I visited the Verizon store at 712 Kingwood Drive to inquire about a possible phone number change back at the end of Feb. During and after this visit, significant issues arose: - I was not informed that an additional line would be added to my account without proper explanation. - The representative used an incorrect EMEI number, which negatively impacted my account And was for a camera I do not have, which I also was not informed about. -my services were changed without my understanding and in a way that costs more for fewer services, which I was not informed about. The lack of clarity regarding how these changes would affect my service and billing led to confusion and financial distress. I expected better communication and accuracy from this location As a Verizon Representative!!!!! - When I returned, the associate instructed me to contact customer service instead. - After I sent an email regarding my concerns, I received a call from Dan, who identified himself as the store trainer. While he offered to access my account, he did not offer to provide a resolution for the issues caused by the store, recognize the impact of their associates on my account and finances, or even apologize. Instead he assured me they have 100% customer satisfaction--which clearly is not the case!!!!!!!!! read more

Can't thank the staff in this location enough! PJ spent two hours with me, making sure my perious phone was deactivated after my phone was stolen last night while I was in an airport. They showed me how to track the previous phone while my new phone was being activated. They made sure my new phone was up and running at 100% before I had left the store. Anytime I need help or get an update, I go in to see Pj Singh and he not only helps out as much as possible, but he gives attention and gives the absolute best service. We have quite a few lines and iphones with Verizon and this is our 'go to' store for managing our accounts and getting service. Recently we upgraded several of our phones and the staff was wonderful in dealing with purchases, transfers to older phones, helping us return phones for rebates and optimizing (i.e. saving money) on our account structure. It was complicated business involving phones in other states and overseas and they did an excellent job for us. In addition they went out of their way to very cleverly help an overseas member (real-time overseas call) get back into their account (I think Apple account) after they were blocked post a phone battery run down. I find them knowledgeable, willing to take the time to answer questions and explain things whether by phone or drop in to the store. Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and continue to receive. read more

Had an issue with my phone and went to Verizon store. Explained my issue and the woman was indifferent and just said sorry, can not help you. Obviously did not want to be bothered by helping a customer. I left and went home and Google was able to help. Will never go to this Verizon again. read more
