Just like everyone else. The customer service is pretty bad. I called to ask if I can buy a phone flat out (with a verizon number). They said yes. I went to the store, and they said I couldn't. Then proceeded to say just go online. I know they refused me because they want to make more of a commission with an upgrade or a plan but other verizon stores helped me out. They suck, waste of time. Switched to FIOS internet from my old cable provider June 8th. Terrible experience overall. First couldn't manage more than 80mbps download speeds on the wifi, despite me ordering the 1gb service. When I called the customer service line I got patched over to some rep sitting overseas, who though they tried to be helpful, clearly had no sense of what a modern USA household set up consists of. Instead, despite me reminding the rep several times that I was fairly advanced / experienced in wifi equipment setup, couldn't seem to comprehend and insisted on going through the usual basic steps of "have you plugged your unit in correctly to the power outlet, etc, etc, ?!" When I finally got fed up and asked if they could just send over a techie since it was probably something to do with their feeder connection into our home communications box, I was told they no longer provide home tech service! Even more frustrating, they directed me to an online Speedtest portal - very conveniently a Verizon one of course - which was showing 800mbps connection speeds. Completely dishonest and disingenuous since using 3 other independent Speedtest services, all showed speeds below 80mbps plus it was obvious from the dramatic drop off in my zoom call quality with their service, that it was nowhere near 800mps . Basically a case of "who are you going to believe? Your lying eyes, or what I'm telling you?!" I wish there was a zero rating possible here since that's what both the customer service and their product quality deserve. I canceled the service after a day and returned back to my former cable provider, Cox, and true to form their gigablast service at least delivers a respectable 800mbps average. I just went to the Verizon Wireless store in Tysons Corner Mall. I needed a Tech21 cover for my Samsung S6 Edge. We have a business account with Verizon Wireless with 11 devices and have been with them for 10 years. The gentleman told me that they did not have any and could only ship another one which did not fill my need. Then I asked why I have started to have an increasing amount of dropped calls and data issues, such a slower speeds, bump downs to 3G etc. I also mentioned a friend of mine who runs a business in Arlington VA who has the same issues, and that we both have been thinking about changing providers because if these issues. None of us are that price sensitive, we just want great service. The business rep in the store told me that he drives 150 miles per day and have never had these problems. He did not bother to ask probing questions - just flat denial, as if m y issue actually did not exist. Great job, Verizon. I feel very special. read more

I have always had horrible in-store service while I'd receive the best phone customer service. But this store location finally and unexpectedly changed this. I've now been there 4 times and can happily say that I received exceptional service every time! Everyone thus far, especially Saul and the manager, are fantastic! They went out of their way to assist me and ensure I wouldn't be burdened. I am really happy about how they treated me and no longer dread going in store, at least this one store location. read more

It is the worst company to deal with. Their customer service is terrible. Also they cheat, any way they can. Overcharge you and change their programs without your authorization and charge you extra. When you call average hold is about 20 to 30 minutes, if you are lucky. Go with someone else if you can. read more

I was totally ignored. There was a woman walking around with a tablet device, taking names for a cue. I had eye contact with her at least 5 times. After the second customer that walked in after me got signed in, I made a grunt, and walked out. I need a Verizon corporate store to upgrade my phone, but it won't be this one. Edit some 36 hours after. I'm still not impressed. Within an hour of my initial review, Verizon contacted me through the Yelp system, wanting to "impress me with superior customer service". It took me a bit longer(almost two hours) to reply with some answers(that he asked for) and a question or two of my own. Nothing since. I'm always wary when the phrase "superior customer service" is used, and this is why. Apparently, they only care in public. In private, they couldn't care less. read more

I walked into the store wanting to buy a Google Pixel at full retail price. I am an existing customer at Verizon. Just joined the service 3-4 months ago. But anyways, I asked for the Google Pixel. The guy brought it out and then I asked me for my number to look up my account. And then I said immediately, I wanted to buy the phone immediately. He then said it will cost $28 to upgrade to the pixel. I said, I don't want to use my upgrade. I just want to buy the Pixel at retail. Then he tells me that I can't buy it at full retail because I can only buy it if it's on a monthly 'next' plan or as an upgrade. Then I ask him if this is a legit Verizon store or a reseller. He says it's a real store. So then I said, "okay you know what? I'm leaving. Thanks for your time." .. As I'm walking out the door, he tells me I could order it online and that it will be at my house tomorrow. I told him, "Why would you tell me that when I drove out to the mall, walk into this store .. to deny me buying it here .. but then tell me to order online when I AM PHYSICALLY HERE and The Phone is IN YOUR HAND? I understand that they don't make money off full retail sales, but to deny a customer who wants to actually spend $700 on a phone is BEYOND ME. read more

