On top of the bad service, the store itself was dirty, unkept, and smelled bad when you walk in. Even basic professionalism seemed to be lacking during the interaction. I will never return to this location and I'm already looking into switching carriers. I've been a Verizon wireless customer for years & have never had an issue but I would avoid this store at all cost! I placed an order online to pick up my phone at this location & when I went to pick up my phone the girl there didn't even let me show her my confirmation or order number I walked in and she didn't even say hi just automatically said we don't have no phones we don't know when we are getting phones I only have the blue one but I don't have no phones. She then instructed me to go to the corporate store on Jefferson to get my order or to call customer service because there is nothing she could do. & today that I look at my order status again it shows cancelled because phone was never picked up?!?!? Terrible customer service. Completely useless. I went to pick up my phone order and was told that they didn't have it in stock. I was asked to call Verizon and change the order so that they would deliver it to my house. I asked the salesman at the store to call and he said that it is not his job. When I got home and called Verizon, they said that my order was ready for pickup at the store!! I said I will not go back to the store and be given terrible customer service again. So, I had to cancel the order and reorder everything and waste another 45 minutes of my precious time. I'm so disappointed in this location. I had an online offer for an upgrade and already started the process on my phone and spoke to a representative at another location and I was looking at paying $200 max out of the door. After seeing online that this location had the device I wanted (did not have the device upon arrival) & was closer, I went in. Apple Watches, Ipads and all these bundles were thrown at me "in courtesy" of me being a 7 year customer and the offer I was given. I let the representatives know that I had a $200 budget I wanted to stick to & after deciding to take off the apple watch since I was quoted around $370~$380 the price went down to $330. I asked for a specific breakdown of what I was paying for and was told I was paying an upgrade fee, the fee for my deal, and for some $35 TV bundle (that was cancelled because I wasn't informed it came with ads and I already have all the same services - which I also explained!!) and they were "throwing in" a 5 bundle accessory box (Charger,Box,Screen Protector, Lens Screen Protectors, Case). Not once did they tell me that I was actually paying $132 for the bundle and I didn't realize until just now exactly two weeks later after seeing the receipt!!! The screen and lens protectors already cracked last Monday which was just one week!! I continued to say "the price is not really making sense" but they insisted it was due to the fees. I went home and my mind then wished I had gotten the apple watch and had they not been so thirsty and sneaking in products for commission I overall would've been ecstatic because I believed the service at the time was great! Immediately my account was hacked. I had a pit in my stomach when the employee asked me my pin for the account, but proceeded anyway. Within 7 min, email was changed, phone number was changed, all log in details, and signed up for paperless billing. When I arrived, Brittany and the employees she was training were accommodating. Days after leaving the store, I realized they were trying to squeeze in as many services as possible to get a sale. I am a former mobile service specialist and understand the need to meet commission. I started two new lines, a new phone, and a new tablet. As the new employee assisted me, Brittany grabbed accessories off the sales floor. She installed the liquid screen protector on my iPad as I emphasized that it was for my daughter. She informed me that there was a $200 warranty. Two weeks later, the iPad screen cracked (beyond the screen protector). I was devastated. I contacted the company for the warranty, and they informed me that it wasn't covered because I hadn't activated the warranty. When Brittany installed the screen protector, she discarded the packaging- so I wasn't covered. Mind you, this protector is 69.99 - $70. My screen shouldn't crack so easily for THAT MUCH! I went into the store yesterday to see my options, and the guy, Nick, told me it is covered under my insurance and wouldn't have a deductible. Another lie - when I called Assurion, they informed me a $99 deductible is required to repair my iPad. Long story short go here if you want to get ripped off and misleading information. read more

The phone packaging was opened and the screen cover was being put on before I knew how much I was paying. I paid $450!!! Then they showed me the breakdown. I opened two lines, so Victra charged me $49.98 per line ($99.96 for both). This is on top of Verizon's $40 activation fee per line ($80 total).They said I had to get at least one accessory. (They cant sell the phone "naked"). But their accessories are way overpriced. It came out to $154.97 for 3 accessories. I could've bought all of this online and saved roughly $200. So, on Tuesday 09/20/2022 my bf and I came by to check if we can buy a new iPhone with trade in. On the checkout turns out that the phone we're trying to buy is already being picked up by someone else. That's ok. Lady who was helping us told us to come by when she's working - this Friday or Saturday, she has all of our account info and will set aside a phone for us. I even asked, may be we should just order it online, but she told us if we come by on 09/23/2022 or 09/24/2022 they will have those in stock again and we can get a phone. So today on 09/23/2022 we came by around 2:30pm, and turns out that phones are not in stock and they didn't set anything aside for us, we should just order online. Well, the problem here is that my iPhone is damaged and when I tried to order the phone online the amount on the checkout is less than I was told in the store. So the whole point that's upsetting me, is that we came to the store twice this week, because we needed help, spend around 1,5 hours total just to be told to order it online. read more

