D-. I came in for an upgrade and was quoted an exact number for my future phone payments. My bill ended up being more than DOUBLE the next month. Turns out the rep, without asking for consent, upgraded my service and did a bunch of add ons that were not explained to me or mentioned once. Had to spend a good amount of time with reps on the phone. Called back in since I had to work with the store that did this and the person on the phone seemed like she had no idea what was going on and talked SO SLOW and kept repeating herself. read more

I just want to leave this review here because of the sales rep, i forgot her name but she had some yellow ass teeth and was like 5'3. Anyways this girl made me sign up for another line after asking her lots of times if id be charged she said no and well i get my bill now and im charged higher for my bill. Dont go to this store, i get they trying to do there job and push sales but push sales the right away dont go being greedy and taking away more money from people. I have to admit, I was very nervous going to any AT&T location after reading all the reviews. I went with this location on Vermont because it seemed the safest bet. From the moment I arrived they greeted me and informed me they would be with me in a moment. I was headed towards the cases when William spoke up and asked what he could help me with? He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had been super stressed out due to my phone acting up (it wouldn't charge) and I was down to 29%. I use my phone for work and everything else. Today is Saturday and all I could think of was how the heck would I get into Remote Desktop to help with payroll if the 2 part authentication wouldn't be possible w/out my phone? I needed more space as well. I had been deleting things to make room. William wasn't sure if they had a 512GB phone but he checked and they did! I was so very thankful!! As we waited for my phone to transfer everything William was great and kept me company. I noticed the rest of the team was also very sweet and helpful with everyone around. Angry racist customer and staff cheers it on. Now, I know that's all in Vogue these days but it still isn't acceptable. When a customer gets hostile to the point of physical threats. A mask not being perfect is NOT a reason for a customer to be racist and the staff shouldn't be sitting there pleased with it. Painfully slow customer service. They only have 2 person working here and it is crazy slow snail pace. I would avoid this store like a plague unless you habe no choice. I was told by the sales assoc that This store can not unlock my iphone because they are not a corporate store. To unlock your iphone through AT&T, you can do it online at att.com/deviceunlock I wish the store owner would make a large sign and list services they can not do because they're not a corporate store like unlocking phones. I've been to this AT&T store a few times and every time I go I'm extremely pleased with the customer service they have. Specifically, Edward, he has assisted me with signing up new customers, technical assistance and helping me with my own account as well. I highly recommend his for anything needed with AT&T. I would give this store a negative star. The workers are rude and too busy chatting with each other. The service is horrible and rude. The workers didn't know jack about the apple earpods, then grave us wrong I forgot that is also written on the recipe and refused to exchange what I bought. The store is still horrible with rude works who are more concerned mingling with each other and socializing. Can't believe that Apple has such terrible employees and service. I was honestly very upset when I first got to this store because the line was out the door and there was only 3 workers. But the line didn't take so long, and they all began multitasking to help out everyone else in line and took bill payments to lower the line. I was honestly impressed because the young lady which I believe was the manager was very busy yet she was helping about 3 different people and she was going through the line asking everyone what they needed reassuring they were acknowledged and they would be helped soon. I've never witnessed customer service that well. Once it got to my turn I actually got the manager which her name was Valerie. She was so sweet and she understood my concerns, acknowledged everything I was saying and helped me lower my bill and get a new phone. This store deserves more than 5 stars. Regardless of the pandemic you still tried your best to take care of your customers. Great job Valerie and the whole team, you all rock!!! Recommend this store 100%!! read more

The worst service ever. I was here to take a sim card. Firstly, they had no idea which customer has been waiting or who just walked in. They just walk up randomly and work with people. After this not a single person has any clue about what they are doing. The one working with me did not know the process and for each step somebody had to help him. It took more than an hour for all this and they still couldn't get the work done. The manager walks and he is rude. He says you just have to wait and we cannot work faster. He says you can go to another store if you need to get it done soon. All this after waiting for 2 hours by now. Please avoid the store. The worst ever!!! read more

Just visited this store. Initially the staff was friendly. However they had no knowledge of what they were doing. First they said my tablet couldn't be activated. I informed them they told me differently over the phone considering it has a SIM card slot. They looked further into it and was able to activate it. Then I asked about the hotspot and they said it wasn't compatible for hotspot. I lQQk at the tablet and swipe down on it and LOOK AT THAT!!!!.... hotspot was certainly an option. I clicked on it and hotspot was on. She had my tablet for about 7 minutes looking for it when I found it in 30 seconds. I dealt with Valerie and Nicolle. When I mentioned the hotspot is right here. I said I don't even deal with droid tablets or phones. I have an iPhone and The girl named Valerie just made excuses. Very ignorant. They were more worried about the man worker moving his car in the parking lot rather than handling their customers appropriate and professionally. I would not return to this location with insufficient staff. I will be following through with a more official complaint due to Valerie's arrogance and ignorance. read more

Awful store would give 0 stars both associates when I got there smelled like weed. The guy helping us Louis i think was his name and a girl idk if she was a supervisor or something her name started with an H, but anyways came to get an upgrade and the whole time I was there they reeked of weed and there eyes red and the guy kept asking me same questions like he forgot he asked me already. They were just chatting with themselves. Very unprofessional I have to come here because every other at & t is closed and they make me wait outside and I pay cash so I don't do online stuff.
