Years ago, I had visited them for an iPhone 8 battery replacement and was impressed by their promptness; I can't believe they had slipped my mind since. My four-year-old son recently damaged the screen of his iPad Mini for the second time. My previous experience with a different repair shop was lackluster, primarily because their three-month warranty expired just before the screen died again. In contrast, Gadget Parts distinguishes itself by offering a robust one-year warranty, usually unheard of. Upon dropping off the device, it was quickly repaired and ready for collection the next day. I particularly appreciated their hassle free approach to the warranty: it is registered directly to the device, no need for the original physical receipts. I'm so glad to have rediscovered Gadget Parts and would highly recommend them for any Apple device repairs. Hopefully, I won't have to come back any time soon!

Not many people would've gone the extra mile to give me all of my options, they would have just charged me the $150 and sent me on my way. He even went over the benefits of even buying a newer generation and how the security features are supported on my old one compared to my new one. If I ever need anything repaired in the future, I am definitely coming here. I will be confident that. I'll get an answer in an auto repair.

The only computer store I could find in the high desert was a Best Buy. I looked up the wattage I needed and figured 100W would be fine. Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I've purchased most of my electronics from Best Buy (last purchase was a nice 65in OLED LG tv which had great value with beautiful picture and sound). So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. Plus they will never respond to this review due to there lack off concern for the customer....

I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Not bad to peruse through.