As a long time Verizon customer I have never been so disappointed. I can honestly say to just drive to the Culver City or Inglewood Verizon store. If your management has to lie to make a sale, that says a lot about the shop. There is a girl that is very helpful with no attitude very friendly, but the manager David can be a little too sarcastic and unprofessional. I was told that they had a promotion of buy one get one free, only pay taxes. I paid one iPhone in full and the other I paid taxes. When I got my bill the promotion did not take place. The employees were dishonest in the pricing. They promised rebates for a new iPhone and also said they would waive the service fee. I also traded in my old iPhone, and they said that I would be getting a credit on a future Verizon bill. I waited 3 months and it never happened. I called Victra headquarters multiple times and always was told that their manager was out of the office. After calling for 3 weeks, I finally talked to one of their mid-level managers who said that the Sepulveda office in Westchester has had issues with employees being dishonest, basically pulling a 'bait-and-switch' by promising things to get the customer to commit, and then not following through. read more

I had an amazing experience at this Verizon location. I had just landed in Los Angeles and realized I lost my phone and headed straight to this Victra location. The sales gentleman was very attentive and informed me of my different phone options. I was very pleased with the level of service I received and am ashamed I forgot the salesman name. He handed me a card, but it doesn't have his name printed. He worked on 6/7/18 all day by himself. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They will scam you and rip you off!!! Only giving one star because I am required to. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with this store has been. First, the employee mark was supposed to upgrade my account and come time to pay my bill I realized he never did it!! When I went back to the store another employee told me that he was probably waiting until after a certain date so it wouldn't be prorated but that he was transferred to another store so it was never done???? Mark also charged me for $115 worth of merchandise and told me that it came with the new phone I was buying..... it wasn't until I was looking at my bill 28 days later that I realized what exactly he had charged me for. When I went in to the store they refused to refund me for all of it because I didn't have the boxes anymore. Definitely go here... if you want to deal with used-car salesmen. I have the Thunderbolt, and I've had major problems with it (as an aside, it turns out this is because a Verizon tech support person instructed me via telephone to fry my own SIM card). A tech support rep told me to go to a store in order to have my phone fixed. The reps at this store had no idea what this meant and directed me to the store in Culver City. I refused to go, since I'd already done so much. I finally just used their phone to call Verizon support via the normal 1-800 number. When the tech support woman on the phone realized the problem, which is entirely Verizon's fault, she told me to ask if the store would give me a new SIM card because it's under warranty. The store told me they'd charge me $15 for the card, since they are not an official Verizon store. Really? The store is covered in banners for "Verizon 4G", the entire inside is covered in Verizon memorabilia, and nothing indicates it's a different type of store. I finally completed my call with customer service (the card is being mailed to me), and the men at the store immediately offered to "hook me up", citing 2-for-one deals on cases, covers, etc. I politely declined, and they literally told me I have to. No- no I don't. I simply said, "Look, I'm here to get my phone fixed, not buy anything. You can't do the first part, so let's think about offering the second part." The entire time I was on the phone, also, one of the employees was convincing a customer to buy a phone he'd already bought. When they started charging the new phone and it turned on quickly, the rep exclaimed, "Oh, that's really good- it'll mean you have really good battery life too, see?" I bought a $25 SD card (2GB Kingston) at a 4G Wireless store located in my neighborhood, at 8726 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Suite C, Los Angeles, CA 90045. I had never been in the store before, and was certainly fooled by the big VERIZON logos outside and inside. It made me believe it was a Verizon-associated store, with Verizon-like policies. When I tried to return the unopened SD card a week later, because it turned out my wife already had one, I was told "No returns on accessories, only exchanges." I had never bought anything from this local store before and assumed, as I would with an actual Verizon store and other legitimate consumer electronics outlets, that I could return an unopened item. There is no signage in the store indicating "NO REFUNDS ON ACCESSORIES." The salesman does not tell you this at the register. And the only time you see it, in small print, is AFTER you purchase the item! At which point the store won't give you a refund. The manager that I tried to reason with today, Andre Ochoa, is a stern-face corporate automoton who became increasingly rude with me. He refused to even acknowledge that customers have no way of knowing about the "NO REFUNDS ON ACCESSORIES" policy until after they purchase an accessory. He continued to stand behind "corporate policy" until I finally left the store, frustrated, with an SD card I no longer needed. There isn't even a phone number on the printed invoice, making it challenging to contact the store after the fact. You actually have to walk in, so they can tell you, "Too late, dude. You could have read the policy in the store right after you bought the card, and maybe we would have let you return it then. But now it's a week later..." Based on my experience, 4G Wireless engages in deceptive business practices. Avoid this "lookalike store" at all costs! read more

