Hard pass on this Verizon store. Went to pick up upgraded phone. Raquel was rude and unhelpful. It was clear she was annoyed when we asked to complete the trade-in process then. She did not want to help and said "just mail it in". I specifically did NOT want to do it that way, she set the bag down on a nearby table and backed up "you have picked up your phone". From the beginning, I shouldn't have trusted the phone rep who assured me "no problem" to set up the new phone in store and transfer over the settings. Should have bought from Apple store and ported my 4 lines out to another carrier. Also the advertised $415 trade-in credit turned into $180 minus the $40 "Upgrade Fee". I will be leaving Verizon shortly. You've be warned, avoid this location. read more

But in the years that we've gone here, I've never felt like I needed to leave a review either. However, today I did. Shout out to Arsen who made our family's experience at the store exceptional tonight. We came in to upgrade our ancient IPhones and initially, we thought he would be like the usual reps who get you the phone you want and then send you out the door a like you're just a number. But as we engaged him in conversation about our phone preferences, we found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and transparent. Because of this, we decided that only three of us will stick with the IPhone and one gladly went back to an Android (Google Pixel 10). He answered our questions, laughed with us, and went the extra step to get us the phones right there and then rather than having us wait to get them shipped. He even helped setup the phone that I got. So while we spent a long time at the store , it was all worth it! He gets a five star from each of us. Thank you, Arsen. Rude from the start, unhelpful and put off to be wasting time with a customer. Came in with a hardware issue and you could see the salesperson's demeanor change immediately when I described the issue. Constantly inferred I was wasting their time, and entire demeanor changed to pleasant when I asked about buying a new phone, showing the naked incentives employees must have. The employee then tried to convince me to sign up for a new 36 month commitment and a new phone and falsely claimed that after the trade-in the upgrade would be a wash for me, which was factually incorrect and disingenuous at best, lying at worst. Forget it. New review. I checked in on their kiosk. They said it was about 20-30 min wait time. 20 min in. They checked in with me again to see what my issue was. I described it and she said someone will be right with you. Now clocking in 45 min. They said they can't help me in store. That they can only put me in touch with customer services line on the phone. Waste of time. We have had items added to our account, I called having them removed and still showing up on our next bill cycle. They WANT to make it difficult for you so you won't bother. SCAM ALERT! I should've left this review a year ago. One of the managers, Jose Sanchez, helped me out with establishing a business account for 2 lines. Upon reviewing my newly established account at the end of the day, there were 7 additional lines added. Setting up a business account took almost 2 hours at the location and he advised me that I can go home and he will finish up. So I was still receiving texts from him, even after left, for codes sent by Verizon so he can make the proper changes on my account. I was too trusting that I just kept sending the verification back to him. I'm glad I caught it so I was able to call customer service to take out off of my account. read more

Super stressed after trying to transfer service to Verizon. Prior carrier got notification that the number was transferred, but Verizon's system didn't process the eSIM and number port in the right sequence. I was without phone service for more than 12 hours, and after spending an hour on phone was told I had to visit the store in person. Arsen came to the rescue. It was a complicated fix, but he was super professional and very nice. Restored my phone service after about 30 minutes in the store. Shout out to Arsen for saving the day (and the holiday weekend). I was in need of a new pair of Airpod Pros, as I was headed out of town for clinical rotations again, and I lost my old Airpods on my recent trip to Colombia. I called up Verizon and bought the Airpods over the phone. I set the pickup location to this Verizon store, which is a 20 minute drive from home. Parking was no issue here, as they share a large lot with adjacent businesses. I walked in, and I was immediately helped. I showed the workers here my receipt, and they took care of me. I got the Airpods, and I was good to go in a matter of 10 minutes. The staff was pretty friendly, and the store was kept running smoothly. This store is pretty efficient in their service. Despite being pretty busy that day, they did not keep me waiting for long. Thanks for the great service, and I'll consider working with them the next time I upgrade my cell phone. Cheers! read more

