Terrible place . Dropped off the phone feb 25th have been calling & every other day was a different…read moredate for pick up. Received phone is ready for pick up today march 7th & phone was not fixed. From the first or 2nd day they could have told me phone couldnt be fixed (stuck display which they were aware of) a week & 2 days with the phone & untouched aside from suppose diagnosis they did the very first day I dropped it off. Which took 20 mins or so. Right after they shouldve been honest not kept the dmn phone! Update: 3/8/25 dropped off the phone at 8am to a different cell repair store & it was fixed in 2 hrs (stuck display) ON TOP of back screen & camera repair!! Take your $ elsewhere!

They said it would be about a 3-4 day turnaround to diagnose and fix. After 3-4 WEEKS of going back and forth with these people (and I was the one having to call for updates multiple times because they never called like they said they would), they finally deemed my switch unfixable. When I came in to pick up my switch, I initially thought they gave me someone else's switch back because the attached joycons were clearly not mine. These were scratched up, dented, and completely different colors than the ones I dropped off. I relayed this to the guy and he went in the backroom to look for my joycons. He came back up front and said he would have to talk to the manager and have him follow up with me, because he couldn't find my joycons in the store. About 4 days went by without a call so I had to follow up again and was told by an employee that the manager said there was nothing they could do about losing my joycons and that they would not replace them either, especially because my switch was deemed unfixable anyway...? So because they couldn't fix my switch, they felt it was appropriate to "lose" and then refuse to replace my joycons? Honestly at this point I'm questioning if they even gave me my switch console back. I've never had such an unprofessional experience like this. Stay the hell away from this place if you value your belongings.

Well it is, multiple times I have ordered online from CEX and the Shield TV was either missing a controller, broken, or they gave me the wrong controller. Now normally I would have given up, but I really didn't have anything else I wanted so I ordered an Nvidia Shield Pro 500GB model one last time and shipped by this store. Shipping notice came three days early, item didn't ship out until about three days after I got the shipping notice, a bit annoying really, but whatever. Item arrived in under a week so overall I can't complain especially for free shipping. I received the item a couple days ago. The item functions great, came complete with box, even with the original charging cable! These guys did their homework, unlike the other CEX stores I dealt with and failed, these guys got it right! I feel confident to say that any interaction with them should at least be professional and you should get what you pay for, and I imagine if not they would resolve the issue quickly.