You don't even need to walk into the store to find out this is one of the most shadiest Verizon store. Store sign has no light at night, poster is falling off, and a completely empty shelf. This is what they call a give-up store. None of the employee bother to make it look nice from outside. Empty shelf indicates store is not making money. Keywords: Con Artists, Scammers, Thieves. Do you need to read further? This is not a real Verizon store. It's a re-seller store "4G Wireless." I mistook them for a legitimate operation because the store is covered in Verizon signs. I should've known something was up by how run down the space is, which would be odd for a real Verizon store. My advice is to deal with Verizon corporate (or if iPhone, just go to the Apple store). My contact was Zaid. He did the classic "You won't believe it! There's only ONE left in the backroom of your phone type! They are selling fast so you better act now!" I don't like being lied to in the first 15 seconds of arriving in a store. They fast-talk through the details. A flurry of numbers and old-school calculator punching with re-assuring nods. "Yeah bro this will only take two minutes." (It took about 30 minutes). They offered me a 'free' JetPack wifi hotspot device, claiming it's part of a promotion and included with all phone purchases. I verified that it's free, as in no bumping the plan, no cost to me whatsoever. In the end, after assuring me the contract is just like how it was standing before I walked into the store, they did this: 1. Added an insurance plan on my phone ($20/mo) 2. Charged $10 for the SIM card (Verizon Corporate says this should've been $0) 3. Charged $26 for taxes on the 'Free' JetPack. 4. Added $20/mo to my plan for the 'Free' JetPack. 5. Added an insurance plan on the 'Free' JetPack at $11/mo. 6. Charged an activation fee on the 'Free' Jetpack for $40. 6. Added a "4G Freedom Bundle" charge for $25. This is paying $25 for the coupon that allows the JetPack to be 'Free.' Total attempted theft? +$51/month to my plan, and one-time $101, so in the immediate term $152, and $612/yr in Things I Don't Need or Want and Never Asked For. I made the mistake of entering this store in a rush, so I took the rep at his word and signed the contract. They claimed there is a two-week out to make changes, which is only true for some of the charges above. The following day I called Corporate who confirmed that most of these charges were inappropriate. Corporate was professional about it, and gave me the impression that this happens all the time. They told me to go back to the store and resolve. I went back to the store, and unfortunately it was Zaid again. He argued with me about it with rhetorical winners like "I wouldn't do you like that bro" and "Bro, just trust me on this." He assured me that the charges would naturally fall off my bill in time, all I needed to do is wait it out (which sounds like a scheme to get me to accidentally wait beyond the 14-day grace period). His scheme was successful in that I was ultimately charged for 8 days under the JetPack plan, and it also thwarted my ability to successfully get out of paying the $40 Activation Fee. Upon reflection, It seems that this bro did not, in fact, have my back. Unsurprisingly, the charges did not fall off, so I went back to the store a third time. I spoke with a much more professional person (Alex?) who was accommodating to help me remove most of the unwanted charges, insurance products, and fees. The only item I could not remove was the 4G Freedom Bundle fee for $25. I went back a fourth time to remove the 4G Freedom Bundle Fee, which was successful on this attempt. Weeks later, my bill arrived, which had all new fun additions and fees as a result of this disaster. Verizon Corporate very professional and was able cut the Activation Fee from $40 to $20, which I appreciate, but in truth they are still charging me for something I never used or wanted. read more

Zaid, the representative there, went through my historical data and concluded that he could not only save me money on a monthly basis but also give me more data! He was very helpful & professional.