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED.... If I could give this a minus 0 score, I would. We went in to buy the new iPhone 16 Pro Max cellphones. We turned our current phones in. You get $800 off the new phone if you turn in your old phone. We told them we want to stay in the $ range of our existing plan. "No problem." They (Salesperson: Chris / Manager: Ash) told us that a second line for each phone automatically comes with the phone for free--which we didn't need but comes with the phone. Then they said we can get the iPad 10 for $5 each a month (so that's $10 added to our monthly bill. I asked them if the total monthly bill would then be $140. "Yes." Upfront, we had to pay activation fees and taxes for all devices. They said with this iPad we don't need to use the Personal hotspot. It will automatically use data off our plan. Guess what? We got our bill. They charged us $17/ea. per month for the two iPads. And remember that second line for free? No, they charged us in total for 6 lines. Two lines per phone and a line for the iPad that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Oh yes... this sent our bill into $3++/mo--more than doubling our bill. We called Verizon, who told us none of this was true. It took a long time to sort this out and it's still not sorted out completely. We told them we're returning the iPads. We don't need the second number on our phones. They killed the second numbers on the phone. They sent us a label to return the iPads--but could not open the file to print the label--and we were given a window of time for them to receive the iPads. So we call Verizon back. At first, they said they're having problems sending labels to my email and that they wanted to send a box for the return (keep in mind that there is a window of time that they need to receive these iPads by)--even though I received 9 emails from them in the past week. Then after some back and forth, they email the label. Did I mention that there is a restocking charge for each? We also lost our Disney+ bundle from our original plan. They sent us one label to put on two boxes to send via UPS. We were told to ship each iPad in its own box. $13 in material for two boxes and shipping. All packed up, I go to UPS to find out that I can't use the label twice so they packed the two boxes into one larger box, $17. Shipped to: Return Processing Center, 2777 E. Long Ave., Suite 111, Fort Worth, TX 76137. As of today, still showing that they have not received it--with their label on it, and passing the due date. I've been with Verizon, way back when they were GTE, then Bell Atlantic. Now getting ripped off! What a damn shame! read more

My customer experience went from sugar to Went in to purchase a new iPhone. Salesperson originally told us we were eligible for a free upgrade to an iPhone 15 and we would also $20 off of our original plan. Which is great seeing how we were already paying $160 a month for. He left us for what seem to be about 20 minutes and upon his return he mentioned He mentioned our new plan did not cover hotspots and there would be an addition of $20 to the plan. we said that was fine seeing how we were getting a free phone upgrade. He left us again for about 15 minutes and upon his return, he mentioned that we no longer qualified for the free phone upgrade. And now we would have to pay an additional $30 on top of our bill for the purchase of an iPhone 15 . I'm chalking this whole experience up to poor employee training as well as poor management training from Verizon. Seeing how the manager was present and not stepping in when he originally saw there was an issue.. Most valuable acid is time. And this retail establishment completely wasted close to an hour and a half of our time. I will never return and now I'm looking for a new service provider. read more

I, too, would leave 0 stars if I could. I blame myself bc I read the reviews and still chose this location. Upon arrival for a non working phone issue, the greeter said they couldn't do anything in store and put us in touch with customer service, who after an hour, was not able to help us. The manager on duty told us they could help us in store, the customer service person hung up on us, and then we were added to the back of the line in store. After another hour, someone was able to help restore the phone, however the incompetence of the greeter was absurd and wasted 2 hours of our time. Why didn't he help us initially? Likely because he stayed on a PERSONAL CALL on his ear piece the entire time he was "working." It was unreal. Yes, we listened to his personal drama for 2 hours while he just shuffled us off onto the next person. Purchased my new phone from this store on Mother's Day and I must say that I have been really impressed with the quality of customer service I have received. Has ever with my service been perfect? No. But that is the beauty and the great note about this store! Even though there have been issues that have come up, the staff, especially the manager, Jorge, has been incredibly diligent and patient in helping me get everything that I need. I believe the quality of a company is shown not when everything is perfect, but when they have to step up to the plate and course correct when everything is not. THAT I can not buy a phone today. I called the manager. And requested they try if we can see if it goes through. The manager refused angrily. She won't try. That I can not Buy one until that order is canceled in 5 days. WHICH WAS A LIE. WHY? As I WENT BACK TO APPLE AND BOUGHT A PHONE CASH AND I am ALL SET. I'm a new Verizon customer, purchased the plan online with the Iphone 11 PRO and picked up in-store on 9/7/2020 @ 10:50am PST/1:50pm EST Granted we are 6 months in with Covid Stage 2 in LA County. I show up and there are 3 employees in the store. No customers. The rep handed me my bag at the door and said he CAN NOT help me set up my new phone. I get he didn't get the commission but pretty much instructed me to tether wifi off the restaurant next door to do it myself. It's 20 days later and I had to go back to Tmobile my old carrier to determine how to setup my portal pin to transfer my own phone. Is this what Verizon has to offer for customer service on basic set up? read more

AVOID THIS STORE!!! I wish I had known NOT to come to this location. Back in December, I took advantage of the iPhone XR buy-1-get-1 with representative Sam who LIED so WELL about the terms of the agreement: On 12/13/18: 1. Sam said I would pay 33x2 for 6 months. LIE (I discovered this was a lie 6 months later) 2. Sam said @ 6months 1/2 would be credited for the free phone AND from there on, the free phone will not be charged. LIES!! Sam said they do that because people get the phones and disconnect the lines which I understood! (I discovered this was a lie 6 months later) 3. Sam said @ 6 months I could pay the phone off and I wouldn't be responsible for the free phone if I surpassed the 6 month mark. (I discovered this was a lie 9 months later) So today 9/27/19, I called customer service (who was very kind) to pay off the remaining balance and they told me that I was locked for 24 months. She recommended that I call the store. So I did and the manager Jorge got on the phone and sighed. Then as I was explaining the situation to him and he was over talking me in a patronizing tone.