Three of us recently spend a few hours with Kevin at this store. He was personable and seemed helpful, but even during the sale, it seemed that he was avoiding answering some questions completely, especially about the Jetpack, which we purchased at his suggestion to take the place of a $60.00 monthly charge for a college student's wifi. We asked several times if the usage for a student whose field demanded a great deal of online downloads, uploads and research was likely to cost less than the amount he was paying for unlimited usage, and all three of us recall being reassured that the data usage charges would be cheaper than sixty dollars. We did not use the device at all during the first 14 days of the contract, and then when my son used it for two days, we had to increase our monthly data! Ten days of that use would have totaled more than sixty dollars, and that would be without the twenty-dollar a month fee for having the Jetpack! When my two sons tried to return the device, they were told, correctly, that we had signed a two-year contract. Yes, I should have read the ten confirmation E-mails that Kevin sent to us as we were getting the new plans set up. Yes, I should have tried the device right away. Yes, I should have read the multiple complaints about the JetPack's data that said things like: "My concerns are that (1) I didn't use the data, (2) I will still have to pay for it, (3) this isn't the first time this has happened to me with this Jet Pack, and (4) it has happened to 3 other people I work with, and apparently, according to the Verizon forum, several other people as well, all within the same time-frame, and all with the Jet Pack." Kevin was touted as an informed and competent sales associate, both the day that we spent with him, and the day that my sons tried to return the device that had been sold to us deceptively. As such, he doubtless knew the true nature of the JetPack's voracious appetite for data, even when it works correctly, and should never have convinced us to buy it for the purposes we repeatedly shared with him. I am not a yelp fan. I read the reviews but it has taken me a lot to get on here to write a review. My Grandmother and I have been customers of Verizon Wireless for 10 years plus and I have never in my life felt bamboozled. I went into this store around late June to purchase a new phone because I shattered my iPhone 5s to pieces. I met Nick LeeSing and he came over introduced himself and asked what phone would I like to purchase. I told him the iPhone 6 plus and we went from there. We never had a bill dispute with Verizon as we have been customers for years. So we talked about my options which were putting the phone on my bill and I would pay it the following cycle (which I have done before) or doing the edge up program. I decided to do the edge up program and they only thing I would have paid for were the taxes on the phone. He then proceeds to ask me what color case I like and I said blue. He picked out the glass screen protector, asks me again what color I like and goes get the Bose speaker in blue and a portable charger. I ask him was all of this free and he shook his head yes along with a quiet gesture as I was being loud. HE NEVER ASKED "would you like to purchase additional accessories with your phone?" I was ecstatic to be receiving all of this stuff for free. I am not a tech-y person so in reality the things would never be much use to me anyway. My bill for each cycle arrives at my house every 30th of the month.My grandmother said the bill is still ridiculously high so I looked at the bill and called Verizon to see why our bill was so high and she kept explaining but I was so confused. She finally dug a little deeper to find out I made an equipment purchase of over $300 that was "free" according to Nick LeeSing. I am disgusted with him as a phony sales person. I never buy things such as an ottberbox case or a Bose speaker system from Verizon because it is ridiculously overprice and I find such things on amazon. I have not had the opportunity to go up to the store but tomorrow after work I will. I am extremely upset because purchasing such items would have not been a problem. This sketchy little man tried to undermine me and thought I would not catch it. I want this matter taken care of Verizon wireless and if it is not I am going to any length at all cost to have my money refunded. read more

One star because you cannot give 0. Horrible customer service. It is impossible to get focused attention from one of their employees, and on top of that they have made it all so complicated and explain all the plans and cost for a new phone so fast it is impossible to follow. NOTE to VERIZON, we don't do this everyday, you don't make it easy to follow, cut us a break. Where do I start.....I went in for a simple upgrade in December 2015, and have had to go back to this store 4 separate times because they did not do anything I asked them to do properly. I was charged hundreds of dollars for a line I had canceled, and they had put me on the wrong plan. They looked incredibly irritated that I approached them (they did not acknowledge my presence in the store) and upon describing the problem I was experiencing with my phone began laughing. This the worst store I have ever been to with the lousiest customer service. We waited 30 minutes today and they told us that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. All we needed to do was exchange an I phone case and we finally gave up and left. Their excuse was that "its the weekend." I guess this is their first weekend ever since they still haven't figured out that they need to increase their staff over weekends. Never go to this store. Its a complete waste of time. read more
